I was explained everything in detail and had pictures on my invoice so I could see what's going on with my vehicle. They updated me along the way when they had my vehicle and even offered me a loaner car so I could take care of my kids, get back and forth to work. It's was easy to pay at time of pickup for my vehicle by a text link and email option because I was coming after they closed. Also they told me they do send out coupons in the mail. My car battery tested unusually low during my inspection, I was asked to come back to double check as it was extremely cold that day. I stopped by a couple weeks later. They are too booked to do, it. Isabella tells me to bring it back Thursday morning. Bring the car back Thursday morning. Patrick clearly annoyed with the fact I was in the shop. Not sure if I wasn't put on the schedule appropriately, or just having a personal bad day. Car battery gets checked. Patrick has battery tested "it's at 56% you're good to go." I inquire if that is normal for a battery I believed to only be a year old? "Yeah new batteries can test as low as 80% in this weather, so 56-80% is acceptable." This was said in front of a full waiting room. I inquire with friends more mechanically inclined than me. I am informed yes l, weather will affect the test but, that's testing at a 2 year old charge. Patrick couldn't be bothered to look up as to when the battery was replaced for me to confirm the date. Didn't discuss how the warranty would be determined. A 24% margin of error seems pretty high for a determining factor on a warranty. Didn't tell me what determines an under performing battery, and what would qualify for replacement. Nor tell me when the warranty expires, to potentially bring it back in warmer weather to test again, before the warranty is null. Very disappointed, this is not reflective of brand and service I have become accustomed to, glad they have a second location. I will be avoiding the Transit location.

Somehow they had my car for an hour and a half just to show me a tiny tack-sized nail. During that entire time the car was lifted and the tire was completely removed. This was by far the slowest process I've ever experienced for something as basic as checking a tire. To make it worse, there were only three cars in the garage at the time, so there's really no excuse for the delay. What should have been a quick 15-30 minute check turned into a long, close to 2 hour wait. Overall, the service felt extremely slow and unorganized. I would not recommend coming here if you need something done efficiently. It took them roughly two hours to patch 1 tire.
