Been here quite a few times within the last few weeks to look at and buy a flatbed car trailer, they have it listed on their website and also have been posting it on Craigslist constantly, but somehow everytime I come in they manage to "awe we just sold that" or "it will be here soon we are just looking for a truck to bring it here" yet somehow I managed to spot over 20 trucks on the lot, I've given up on this place, I won't be wasting anymore of my time here. read more

This place is a total joke. Bought an 07 nissian murano is November and it has given me nothing but problems since. Took a trip to idaho in March and it crapped out on me going there. There's a recall on the car they never had fixed. Had to drop 5k in to this car on top of the 10k we are buying it for. I would not go to this place they just sell crappy cars at high prices!!! On top of the fact the dude had an open bottle sitting on his desk in the back offer us a drink before we drove the car. Definitely learn a lesson on this one! read more

Back in August I traded my car for a truck. My husband and I went in and found what I was looking for. I test drove the truck with Melvin and decided that it was right for me. We met with Rob and he showed us what he could offer us for our trade and we showed him what we wanted for the truck. Few minutes later we made the deal. The truck today runs great and these guys are awesome to deal with. Never once had them not be willing to help us with any questions or concerns. I've been doing some maintenance on the truck and the guys at Millennium have been more than helpful in their recommendations and even getting me better prices for things I want done. Some of the negative reviews left me a little confused, but I figured everyone wants a better deal than the best deal that was offered. I purchased a 2005 dodge 2500 from millennium for 30gs 1 week after the heater core went out, they didn't help one bit after asking. So I fixed it 1000 dollars later. Now with further inspecting the vehicle there are lots of spendy suspension fixes to do! My bad for not looking into it better before purchase but for 30gs you would think things would have been looked at before it was put on the lot! Thanks for the project millennium! read more

Beware of new hire Greg. He'll tell you anything he thinks you want to hear to get you onto the lot. For about a week, we discussed (via email) trading my car plus cash for a nice 4x4 on the lot. I'm a stay-at-home dad with an 11mo daughter and I needed to agree in principal on the price of the truck before committing to drive out from West Seattle, since it would require 3 hours round trip. Long story short, he lied to me about what they'd be willing to sell the truck for. Hopefully his behavior isn't indicative of all the sales guys there, but I wouldn't be surprised. My sense is that dealerships care far more about their reputation and that's where I'll spend my money in the future. read more

The sales manager, Bruce, was also low pressure in his approach and took the time to explain all the paperwork and options before asking us to sign anything. When I first posted the car I had my phone number on there. I had to take the number off due to the robo calls from these jerks!! I will NEVER buy from this lot. I purchased a promised well running truck. As soon as I drove off I had smoke coming inside the cab. I took it to a shop and put on lift. I was told the mud on bottom had been spray painted. No brakes and the truck was shot. The shop said to return the truck a.s.a.p. Rob said it would be fixed. After a month and half of having truck the truck ran for a few weeks and blew up. Poor workmanship is the culprit and now I'm told to "f" off...$$25 k down the drain. read more

We came here twice to look at a diesel truck. The first time the sales guy (didn't catch his name because apparently he has an issue with women and won't awknowledge me he would only talk to my boyfriend... But He said he is from Canada) not only was he not listening to what we were wanting but tried to sell us his personal diesel truck! We left and looked else where but ended back there today to try for a certain truck low and behold the same guy was there.. We took one out for a test drive, total shit truck... Was leaking oil, jerked real hard, the steering was totally off (wheel had to be turned almost all the way around to go straight) and had no air filter or oil cap! So we told the guy (or I should say I tried he ignored me flat out and would only talk to my boyfriend...) He went on to tell us that it's normal for trucks to be in that shape and blah blah blah (they wanted 15,000 for this truck) but said they would fix it all... We then test drove the truck we really wanted (it was more money... This guy was trying to push us into the shitier truck) the waited around for a good hour or so for his finance guy to put through the paper work! Needless to say it was a waste of time, this dealership is a joke, selling a truck that they don't want to use labor to fix (the oil leak..) the owners own words! Also trying to say that all 7.3 diesels leak... Bullshit! If you are looking for a lemon and a vehicle that is probably gonna break down these are your guys... But I would probably save your money and go else where! read more

WORST NIGHTMARE! Found a Jeep and asked to have my mechanic check it out before finalizing. Took to my mechanic, he said it wasn't good and to get my van back. Went back to lot less than 12 hours later and they said "no" they would not give me my van back. Said what was in writing wasn't what I had said it was and claimed they didn't know anything. My fiancee tried to call, no response. He went to lot and they told him to leave. When I got there, they refused to speak to him. Tried to talk to Robert Beck (owner) and he told me he couldn't speak to my fiancee it was "illegal" and when I tried to respond, told me to get out of his "office" (I was in the hallway) William Doggett said he would "fix" problems. Said my mechanic seemed to know what he was talking about. By afternoon "there is nothing wrong with car". But agreed to fix the blinkers that did not work. Had me speak to their mechanic. He agreed they should just give me my car back, wasn't worth the bad review. Jeff Wiediger took me to their mechanic shop and dumped me there and left. Drove Jeep to dealer again to see what was up. William Told me he he wouldn't "unwind" the deal because I wanted the Jeep but my fiancee didn't "want me to have it", told him I didn't want it because the mechanic said too much wrong with it. Left again with a loaner and got a call it was "fixed". Called their mechanic and he said he DID NOT fix. Drove down with fiancee and they asked where "loaner" was. Told him I was afraid to come alone and he said it didn't matter, he was calling cops and report loaner stolen. Asked for paperwork on Jeep, told "no, it's fixed, that's all you need to know" They "fixed" at lot instead of mechanic. Jeep was dead, had to jump start. Battery already has been replaced because died two days later when I had to work. RUN from this place, NEVER go there in the first place. Jesus, Jeff, William and Robert are all rude and liars! LEMON of a used car! I wouldn't even give one star, if I could it would be minus! read more
