Our salesperson Randy became completely unreachable. When we called back and asked to work with someone else, we were connected with Vincent -- and refused. When we asked to speak to a manager, the manager wouldn't come to the phone. When we asked about negotiating on price, they just stopped calling us back entirely. No answer, no follow up, no basic professional courtesy. And before they respond claiming we were trying to lowball them -- we never even got that far. We couldn't get anyone on the phone long enough to have that conversation. We weren't asking for anything unreasonable. We were asking for a callback that never came, a manager who wouldn't engage, and a salesperson who had disappeared. This wasn't a negotiation gone wrong. This was a dealership that couldn't meet the bare minimum standard of basic customer communication. And then there's this: Vincent was rude and dismissive on the phone, and the rudeness escalated noticeably the moment he realized he was speaking with me -- a woman -- rather than my husband. Let that sink in. In 2026 this dealership is still operating like my money is worth less than my husband's because of my gender. We took our business elsewhere. Don't waste your time or your money here. There are dealerships that will actually treat you like a human being regardless of who answers the phone.

Unlike every other used car dealer he lists everything on the website for each model of what he did to fix it to bring it up to his level of quality. He is in Monroe, I work in downtown Seattle. He DROVE the BMW328xi to my office for me to test drive because I didn't own an existing car to drive to Monroe. To pick up the car he drove another car on his lot from Monroe to Seattle to pick me up then we drove back to the Motor Vehicles office to get the new plates for my car. Service was awesome! There is nothing more scary to me than buying a used car from a dealer. #1 because i don't trust them and their quota systems to sell cars and #2 The average car dealer wants to SELL regardless of what may break later on. Bill said he drove this car for at least 500 miles to figure out if anything needed to be fixed, then took it to the best mechanics to repair each item. Does any used car dealer do that and then show you the bill for the repairs? There is a photo of all of his customers with all of their cars on the wall of his office in Monroe. It was scary because people really resemble the car they drive. Do yourself a favor and buy a car her and get your photo on the wall.

I had an issue with the vehicle and the service department was prompt and very courteous with. turns out all was good, thank you to service! sales, however, I spoke to the sales manager about the warranty period and he said that he would speak to the salesperson and finance guy and they would be getting back with me the next day... well that never happened. I guess I need to contact them again on my next day off (I take vacation days for this nonsense).     We bought a 2017 Chevrolet Bolt EV from them. The salesperson knew nothing about the car or EVs in…read moregeneral. I was told the car was fully charged even though it was charged to only 183 miles and it should have a range of 259 miles. i checked and it was fully charged, but the salesperson had no idea what the problem was. He eventually found a story somewhere that the software would not allow the car to charge past 80% until the new battery had 6000 miles on it. I had checked with GM and yes it did have a new battery with only 4000 miles on it. We bought the car and had to charge twice to get home to Moscow Idaho. The "service vehicle" light had come on some time after we left the dealership. I took it to the local Chevy dealer and they figured out that the wiring for the battery coolant recirculation pump was damaged, thus the pump was not working and the computer was limiting the charging as a safety measure. The diagnosis and repair of the wiring cost me about $450. The car now charges to close to 300 miles. I have notified Speedway of the situation many times and never received a response. It is possible that they just reset the service light - aware of the problem - and then sold me the car with the undisclosed damage..
