Eek. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone I like. Dishonest and unprofessional. Upon…read morefinding a car we were interested in, we called ahead and then visited the lot. The car was out front but filthy, to which he replied "it's really pretty when it's clean..." While on a test drive the salesman sat silently (other than driving directions) in the back. He had no knowledge of the vehicle, which was a little disappointing. We had a unique and complicated financing situation and I appreciate the work that goes into it, but the outcome was unprofessional. After a lot of back and forth they had agreed on a price if we were willing to adjust our interest rate (which we obliged) then after some time they came back and decided not to keep the price. At that time the only reason they would have made that decision was that there apparently was no longer any wiggle room on the sticker price that they up front mentioned was "always relatively negotiable." After questioning them about the reason they just stopped talking to us. There were several more unprofessional things that took place but overall it just felt like a shady place. I will however say that the gentleman in charge of financing was very kind and professional, but that would be the only positive review of this dealership.

We made an appointment with Aaron last night to look at a truck we found online. He had the truck…read morepulled and waiting for us to test drive. It wasn't sparkling clean on the inside, but we are looking at a 13 year old truck, so we didn't expect it to be in pristine condition. Aaron was AMAZING to work with and gave us a great trade in value for our car. When we left we felt as if we got an amazing deal and truly had a great time purchasing our new truck (seriously, how often do you leave a dealership feeling like that?). This is the first time we have purchased a car from Apexx and I can definitely see us purchasing from them in the future.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Freightliner in Mt. Vernon. The first time I brought…read moremy coach in they did a full inspection and spotted a few things that needed addressing to avoid bigger problems in the future. They did this in a timely manner and for a very reasonable price. Recently we were on our way from Anacortes to Idaho to meet up with family. While inspecting the wheels I noticed a leak on our rear axel. I called Freightliner and Keith answered the phone. He said that while he did not have time in the schedule he was willing to look at the problem to diagnose what the problem was. Keith spent a few minutes tightening some bolts and checking the fluid levels and sent us on our way with confidence. Thank you Keith for being a great guy willing to help us out in a pinch, and thank you Freightliner for fostering a culture that allows him to do that. My only wish for this location is that they had more time for RV service since it can take a while to get in a get a problem solved.

If you need chassis repairs I can confidently recommend Valley Freightliner in Mt Vernon,…read moreWashington. I recently had the dash air on my motor home repaired at Valley Freightliner and the service was excellent. From the time I first called until I drove away with the repairs completed every person with whom I spoke was totally courteous and knowledgeable. A particularly nice service is a personal update each morning via email explaining what has been done the previous day and what is planned for this. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle the service representative provided me with a thorough explanation of work done as well as a detailed review of the charges. The final charges were exactly as I had been quoted at the beginning. When I asked for some extra information to be included on the invoice. The service representative did not ask why I would need such information or imply it was inconvenient. She simply re-prepared my invoice with a smile. Sometimes little things can tell a great deal about a company. After driving home with my air conditioner working perfectly I opened the access panels to see the new parts. Just curiosity. I noticed a couple of original hoses now had sections of large wire spaghetti secured over the hose. These were hoses not connected to this repair. It took me a minute to figure that out. The technician working on my air conditioner had apparently noticed that the hoses had been rubbing on frame structure. He took the initiative to protect those hoses from damage. Not a big thing but a nice extra that says a great deal about that technician and about Valley Freightliner.
