I have driven moving trucks, and now a moving van. This is definitely one of the largest storage/moving U-Haul centers I have ever been to! Huge! So many supplies and an easy rental process online using the app. Also, called and made some changes to my reservation which I accomplished easily on the the phone. Sometimes I like to talk to a person. But the app is super easy to use also. I still had to provide my driver license at the location despite pre-entering it on the app for online check in, so, not sure why. Service center clean, service people polite, huge onsite parking so you can leave your own vehicle while driving the rented vehicle. The value, of course always good. Check the price on van I took a photo of. You do have to return with a full tank and you are charged by the mile, but, oh well. Like I said, moving is a pain. That's all folks, peace out and SYOY!

They've updated all of their cars over the years, these cars are NEW Yelpers, with low miles on them. A small business that does go the extra mile for your convenience. The rates are generally lower comparatively to other larger companies and for that, I have always snagged a great car at a fraction of the cost! On my recent visit I thought of getting picked up from the airport but enjoyed a short pleasant walk from the airport across the street over the sky bridge to their location instead.. Took about twelve minutes, and no frustration . Was offered complimentary water, and a thorough review of my contract. It's sad to see people stating this establishment as anything less than, considering they've have ALWAYS reviewed each contract I've checked out with them precisely. I leave knowing full well what I am liable for, and what they cover. Never been over charged, and never had an issue with "fake damages." Yes, sometimes the line can get a little long but NOTHING compared to fox, the timeless times I've gone there and waited over 2+ hrs with kids. Not to mention the rental facility as most claim, isn't even at the actual airport in Seattle. You have to wait for a shuttle to get you there as well.. So not necessarily convenient. A great suggestion for fellow renters. Take photos of the car before you leave the lot. That way you have a time stamp and no one can blame you if something pops up, but honestly I've never had an issue. The car was filthy inside and out but notes were made prior to driving off. If my deposit is not returned soon, I will file a chargeback with amex.

If you're in a bind, you should come here. They'll definitely take care of you.
