I had my vehicle 2 weeks when I noticed a small chip in the windshield. I know if you wait it can…read morespread so I started looking for glass repair shops right away. I found 2 with high ratings, one in Poulsbo near my job that had a 6 hour wait and this one that was $10 more (I didn't know the repair was free with my insurance) Shame on me for stereotyping but I was expecting a guy to come look at the glass chip. When a female came out and started scratching at the glass of my new Lexus I was scared. Eventually 2 more females were checking out my windshield. They all agreed the glass chip was there when I bought my Lexus and the repair was falling apart.. They got me right in and didn't make me wait in the reception area when I told them I just came off a 12 hour night shift. I dozed in my vehicle and I woke to a tap on my window, all my paperwork ready to sign, and no chipped glass. I signed and was on my way, never getting out of my vehicle once. I know females are more nurturing whether they are in work boots or wearing an apron and this crew remained professional while meeting my comfort needs. This business is A+

Unfortunately the first windshield was damaged but Novus called us beforehand to let us know and to reschedule our appointment. The second windshield arrived and we dropped our car off. They estimated it would be a 5 - 6 hour appointment and we were happily surprised when they called us after 3 hours to tell us our car was ready. The new windshield was great, the service was great and they even vacuumed the car. They billed our insurance, we paid our deductible and out the door we went. Thanks Novus!!

I live in Seattle so it was a drive to get to Port Orchard. My Tesla Model Y had some door and…read morequarter panel damage. There are a limited number of Tesla certified body shops in the area and many have very long waits for service. The one shop in Seattle that could get me in could not agree with my insurance on the cost. My insurance suggested Fix Auto as "a Tesla-certified shop we have been able to agree with in the past". Everything about the experience was smooth. I spoke by phone and they sent me a link to upload damage photos, and they made their repair estimate from that. Once they had the car there were additional costs discovered but they were able to get them accepted by my insurance with no cost to me. I was able to drop the car off for repair after hours (since they're so far away!) using a gate code they emailed to me. They have an automated text system that sends updates at each stage of the repair. ("Your repair is on time and moving to the paint shop!") They got the job done sooner than originally anticipated. I literally cannot tell that anything ever happened to the car. It's beautiful. As a bonus, they work with the local Enterprise Rent-A-Car so I was able to just leave my rental at the repair shop and they checked it in for Enterprise. When I had questions through the repair process, they were easy to reach by phone and helpful. As for cost, it was all covered by insurance, but the numbers were big. Fix's initial estimate was about 30% less than the Seattle shop, but after the additional costs were added the two bids ended up almost identical. (Of course, the Seattle shop probably also would have come up with additional costs.) My advice overall: Don't damage your car. If you DO damage it, go to Fix in Port Orchard. They were outstanding.

Is your Tesla damaged? DO NOT BRING IT HERE! Simple repair to rear bumper languished for MONTHS and…read morethey did everything possible to make the process as slow and expensive as possible. They even charged me $105 to update the car's software (something you do yourself at home)! Also put a bunch of deep scratches on the rear window and claimed it was like that already. And the paint job is pure garbage and does not match the rest of the car. Seriously, just wait the time it takes to use the local Tesla-authorized shops instead of this place. They play a nice game of happy friendly face until something goes awry, then the fangs come out and they are nothing but cut-throat crooks. Don't believe their bogus responses either - it's a flat-out lie!

am writing this so others do not make the same mistake we did…read more We purchased a 2018 Subaru Crosstrek from West Hills Ford, and within days of purchase, the dashboard lit up while driving -- check engine, Eyesight disabled, traction control, brake system, and more. Alarmed, we immediately had the code pulled, then brought the vehicle straight back to West Hills Ford. At that visit, we were told they would "see if they could figure it out," and if not, they would send it to Subaru to diagnose. Instead of actually doing that, West Hills Ford cleared the code, told us it was probably just dirty oil, and sent us on our way. They did not send it to Subaru. They did not investigate further. They did not even check the oil. Let that sink in. This dealership advertises a 30-point inspection, yet somehow: * The oil was filthy * The oil had apparently never been changed by the previous owner * And a vehicle throwing immediate engine and safety warnings was sold anyway How does a "30-point inspection" miss oil that was so dirty it later triggered engine timing faults? How does it miss that the oil hadn't been changed at all? Or worse -- was it never actually done? Because West Hills Ford dismissed us and wiped the code instead of diagnosing the problem, we were forced to spend our own money taking the vehicle to a Subaru dealership. Subaru identified P000D -- camshaft position slow response, a serious engine timing issue. Even then, the problem was still blamed on "dirty oil from the previous owner." And then -- shockingly -- the lights came back. At the 60,000-mile service, Subaru finally confirmed what should have been addressed immediately when we first returned the car: The camshaft sensor is failing and must be replaced. This entire situation was avoidable. The warning signs were there days after purchase. The code was there. We brought the vehicle back. West Hills Ford acknowledged it might be serious. And instead of following through, they cleared the code, made assumptions, and sent us away in a vehicle with a failing engine component. As if that weren't enough, there were additional red flags that now feel impossible to ignore. We were explicitly told our credit would not be pulled -- it was anyway. We were told the vehicle came with two sets of keys -- we are still waiting on the second set. This has been one of the most stressful, frustrating, and eye-opening purchasing experiences we've ever had. Between the failure to properly inspect the vehicle, the decision to clear codes instead of diagnose, the broken promises, and the refusal to take early responsibility, it is impossible to trust anything we were told. If you are considering buying from West Hills Ford, assume that once the paperwork is signed, you are on your own. Do not trust verbal assurances. Do not assume inspections mean anything. And do not expect accountability when problems surface immediately after purchase. This experience has permanently destroyed our trust in this dealership.
