I was SOOOO HAPPY AND excited to finally do something like this for myself and have a nice clean car, until I tried to use my Defrosters and heater and nothing is working, radio buttons make the heater turn on and off now, none of my radio or heater buttons do anything they are suppose to. I immediately try to troubleshoot and when I realize it's no good I message back Alex and let them know immediately, asking if this is normal. No reply yet , but I hope they will understand paying 450 for my car to be cleaned and it come out damaged even if it is older is not what a 5 star detailing services would do. Hopefully they will issue a partial refund so I can now go pay to fix my electronics . I will recording my cars now in the condition before and after any car service to a sound this in the future . Great detailing but there were multiple soaking wet surfaces where they just soaked it in cleaner with little care about how it seeps into the electric components. Update: will be going back in in Friday to have them completely dry out the interior and hopefully fully dry behind the button panels! Thank you guys for caring!

I had a wonderful experience with the team at Matsenko Auto. I have a 2021 charger scat pack with a…read morebig brake setup (400 mm two-piece rotors and 6 piston brembo brakes). For a dealer job with OEM parts, this costs around $4500 for the front pair. After doing tons of research, I decided to utilize a quality aftermarket kit. However, when I talked to the dealer, they tried to steer me away from this, and while they said they could do it with aftermarket parts, they seemed very unsure and cited issues with prior customers going this route. Another local shop told me they wouldn't be comfortable replacing just the rotors (they wanted me to bring a factory rotor/hat assembly which is honestly unnecessary if old hats are in good shape). I did not feel very confident with both shops. I reached out to Matsenko on yelp by chance and their tech, William, responded within a couple of hours and knew exactly what I was trying to do. I was honestly surprised at how knowledgeable he was with my specific brake job and decided to give them a shot. They got me in quick, and everything was done by end of next day. The brake job is excellent, there is no noise or judder, and braking action is very smooth. In addition, they did an hvac cleaning for me (i had some contamination in my evaporator core) which another shop tried, and failed, and charged me $500 for the whole ordeal. All of this was done well at a fraction of the cost at Matsenko, and I saved thousands. I am very pleased with everything, and the amount of attention to communication I received is something I rarely see these days. Everyone was also very nice and personable, from the shop owner, to the tech and to reception which is also less common these days. I drove all the way from Olympia to have this done, and when my rear brakes need a swap, I know who I'll be calling Thank you for the wonderful service everyone!

I got my Dodge back after Christmas one week later after getting my vehicle back my dodge started shifting strange and stopped in the middel of the road I was turning onto . Got to a safe place and called fix Auto to have a tow truck come . The women in the office tride arguing with me I could potentially have to pay for the tow When previous repairs were done my transcooler had to be replaced . Fix Auto didn't connect the lines properly and I lost transmission fluid all over the inside of my vehicle and on the ground. My vehicle was repaired and less then 48 hours later my vehicle broke down again and another repair was done . June 21 2026 my check engine light came on and my vehicle went into limp mod . Took my dodge in to a local machine and gave them the back story of all the issues that occurred from when my vehicle was repaired by fix Auto . A scan of my vehicle was done and it reported something with my transmission. The machine suggested for me to take it back to Fix Auto . I made and appointment and took it back The machine test drove my Dodge came back and spoke to the women that works in the office outside. The machine said possibly transmission failure. Moving foward I contacted my insurance company and my claim was re-opened Recived a email from fix auto stating they arew and I have put 20 thousand miles on since . My insurance had me take my vehicle into the local Dodge dealership in the findings it states I need a new transmission and it was damaged from possible transmission fluid loss my vehicle was deemed a total loss from my insurance. I would never recommend this shop to anyone to have repairs done on their vehicle . I find it odd none of the previous two women that I delt with in 2024 and in 2025 work there anymore and neither dose the mechanic that worked on my vehicle. They didn't hold themselves accountable for damages they caused to my transmission. I have a DTC scann from January 2 at 1030 am showing permanent gear ratio 5 defective and at 11 30 am that day a write up stating my vehicle was repaired. At the time I didn't think anything of it I am not a machine and honestly thought it would have been brought to my attention shame on me for thinking that. Horrible shop bad ethics, and very unprofessional.

I live in Seattle so it was a drive to get to Port Orchard. My Tesla Model Y had some door and…read morequarter panel damage. There are a limited number of Tesla certified body shops in the area and many have very long waits for service. The one shop in Seattle that could get me in could not agree with my insurance on the cost. My insurance suggested Fix Auto as "a Tesla-certified shop we have been able to agree with in the past". Everything about the experience was smooth. I spoke by phone and they sent me a link to upload damage photos, and they made their repair estimate from that. Once they had the car there were additional costs discovered but they were able to get them accepted by my insurance with no cost to me. I was able to drop the car off for repair after hours (since they're so far away!) using a gate code they emailed to me. They have an automated text system that sends updates at each stage of the repair. ("Your repair is on time and moving to the paint shop!") They got the job done sooner than originally anticipated. I literally cannot tell that anything ever happened to the car. It's beautiful. As a bonus, they work with the local Enterprise Rent-A-Car so I was able to just leave my rental at the repair shop and they checked it in for Enterprise. When I had questions through the repair process, they were easy to reach by phone and helpful. As for cost, it was all covered by insurance, but the numbers were big. Fix's initial estimate was about 30% less than the Seattle shop, but after the additional costs were added the two bids ended up almost identical. (Of course, the Seattle shop probably also would have come up with additional costs.) My advice overall: Don't damage your car. If you DO damage it, go to Fix in Port Orchard. They were outstanding.

He thoroughly explained what repair would entail, the timeline to repair, and ran some quotes. My previous collision evaluator provided a similar repair quote, but Mike made everything much easier to grasp and comprehensively overviewed what each step would entail. Mike told me he operates the way he'd like to be treated, and that very much came through. He was extremely professional, approachable, and real, and talked to me like a human not a checkbook. He took the time to explain allll the nitty gritty and gave me all the data I needed to make an informed decision.
