I was SOOOO HAPPY AND excited to finally do something like this for myself and have a nice clean car, until I tried to use my Defrosters and heater and nothing is working, radio buttons make the heater turn on and off now, none of my radio or heater buttons do anything they are suppose to. I immediately try to troubleshoot and when I realize it's no good I message back Alex and let them know immediately, asking if this is normal. No reply yet , but I hope they will understand paying 450 for my car to be cleaned and it come out damaged even if it is older is not what a 5 star detailing services would do. Hopefully they will issue a partial refund so I can now go pay to fix my electronics . I will recording my cars now in the condition before and after any car service to a sound this in the future . Great detailing but there were multiple soaking wet surfaces where they just soaked it in cleaner with little care about how it seeps into the electric components. Update: will be going back in in Friday to have them completely dry out the interior and hopefully fully dry behind the button panels! Thank you guys for caring!

Our vehicle was dropped off on December 2, 2025 and picked up December 29, 2025. Upon pickup, we discovered multiple personal items missing from inside the vehicle and new interior damage that was not present at drop-off. We immediately notified management, who stated they had no information and agreed that filing a police report was appropriate. A police report has been filed and the matter is being handled through proper channels. I'm sharing this so others are aware and can take precautions when leaving personal items in a vehicle during repairs.

For a dealer job with OEM parts, this costs around $4500 for the front pair. After doing tons of research, I decided to utilize a quality aftermarket kit. However, when I talked to the dealer, they tried to steer me away from this, and while they said they could do it with aftermarket parts, they seemed very unsure and cited issues with prior customers going this route. Another local shop told me they wouldn't be comfortable replacing just the rotors (they wanted me to bring a factory rotor/hat assembly which is honestly unnecessary if old hats are in good shape). I did not feel very confident with both shops. I reached out to Matsenko on yelp by chance and their tech, William, responded within a couple of hours and knew exactly what I was trying to do. I was honestly surprised at how knowledgeable he was with my specific brake job and decided to give them a shot. They got me in quick, and everything was done by end of next day. The brake job is excellent, there is no noise or judder, and braking action is very smooth. In addition, they did an hvac cleaning for me (i had some contamination in my evaporator core) which another shop tried, and failed, and charged me $500 for the whole ordeal. All of this was done well at a fraction of the cost at Matsenko, and I saved thousands. I am very pleased with everything, and the amount of attention to communication I received is something I rarely see these days. Everyone was also very nice and personable, from the shop owner, to the tech and to reception which is also less common these days. I drove all the way from Olympia to have this done, and when my rear brakes need a swap, I know who I'll be calling Thank you for the wonderful service everyone!

I called around to several auto body shops in the Tacoma area, but all of them were either unwilling to take on that level of damage or also classified it as a total loss. My insurance wouldn't cover the repairs, so I was stuck paying out of pocket. I was nearly ready to scrap the car and buy a used one, until I found Matsenko Auto. I spoke with Mike, who was very friendly and provided updates throughout the entire process. After explaining the situation, they took my car in without hesitation. They assessed the damage quickly and assured me it was no problem for them to fix, which gave me the confidence I needed that the car was in good hands. To top it off, they quoted me a price significantly lower than the other shops I contacted. The repairs took about a month due to backordered parts, but now my car looks good as new. They even repainted the scratched areas in-house. This is a very professional shop that gave me a chance when no one else did. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

The women in the office tride arguing with me I could potentially have to pay for the tow When previous repairs were done my transcooler had to be replaced . Fix Auto didn't connect the lines properly and I lost transmission fluid all over the inside of my vehicle and on the ground. My vehicle was repaired and less then 48 hours later my vehicle broke down again and another repair was done . June 21 2026 my check engine light came on and my vehicle went into limp mod . Took my dodge in to a local machine and gave them the back story of all the issues that occurred from when my vehicle was repaired by fix Auto . A scan of my vehicle was done and it reported something with my transmission. The machine suggested for me to take it back to Fix Auto . I made and appointment and took it back The machine test drove my Dodge came back and spoke to the women that works in the office outside. The machine said possibly transmission failure. Moving foward I contacted my insurance company and my claim was re-opened Recived a email from fix auto stating they arew and I have put 20 thousand miles on since . My insurance had me take my vehicle into the local Dodge dealership in the findings it states I need a new transmission and it was damaged from possible transmission fluid loss my vehicle was deemed a total loss from my insurance. I would never recommend this shop to anyone to have repairs done on their vehicle . I find it odd none of the previous two women that I delt with in 2024 and in 2025 work there anymore and neither dose the mechanic that worked on my vehicle. They didn't hold themselves accountable for damages they caused to my transmission. I have a DTC scann from January 2 at 1030 am showing permanent gear ratio 5 defective and at 11 30 am that day a write up stating my vehicle was repaired. At the time I didn't think anything of it I am not a machine and honestly thought it would have been brought to my attention shame on me for thinking that. He got a quick overview of my accident and where I was in the insurance process, before assessing the damage. My previous collision evaluator provided a similar repair quote, but Mike made everything much easier to grasp and comprehensively overviewed what each step would entail. Mike told me he operates the way he'd like to be treated, and that very much came through. He was extremely professional, approachable, and real, and talked to me like a human not a checkbook. He took the time to explain allll the nitty gritty and gave me all the data I needed to make an informed decision.
