Excellent service. A business with integrity. Best experience I've had in a long time. They're honest and get things done in a timely manner. I went there to have my headlight replaced; it had quit working. No collision. But I figured a body shop probably repairs a lot of headlights. I had first taken it to a local Poulsbo garage. But lost confidence in their ability. So I decided to take it to the dealership. Terrible experience. So, after weeks of headaches, I tried this place. What a refreshing experience. When you need something like a headlight or taillight repaired, think of these people. You won't be disappointed. read more

I'd give Kingston Collision 10 stars out of 5 if I had the option. I have a 2004 Cadillac with very low miles. I was pretty upset when I got into a rumble with a tractor and lost big time. I didn't think it would be even fixable but these guys made the car look like it just came off the assembly line. They had to replace a lot but they also did their best to keep the costs down because of the age of the car. They said they'd do their best but I got the feeling the car would never be the same, especially at the price quoted. I hope they don't have a camera outside because when I came to pick up the car, I stood there stunned, mouth agape. It was perfect. You can trust your vehicles to this business. I am so glad someone recommended them, I couldn't be happier. Oh and they cleaned the car so beautifully , I don't want to let the dogs in it anymore, it's just too nice. The before picture doesn't show the damage very well. There was a big hole in the drivers side door and the two doors, the mirror and the bumper needed to be replaced. read more

Kingston Collision did an excellent job repairing the rear of my vehicle. It looks better than new! They were excellent to deal with, super honest, patient and friendly. They had my car ready on time. My favorite part -- it was washed and detailed inside! I was amazed!!! read more

I was impressed by the knowledge and attention I received right from the start from the owner, Brad of Kingston Collision. I highly recommend Kingston Collision as a professional business that takes pride in making sure the customer is happy with the end result. My car looked beautiful when I picked it up. I will go back to Kingston Collision in the future. An excellent local company all the way around. read more

I got into an accident recently and asked my regular mechanic if they knew the repair place recommended by my insurance company. They did and didn't recommend going there. Instead, they recommended Kingston Collision. I AM SO GLAD THEY DID!! I have never received better service - not that I've had a bunch of accidents, but WOW! They all were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and fast! They all went out of their way to make the whole process quick and easy on me. I dealt primarily with Stacy and Evelyn, but I'm sure even the people 'behind the curtains' were just the same. If you get into an accident or need any body work, definitely call them! You won't be disappointed with the quality, the people, or the price. read more

My RAM 3500 was sideswiped in a hit and run. The USAA recommended shop, after waiting 3 months decided they couldn't repair the truck about an hour after I picked up the rental car. Anyway Kingston Collision came highly recommended from our diesel mechanic. Wow, the truck looks like new! They were able to get the door, cab corner, and bed side that the USAA shop could not. They were able to do it a month like they promised considering we had Christmas, New Years, and a snow/ice storm in that same period. If I'm unfortunate enough to need body and paint work again, I will be heading back to Kingston Collision. read more

You can't beat Kingston Collision. I have had my cars body work done by Brad and his team for over 5 years now. Each time I take my cars to Kingston Collision the end result is flawless. How they match the paint is amazing. You can not tell that anything was ever done to the car. I highly recommend Kingston Collision if your looking for high quality work done right the first time and every time. read more

Somebody backed into my car in a parking lot and didn't leave any note, damaging my bumper severely enough to need replacement. Brad was quick to evaluate it and quote me and set up an appointment for repair. It was done in a day. The paint was matched perfectly and I was billed the initial quote given no additional needed work was discovered. Brad made the process really easy and he knew who I was as soon as I walked in the door, even when he was not expecting me. The car which I had left them in dirty state was cleaned inside and out. No nonsense, transparent pricing, quick service -- what more can you want? Hopefully won't need to be back soon but if I do need, I will. read more

Awesome. Brad. Awesome. Repair specialists. Awesome. I damaged my truck, turning into a fuel island bollard. 100% my fault. Brad explained the repair process and made the whole thing easy. The repair team are masters at their craft. My truck is whole again. Thanks for being the kind of business that seeks excellence. I fully endorse these guys. Great team. v/r Mike M read more

A branch fell on my Mazda and damaged the front bumper. Although State Farm was quick to offer a settlement, I had Kingston Collision do an estimate. They negotiated with State Farm for the proper repair. Not only did Kingston Collision do an excellent repair job, but they were on schedule and saved me an extra $100 with my insurance company. read more

(two years ago) Friendly, prompt, personal attention. The owner exudes a sense of trustworthiness. Parts were sourced unbelievably quick. Had my truck repaired and returned to me eight days after first contact, six days before the nearby competitor could start the work. Final cost was $800 and 45% under the closest estimate. My advice: Give careful consideration when selecting an auto body shop with 500 - 600 shops nationwide. don't overlook smaller, locally mad-owned shops. Five stars and two thumbs up for Kingston Collision. read more

I'm so impressed by the service I received when my car rear-ended recently. The crew at Kingston Collision were super helpful and obviously doing their best to look out for me when the car was determined to be a total loss. They even advised me to make sure and keep the license plates so that I wouldn't have to purchase new ones when I get my next car. A huge "thanks" to the entire team... well done! read more

I saved a ton of money by taking my car to Kingston Collision. I have a new 2023 Audi A4, and the lower half of the back bumper was pulled halfway off when I drove down a very steep gravel driveway and scraped it on the asphalt. If I had taken it to Audi, they would have replaced it with a brand new bumper for over $5,000, but the skilled team at Kingston Collision said they believed they could fix it ... and they did, in about 2 hours, and it only cost me $345. It looks brand new. The guys there work together closely as a team, they kept me posted on how it was going, and they even ran a computer screen when they were done to ensure everything was working properly. I couldn't be happier with their professionalism and skill sets. read more

They did such a great job on my vehicle. Very upfront with the pricing and gave me all the options. Communication could not have been better! Truly a great experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED read more

These guys are AMAZING!! I got rear-ended while driving my wife's Honda Accord. There are a lot of safety systems under that bumper cover that most people don't realize. My slimy insurance company (USAA- they have become worse than Allstate) tried to get KC to put on a $100 bumper cover off of Amazon. The only reason I found out about it was because I saw it itemized on the coverage statement from USAA and asked Brad (owner) what was up with the cheap, NON-OE part? Brad was absolutely ZERO drama- told me he had already contacted USAA and told them that their specified item wasn't going to be put on by his shop. Didn't bother us with hysterics- didn't knuckle under to the slimy insurance carrier. They pulled the cover and found the safety absorber and absorber bar bent and compressed. They contacted my insurance, handled the issues- got OE parts installed. No drama hit my plate and I wouldn't have known about what they went thru if I hadn't asked what they found when they pulled the bumper cover. These guys just handled my car and my slimy insurance with no drama and my wife's car doesn't have unsafe Chinese schmaltz installed like the insurance company wanted. The color matching, fit and finish, and driveabilty of the car (plus vacuumed and car got washed) literally look like the car just rolled off the showroom floor! My end was EXACTLY my $500 deductible. They handled the slimy insurance BS, and I got no drama, no excuses, just beautiful job and car drives and looks new. There is no better place to take your car. I have also had other work (non-ins work) done by these guys on my Tahoe and the work was same: top shelf and incredibly reasonable prices. Always done earlier than quoted and better than new fit and finish. Literally the most honest, best priced, best work you can find anywhere. There's a reason that these guys are 5 out of 5 stars for a gazillion revues. They are all that AND A BOX OF COOKIES!! If you want drama and extortion- go somewhere else. These guys are the best of the best, and their prices are beyond fair. read more

These guys are terrific! I had damaged the bumper and fender on my truck. They were super easy to work with. Exceeded expectations. 1. The estimate appointment was very thorough. 2. The bill was the estimate, no surprises. 3. The work was flawless. 4. They basically detailed the entire truck. It absolutely glowed when I came to pick it up. 5. They called me to come pick it up 3 days before the promised it. I would definitely recommend this shop. They restore classics and hot rods for fun and profit so you know that their skills are at the top. Thank you. read more

Had to take my car to Brad and his team at Kingson Collision to get some work after a driver hit my car while it was parked in front of my home. They came recommended by my mechanic. I'd give this shop even more than 5 stars if I could. My mechanic recommended Brad highly when he sent me to Kingston Collision with a messed up bumper. I soon found out why. Brad and his assistant Evelyn were pleasant, helpful and professional folks to work with. Brad did a beautiful job on the bumper. It only took 2 days. The price was quite reasonable. Hopefully I won't need it again, but if I do I'm glad this shop is available here in Kingston. read more

Tim and the gang at Kingston Collision do great body and paint work. Our 2000 VW Jetta was recently involved in a minor accident causing damage to the passenger side door. Tim took care of it, contacting the insurance, faxing over the estimate and all of that. He's a friendly, good guy who deserves your business. He's not part of the insurance company/body shop machine -- he's an independent shop owner who works in the best interest of this customers, not insurance company interests. He is very effective at working with insurance adjusters from all of the major companies. He came highly recommended to us by Mike H., owner of Silverdale Transmissions and several other local automotive businesses. read more

What a great collision repair facility. Brad and his employees are first rate. Had a tire fly off my camper and damage the sheet metal all along the right side. He came to where the camper was parked and gave me a fantastic fair estimate for the repair. I took the camper to him the next day and he repaired the damage so well you could hardly tell where it happened. I would recommend Kingston Collision to anyone who needs car or camper body work done while in the Kingston or near by area. No need to go to the big boys when there is an independent facility like Kingston Collision. read more

A while back I backed my truck into a tree. I bent the bumper and back of the truck to where I couldn't even lower the tailgate. I called Brad and he took care of me. The insurance company did not want to replace certain parts because they felt the old ones could be reused but Brad made sure that I got the parts needed to make sure my truck looked good as new. Was told the repair would take two weeks but was surprised to get a call letting me know it was done and ready to be picked up in less than a week. read more

My truck was involved in an an accident and needed front-end work done so I looked for a local body shop to do the work and that is when I found Kingston Collision. When I dropped my truck off I talked to Brad and he answered all my questions and was very personable. When I picked up my truck, I was surprised to find my truck was washed and you could not tell that the front end wasn't the original. Even my license plate had been straightened out! I picked up my F-150 today and it looks great. The recent snow collapsed a carport on it and banged it up pretty good. The estimate was fast and fair and the work was done when they said it would be. No one looks forward to their vehicle needing work. This is the second time Kingston Collision did body work on my truck. The fact that I returned for round #2 should tell you something. They did all the negotiating with insurance. All I had to do was drop it off and pick it up. Brad and his entire crew are friendly and professional. They will work on just about anything from brand new vehicles to classic cars to hot rods. It's owned by a local guy (Brad) and has a family atmosphere. I highly recommend them. read more

Just got charged for 2 hours labor to change 2 radiator hoses on a '78 Volvo. Yeah, I really feel ripped off, because I live in Seattle & had it towed in. Great job all around! My minivan had bad dents in two different places from teenage driving, and spots were starting to rust. Their estimate was fair, better than other local shops.
