My RAM 3500 was sideswiped in a hit and run. The USAA recommended shop, after waiting 3 months decided they couldn't repair the truck about an hour after I picked up the rental car. Anyway Kingston Collision came highly recommended from our diesel mechanic. Wow, the truck looks like new! They were able to get the door, cab corner, and bed side that the USAA shop could not. They were able to do it a month like they promised considering we had Christmas, New Years, and a snow/ice storm in that same period. Somebody backed into my car in a parking lot and didn't leave any note, damaging my bumper severely enough to need replacement. Brad was quick to evaluate it and quote me and set up an appointment for repair. It was done in a day. The paint was matched perfectly and I was billed the initial quote given no additional needed work was discovered. I saved a ton of money by taking my car to Kingston Collision. I have a new 2023 Audi A4, and the lower half of the back bumper was pulled halfway off when I drove down a very steep gravel driveway and scraped it on the asphalt. If I had taken it to Audi, they would have replaced it with a brand new bumper for over $5,000, but the skilled team at Kingston Collision said they believed they could fix it ... and they did, in about 2 hours, and it only cost me $345. It looks brand new. The guys there work together closely as a team, they kept me posted on how it was going, and they even ran a computer screen when they were done to ensure everything was working properly. These guys are AMAZING!! I got rear-ended while driving my wife's Honda Accord. There are a lot of safety systems under that bumper cover that most people don't realize. My slimy insurance company (USAA- they have become worse than Allstate) tried to get KC to put on a $100 bumper cover off of Amazon. The only reason I found out about it was because I saw it itemized on the coverage statement from USAA and asked Brad (owner) what was up with the cheap, NON-OE part? Brad was absolutely ZERO drama- told me he had already contacted USAA and told them that their specified item wasn't going to be put on by his shop. Didn't bother us with hysterics- didn't knuckle under to the slimy insurance carrier. They pulled the cover and found the safety absorber and absorber bar bent and compressed. They contacted my insurance, handled the issues- got OE parts installed. No drama hit my plate and I wouldn't have known about what they went thru if I hadn't asked what they found when they pulled the bumper cover. These guys just handled my car and my slimy insurance with no drama and my wife's car doesn't have unsafe Chinese schmaltz installed like the insurance company wanted. The color matching, fit and finish, and driveabilty of the car (plus vacuumed and car got washed) literally look like the car just rolled off the showroom floor! My end was EXACTLY my $500 deductible. They handled the slimy insurance BS, and I got no drama, no excuses, just beautiful job and car drives and looks new. There is no better place to take your car. I have also had other work (non-ins work) done by these guys on my Tahoe and the work was same: top shelf and incredibly reasonable prices. Always done earlier than quoted and better than new fit and finish. Literally the most honest, best priced, best work you can find anywhere. There's a reason that these guys are 5 out of 5 stars for a gazillion revues. They are all that AND A BOX OF COOKIES!! If you want drama and extortion- go somewhere else.
