BEWARE -- very disappointing experience with Rairdon of Monroe…read more I purchased a 2021 RAM 1500 from Rairdon of Monroe this February with approximately 59,000 miles. The buying experience itself was great -- everyone was friendly, responsive, and helpful. However, what I found out today completely changed my opinion of this dealership. When I purchased the truck, my salesman specifically told me that the 60,000-mile service had already been completed by the dealership and that I had nothing to worry about. Today, at approximately 72,000 miles, I took the truck to another dealership for an engine oil change. They inspected it and told me the transmission fluid appeared old and recommended replacing it. I was surprised, because I had been told by Rairdon that the 60K service had already been done. So I drove back to Rairdon of Monroe and spoke with the salesman to find out what was going on. This time, I was told that they never performed the 60,000-mile service because it "wasn't due" when they had the truck. So which is it? At the time of sale, I was told the service had been completed. Months later, after buying the truck, I was told it had never been done. I purchased a truck costing around $60,000 from what appeared to be a reputable dealership. I should be able to trust basic information provided by their sales staff about the vehicle's maintenance history. Instead, I was given information that turned out to be false, and now I'm the one dealing with the overdue maintenance and uncertainty. What makes this especially frustrating is that we're talking about a relatively small service compared with the price of the vehicle. Losing a customer's trust over something like this is unbelievable. If you buy a vehicle here, do not rely solely on what the salesperson tells you about completed maintenance. Ask for the actual service records and verify everything yourself before signing. I will file complaints to DOL, trade commission and RAM USA.

Original estimate was 880.53 for the service that was needed upon arrival. In July 2026 returned to get an oil leak fixed on the right side of the engine. Original estimate 259.32 Out the door 2706.08 They charged me 210. to tell me I had an oil leak when that's why I called them in the first place. 953. of the charges were rear Axle and Axle bearing issues. In the past the receipts were easier for me to read and understand on the spot at check out. They had the vehicle a week for both visits. Before I left the dealership, I did say "You overcharged me, compared to the phone quote." It was a very hot day and I had walked from the library after taking the bus to get my Jeep back. I was tired, and not prepared to fight that day. Companies will take advantage of people not ready to confront and challenge them on the spot. They financially gouged us and we did let them know we will not be doing business with them in the future. I am leaving out alot of details on the receipts, but this high light should help others a little to be prepared BEFORE they pay the bill to review it better than I did. I am sorry for my loss in this case, but at least the 2018 Jeep is fixed!

The closest BECU branch with a teller is in Everett or Tukwila. This is such a basic banking service, I was surprised and disappointed to learn it's not offered here, hence the low review. The staff were super friendly and kind - so nothing against the staff working there. A convenient location for other services. There is parking at the hospital or around the corner from the BECU location.

I decided to contact the Monroe branch and spoke to Diego H. at that branch and he made an appt. with me, I met with him the next day and with 30 minutes he had my account re-opened, all set and was fantastic. He knew exactly what I needed, how to proceed, and had me out of there in 40 minutes (we chatted or I could have been done in 30 minutes). I was pleasantly surprised after being told by a banker at the other branch that the process would take two hours and to come back even though I had an appt there. He said he was really busy LOL. Diego was the best and I highly recommend the Monroe branch. The other two tellers there were also fantastic and very helpful.

I check back nearly a year later and they have suddenly started charging the account a service fee, leaving me with half of my balance than when I started. I made an appointment immediately to close the account, and sort out why I had been charged monthly fees when I was told that the account wouldn't be charged fees by two tellers, I never received any notification of the fee starting, and I have several other Chase accounts, in excellent standing for years and years... so why charge me on this account? I sat down with Benjamin who disregarded all of my concerns about not being notified, or being told that it was a fee free account by other employees, or that I am a customer of chase on other accounts, and he just kept trying to make petty small talk while seeing if he could reverse any of them. "Nope couldn't do it, but maybe I can do the last month or two... There you go. I mean you want that right? I can take it back!" (I wanted to walk out I was so pissed that he joked about taking the 1/10th he was going to refund, and take it back.) He refunded me $24 of the $200+ they took in fees. Is it my job to have to advocate for myself at this bank? I should have told him to get me in touch with someone that could gets all those fees refunded. I felt so disrespected by the jokes or whatever Benjamin thought he was doing. I'm going to be cancelling my other accounts and credit cards. I don't want to be associated with this business.

I deposit a check and get told the first time it might take 1 to 4 days to clear. Four is long, but OK, Maybe they need to establish a pattern for my deposits. I deposit a second check and now it will take SIX days according to their chat! We're in the age of everything instant and a bank wants to take SIX DAYS to clear a $250 check. Unbelievable. I called Coastal and they say it is not them doing the banking. Really? "Bank account services provided by Coastal Community Bank, Member FDIC." If it isn't, then management is completely incompetent and should NOT be running a bank, period.

I am then told that the bank will not process a refund nor replace the box of checks that I paid for when I first opened the account many years ago. I then reiterated the points that the bank is going to force me to close my current account and force me to open an entirely new account because they will not just simply remove a name from my account. And the bank will not issue a new box of check nor reimburse me for the checks that I was already charged for and paid for. Rather they will give me 4 temporary counter checks with my name printed on them for the new account they are forcing me to open. The "manager" then scoffs at me over the phone and says to me "However you want to look at it" I said I am not looking at this anyway... I simply reiterated your exact words and term you presented to me. She again scoffed at me said. "We are not forcing you to do anything" I said well great then you'll be removing the name from my account and that will fix this whole issue and take care of the problem? She scoffed once more and said "NO" noticeably irritated and said "I already told you, you have to close your current account and open a new account." So I once more said then you indeed are forcing me to close my current account and forcing me to open up a new account. She says "However you want to look at it" I then said then you tell me how I should look at it other than the exact way you have presented it to me. She had nothing further to say.
