First time at Milktooth and I loved the atmosphere! It was a beautiful day, so it took awhile to get in, but my friend and I had a great time chatting and catching up while we waited on a table. Our food also took a little while to show up, but we loved the menu options! My cinnamon roll was a little bit more dry than I liked, but I loved the side of whip cream it came with! The S'mores Dutch Baby was probably our favorite menu item! Would come back again just for this! Would also highly recommend the specialty coffee drinks.
Hands down one of the best brunch experiences of my life. They don't take reservations ugh and when we arrived after the hike from around gainbridge fieldhouse in high 30s weather the people loitering around did not inspire optimism. We put our name down and were told they would "get us in as soon as they can". We waited outside. In the teeth chattering cold. The thought of saying fuck it and bouncing did cross my mind but not seriously. Something told me to wait (probably the reviews I read that said explicitly "it's well worth the wait"). Excitement grew as each party left the restaurant with their little table away boxes and we knew our time was near. Eventually the host said the words we had been waiting for "Bekki, party of 2". We sat at their little countertop bar situation which was excellent because it provided a nice view of the behind the scenes cooking business. It is super warm and inviting inside with a lot of little Knick knacks. Service is friendly and prompt. We both wanted their bottomless drip coffee. GF ordered their bloody mary "it was good". I ordered a beermosa which was DELICIOUS! I don't know if orange juice most makes everything good or what. I had to try their famous Dutch baby which was fantastic. I don't feel qualified enough to really discuss it as I don't know if I have ever had one before but that fruity syrupy shit on top was really refreshing and tasty. GF ordered the grilled cheese and a side of grits. The grilled cheese was huge btw and filled with gooey melty cheese the bread was grilled to a crispy crust on the edges and there was some sweetness to the flavor GF said was some syrupy business. What an unusual combo of flavors there The grits were out of this world. Blue corn and RICOTTA CHEESE?! Are you joking me? Are you fucking with me? Get out of here. Absolutely next level better than sex fantastic orgasmic brunch meal absolutely worth the wait.
The savory Dutch baby is the most interesting thing I've eaten in a long time. The base was some type of a very lightly, sweet, spongy pancake. Savory pulled pork, mozzarella and pineapple ranch with cilantro. Who even thought of this combination? A magician sent straight from heaven. We also got the biscuits and gravy, and I can't remember it had a fancy name, but once again, fabulous because it had a soft cooked egg on top and some type of interesting spin on a normal gravy. The spicy bloody was fabulous, they bring it out with a corona so that you can sip the corona after the "spice" to take to bite out. Make sure you check the hours because, they truly do have limited hours. It is worth the experience and it is truly a taste bud experience. Side note: on our check, the tip was added in already and I didn't notice and I wrote in an additional tip. The waitress was fabulous and it was fine, but just pay attention in case you have a large group. This is relevant.
Still exceptional after all these years! News that Milktooth will transform to a new concept this spring so we had to come before that happened. Lucky if you get a parking spot in their lot but there's free street parking around. Arrived later than opening time on the weekend so we had a 40 minute wait. Clean bright space; bustling atmosphere on the weekends. Noted the auto 20% gratuity and 3% fee for using credit added to bill listed on website and menu. However I had no issue with the friendly and food service. There was good communication when we mentioned a food allergy and felt safe assured to enjoy our meal. Kiddos gave their thumbs up approval, hubby gave the head nod approval, and I with my happy shimmy approval with every bite. Milktooth is truly a spot with top culinary creativity, skills, and taste. Will sorely miss and also excited to try what's to come!
When in Indy, Milktooth is a must visit! One of the best breakfast that I have had. The service was excellent.
Milktooth lives up to the hype. I got the breakfast burger and it was super good, and the fries that came with it were just as solid. My significant other got the blueberry waffle, and after trying a bite I can say it was insanely good too. Service was quick and everyone was friendly and helpful. It is a bit on the pricier side, but that is expected for a place like this. The ambiance is great, especially being in a walkable part of Fountain Square. The inside is really nice with cool decor and a lot of natural light that makes it a comfortable place to sit and enjoy your meal.
I ordered: 1. Apricot & Ricotta Dutch Baby Pancake - stewed apricots, cardamon, orange, whipped ricotta, toasted walnuts 2. Sweet Potato Coldbrew - coldbrew, sweet potato syrup, vanilla, heavy cream, served over ice 3. Slab Bacon - two slabs thick cut, Old Major. marinated in chicken stock, rosemary, star anise, nutmeg 4. Beignets - whipped mint cream, chocolate ganache & cocoa nibs Delicious combination of flavors in the apricot Ricotta Dutch Baby and not terribly greasy. Slab Bacon was super tender and flavorful. Beignets were soft and decadent. Sweet potato Coldbrew was interesting and refreshing. No issues with service. I recommend coming earlier if possible because it gets busy.
Milktooth lived up to the hype. We stopped in while visiting Indianapolis and honestly enjoyed everything we ordered. Gingerbread latte, pumpkin hojicha muffin, Afternoon at Grandma's Dutch baby, patty melt, plus the two eggs your way with slab bacon -- nothing missed. The gingerbread latte was cozy without being too sweet, and the pumpkin hojicha muffin was unique in a really good way. The Dutch baby was the standout -- warm, comforting, and exactly what you want from a dish like that. My daughter would probably argue the scrambled eggs were just as good as dad's, which I'll take as high praise. The vibe was cute and friendly, the menu was creative but comforting, and even with a big order it never felt chaotic. Would absolutely come back.
Bright and airy breakfast/ brunch that's out of a repurposed auto garage (it looks like this was an actual car dealership long ago). During this visit, I was a tourist and first time Indy visitor, but having lived in Silver Lake (LA, CA) for a few years, I think it's safe to say this place is located in an area that leans more hipster. Which is great, because I tend to find the restaurants I really love in these areas. The place was crowded, but I was able to get seated pretty much right away at the bar. The host and my server were very warm and friendly. The menu consists of breakfast classics as well as some more creative dishes. I already knew that I wanted to try one of their sweet Dutch Babies. It was the Peaches and Cream Dutch Baby on the menu at the time of my visit and it sounded perfect. Not familiar with the produce cycle out here, but peach season is winding down. It was delicious! (and aesthetically pleasing) Basically a thick, chewy, substantial pancake served with fresh fruit and cream on top. They have a savory version of the dish as well. I also ordered a latte to wash it all down. Such a pleasant meal with pleasant people in a wonderful setting. If I mind myself back in town, this is definitely on the short list of places to go to for breakfast/brunch.
The coffee is always delicious and I have never had a bad latte here. Milktooth's menu is very gluten heavy, and as someone with a gluten allergy it is difficult to navigate ordering here. This time I ordered cheesy grits with bacon and an over easy egg. I love grits so much and I had high expectations. Unfortunately, the grits came out soupy and I kept having bites that bordered on uncooked which was not enjoyable. The egg was not over easy, none of the yolk was runny. The overall taste was fine and I appreciated the aftertaste of the dish, but I just wish it would have been executed better. Cherry on top was getting sick afterwards. At this point I have tried Milktooth enough times to feel confident in writing it off and sticking with other options that do a better job of accommodating allergies.
Food was decent. We had a latke, sourdough waffle, bacon, eggs. Latke and waffle had good flavor. However, the service was terrible. I waited 30 mins for a drip coffee. 45 mins for the cortado. I personally think our order was probably not put in and forgotten.
This is place is such a gem. Everything is so unique and tastefully done. Wonderful service and I nice atmosphere. It's not reply the place if you're trying to eat healthy, but if you want an amazing culinary experience in a casual atmosphere, it's a must! The only downside is that there's usually a wait for a table, but it is reasonable and well worth it!
It's been awhile since I've been here and I forgot how much I loved this place! So cozy, and the staff makes me feel like I'm their neighbor. The downside is, if you don't get there early, they'll likely be out of a few dishes (and always really good ones). This particular visit I tried the smash burger for the first time and was very pleased! The highlight was the bacon fig jam on it -- delicious! They also have great matcha, and make all syrups in house which is a huge plus. Can't wait to return!

Honestly I hate when expensive things are worth the money. If you're gonna pay $20 for a burger you won't regret that it was this one. The wait if you don't get there right at opening can be pretty long but if you have the time good things do come to those who wait for Milktooth. read more
Came for brunch with a few of my friends and we were in HEAVEN. Right off the bat, I LOVE the fact that Milktooth has a rotating menu because every time I have come here I've tried something new and delish! This time it was the Matcha Milkshake. HANDS DOWN the BEST matcha drink I have ever had in my entire life! I feel that most matcha drinks always end up tasting too earthy but THIS milkshake was on another level. It had the perfect and subtle taste of matcha without it tasting too "earthy" and the cinnamon sugar cookie bits was the perfect addition (I mean who would have thought?!?). The runner-up was definitely the Pad Thai Dutch Baby Pancake. I know, sounds weird but it was the perfect balance between savory and sweet! It was such a beautiful day so we decided to sit outside to enjoy the weather. The space itself is super cute and quirky! One plus is that they have their own parking lot, which is super nice! Overall amazing experience, service, and food/drinks! I will definitely be back to see what else is new on the rotating menu!!! read more
Such a nice brunch at Milktooth! It was crowded when we got there on a Monday morning, but we didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes before we were seated. They put us inside but they were very happy to open the huge garage doors so we could get that indoor/outdoor feel. It was lovely and more than I expected them to do! It was my first time here and I will leave Indianapolis with a very fond memory of my last meal there. Service was quick, took our drink orders right away. I got a mimosa - a classic of course. Ordered the chorizo and potato hand pie as an appetizer and everyone liked it so much that one of us decided to order another for their individual meal as well. Reminded me of the Lebanese meat pies of my youth. My husband ordered the biscuits and gravy and I ordered a side of the slab bacon and the grits that we would share. The biscuits were BIG! Probably not my favorite gravy ever, but the biscuits had a great texture and flavor - buttery and soft but not too soft under the weight of the gravy. The slab bacon was so good. It was enough for one of us to have a piece each and be satisfied. I also can't get over the grits, the best I've had in a long long time. Another big portion as well, considering it was a side, and I ate every last bit of it after I was full. Also major shout out to the gender neutral bathrooms with the coolest mural I've ever seen in a bathroom. Stood there for a few minutes just reading the various FBI files. Such a cool idea. read more
Incredible, delicious with a fun funky atmosphere that's so inviting. We were in Indianapolis on the way home from a family vacation and dined in at our hotel (The Alexander) and the waitress let us know this was a MUST go to before we left. And well we're a foodie family so we knew it had to happen. They didn't open until 10 AM on Friday so we we stopped at Two Districts CO before bunch. It's the mom and daughter duo from Good Bones on HGTV and it's only a few minutes from the restaurant. But make sure you get to Milktooth on the dot. We arrived at like 10:10 and there was already a wait and no parking spots in the attached parking lot. It wasn't terrible as we only waited about ten minutes but I wished I'd taken the restaurants advise to arrive at ten to avoid a wait! I got carried away shopping - ooops! Okay, onto the food. The challenge at this place is trying to decide what to order because there are so many delicious, creative and different items. My hubby got chicken and tikka biscuits which he enjoyed. I'm not able to report on that as I'm a vegetarian but he cleared his plate. I got the grilled cheese intending to eat half (ooops again) but I finished it! Then we split the sweets. The beignets were incredible and not overly sweet. We enjoyed the creamsicle dipping sauce. The cinnamon roll had the power to rock, but it was served room temperature which was a little cold. For some reason a cinnamon roll thats not hot out of the oven just isn't the same. But if you're ordering take out then just pop her in the oven. A huge thumbs up to Milktooth for taking brunch to the next level. I love that the menu is so different compared to most. We will definitely be back next time we're in Indy! read more

Menu lack of options - bread of the day ran out early. Service is slow, ambiance is too millennial. Eggs were salty. Coffee is small. My friend said the burger tasted home made and it was good. Bathrooms were clean. Everything is really overpriced. read more
This is one of the best brunch places I've ever been to. Milktooth was recommended to me as one of the top places to make sure I checked out when I was in Indy, and luckily, it was right across the street from where I was staying. The buzz does seem to be notorious for even locals, as there was a long line before it even opened, but it did move quickly. The food was extremely flavorful, they had unique offerings, and the portions were enough to also eat for lunch. My girlfriend and I ordered across the menu to get both sweet and savory options, including the Dutch baby, patty melt sandwich, potato latke, and the salad. Everything was incredible, but my personal favorite was the patty melt. Would definitely recommend 10/10 read more

After getting so many recommendations, seeing rave reviews and also seeing a semi-viral tiktok advertising this place, I was really excited to finally come and try it for myself! I visited for a Saturday morning brunch around noon with a friend-- there was no wait, surprisingly. Aesthetically, it's eclectic, quirky, and cute. It has a very welcoming and vibrant atmosphere. The host seated us promptly and our waitress, Mac, greeted us very quickly. The garage doors were open as it was warm & sunny. We each started with a drink. He had the mimosa and I had the bellini -- they were served in half-sized glasses and are definitely overpriced for the amount you get. They were average taste-wise, as well. We started with the beignets which came with two dipping sauces; cream cheese and guava. The beignets were warm and incredibly soft -- like puff pastries. It was like biting into a sugar-dusted cloud. Both of the dipping sauces were sweet and yummy. The cream cheese was mild and sweet while the guava dip was very bright. This was definitely my favorite part of the meal. I also had the the cinnamon sugar waffle. It was one singular waffle sprinkled with cinnamon sugar, topped with kumquats and orange slices and a sweet butter. Very sweet which was offset nicely by the sour kumquats. It was a pleasant bite. My friend ordered the hot brown biscuit & gravy which I did not try but they finished the whole thing! Overall, I'm not in a hurry to come back but will probably give it another try when a new menu is available. I would not recommend this place for vegans but there are a couple of options for those who are vegetarian/plant-based. ** Please note that 15% gratuity is automatically added to the bill. We didn't realize this and accidentally tipped an extra 18% on top of that lol. Our waitress was great, though! read more
Heard this was the go to brunch spot in Indy so decided to give it a try. The staff were super nice and gave recommendations. It's a cute place with outdoor seating as well. I got the sweet dutch baby with apricot, but kinda wished I had opted for the savory. It was a little too sweet for me and had too much filling on top. The texture of the dutch baby was great though. And the cheesy grits were really good! Overall, it was a nice brunch. Good vibes, good food and good coffee. read more

OMG... okay, let me start with saying I have thought about visiting Milktooth for a long time but could never justify the price for just a random brunch (it was $100 for two). My husband and I visited before a Colts game a few weekends ago, and I am so sad that I waited this long to go!! Everything we had was literally SO good. I started with a mimosa, and we ordered chicken wings for the both of us. The waitress misheard us and through we ordered the beignets. She quickly and kindly made it right and the Chicken Wings were right out. The beignets were good. I'd give them a 4/5, but it's not what I ordered so I knew I wouldn't be crazy about them. Additionally, the Chicken Wings were very good. I'm not the biggest bone in chicken girl, but these were real wings and the sauce was amazing. The star of the show was by far the Sweet Dutch baby pancake! It was so good, I'll be dreaming about it, haha. 5/5 from me! read more

Wow this place was popping on a Saturday morning. They open at 10 am and my friend and I got here at 9:55 am and there was already a long line in the parking lot! We stood in line for 10-15 minutes and were seated outside. It took awhile for us to get our lattes and then our food but that was understandable because of how busy it was! I got the Milk Muffin and a latte. Both were super yummy! I don't think the latte is worth $6.50 though. I will say that the dishes are very creative and fun. read more
It's been few years I've been to this place. Food was good overall. There's a parking lot front of the restaurant, if it's not overly crowded, usually a spot is available. Like I said, food was good overall. Service wasn't bad either. However I was disappointed to see a check with 15% gratuity included for two people dining. I usually tip 20% but if you bring me a check with 15% gratuity added, I don't add additional. Not sure if this is a new trend but that's what I experienced yesterday. read more
Touted as "America's Best Breakfast" by Eater, Milktooth is probably the most hyped restaurant in Indianapolis. Be prepared to wait in line, but it'll be worth it. This restaurant is best known for its dutch baby pancakes and waffles, so definitely grab an order (or two) of those. My friends and I tried the cuban pancake and the corn waffles, both of which were easily my favorite bites during the meal. So, we decided to come here since Yolk was closed and it was a short walk away. I thought the food was exceptionally good, comes out hot and fresh. The atmosphere is very nice as well. The absolute thing I did not like is the automatic 15% gratuity they charge. People should be given the option, not forced to extend gratuity of the amount they wish based on the service. Overall good food, but that charge left a bad taste in my mouth. read more

I have been waiting forever to try this place. I'm just never in the right place at the right time to try it. After reading reviews we thought going on one of the week days they are open, at opening time might work. There is a small attached parking lot and we lucked into a space. They did not open at 10 am, more like 10:08 and we were about 15th in line. The service was very slow because they en mass seat everyone who is waiting in line until they fill up, so of course there will be a back up in the kitchen and coffee station. I'm torn between ratings because the food was unique and delicious with the exception of the bacon which was hard and dry - you can tell from the photo. I don't shy away from dry bacon but it wasn't good.. I digress...torn between ratings because the food was so unique and tasty. I've read both good and bad reviews about this place and now that I've been, I kind of agree with both. I'm not a fan of their payment plan and that they don't take reservations. 20% gratuity auto added and then 3% on top of that for a credit card purchase The food - The savory Dutch baby was a first time experience for me and it was amazing. Everything about it was delish. I got it minus the sweet peppers. This was a celebration occasion so I tried all new to me items. The Peel Session was amazing and I am now obsessed with espresso and soda. The grilled cheese was unique, crispy and filling. Would I go back? Totally. Not sure when is a good time if you don't have a lot of time to sit and wait. This place will probably only be for special occasions or if I can't find an espresso soda any where else! With tip, 2 entrees, 2 specialty coffee drinks and a side of overdone bacon was over $79. That is steep IMO for a Friday brunch with no cocktails. read more
Came on a Monday morning right at 10am for a party of 4 without a wait. Food: Smoked salmon latke- 8/10. Smoked salmon in a creamy dill sauce. I loved the dill overload and also loved how crispy the latke was. I really enjoyed the fun textures and how everything came together. Farmers salad - 8/10. Lots of fresh greens with lovely local veggies. It was a substantially sized salad, which I also appreciated. Beignets - 9/10. These were so delicious! They were perfectly fried and were light and airy. Would highly recommend getting this. Savory Dutch pancake - 8/10. I had never had a dish quite like this before and thought it was very unique. I wish there was something additional added like a sauce or a protein to break up the monotony of the dish. Burritos - 4/10. These were pretty disappointing. The dish was two small burritos that were stuffed with scrambled eggs and rice. The end result was just too mushy and there was not a lot going on flavor-wise. Service: While there was nothing wrong with the service, it didn't feel like we were quite welcomed there. Our waitress seemed like she didn't really want to be there and the whole experience gave off "too good for you" attitude. Our coffee also came 30 minutes into the meal after we had already got our food. I understand that it was pour over and that takes a little longer, but it is the little things like that which can affect the overall experience of a meal. Overall: I'm glad I was able to try Milktooth after hearing so many things about it. Arrive early to get a table! Very unique brunch offerings and there were also very unique drinks. I like that they have a rotating menu so I'll have to come back to give some of their other items a try. read more
I had friends visiting for the weekend and Milktooth was definitely a highlight of the trip! We got a few different entrees to share and everything was phenomenal! The service was very quick, especially considering it was a Sunday. We stopped by to see how long the wait was around noon and only had to wait about 15 minutes for a table of 4. There was a cute vendor market in the parking lot to walk around and check out while we waited. The parking lot is small, but there is plenty of free street parking in the area. We arrived to brunch 30 minutes early and we're glad we did. Having read a bit about Milktooth before visiting Indianapolis, we knew it would be a very popular Saturday morning spot, but it was well worth the wait. The quirky décor and classic rock soundtrack created a pleasant atmosphere when waiting to place our orders. Service was a bit slow, but it should be noted that the restaurant was very busy and the staff worked very hard to keep up with new orders. The bottomless drip coffee was rich and strong, and our meals were fantastic when they arrived. Even moreso than my breakfast burrito, I was a big fan of the Potato Latke side, with its creamy feta sauce and the kick of jalapeno and cauliflower chorizo. The Grilled Cheese also had a great, crispy texture and nice sweetness from the jam. I'm a bit late in posting this review, and it looks like many of the menu items have been updated with new, unique and (I could only imagine) delicious ingredients. I would definitely stop by Milktooth again on a future visit to Indianapolis to enjoy these updates on a Saturday morning. read more
A new favorite!!! After hearing rave reviews for years, we finally had our brunch! I ordered the Elvis Waffle with peanut butter whip, fresh bananas, bacon bits and crushed peanuts. The hundred got a breakfast sausage Sammy and we split both so we could have a sweet and savory mix. Not a coffee snob, I met for quantity with the never ending cupola and he got a breakfast cocktail. Service is great. The vibe is both homey and hip. Be sure to get there early on a Sunday when they open! We stood in line outside for a short 10 minute wait in the sunshine. The area is so cute that we walked off our giant meal and got fresh air. read more
Adored!!! Food was incredible. I had a sweet dutch baby and it was perfectly soft with a slightly crisp crust/edge. The lavender and rhubarb balanced each other nicely, bringing out the others best qualities. My dad had the patty melt which was oozing with cheese and caramelized onions--crazy amazing! Fries were delicious too. I had a lil lovin drink and it was a lovely balance of bitter and sweet as well. The only thing I didn't quite like was the grilled cheese (I got it to go after such an epic brunch). It dried out my mouth, and the toast was pretty burnt. The cheese and duck egg on it were brilliant though. Service was impeccable. Caleb was super nice, helpful, and gave great recommendations. He raved about the restaurant as well. I really enjoyed the whole visit and it was all topped off but the suuuuper cute eclectic decor. Again, adored! read more

Finally got to this spot. positives-cool ambience, great vibe from staff, very welcoming, cozy and comfy, which is most important to me. Negatives-even though they use a reputable local roaster, the house drip coffee was below average. My food was absolutely delicious (brisket savory Dutch baby pancake) but the portion (farm to table or not) was VERY small for $20. Also, adding a standard gratuity of 20%?? (they included the tax into the calculation of the tip..huge NO) wow. I'd have given that or more, but it should not be added to the bill automatically. Total bill for black coffee, pancake, tax and auto tip $31.39. edit-final bill $32.33 as they charge another 3% for credit card use. Horrible. total money grab/greed. Now I understand how they can be open only 4 days a week. Note-I am avid traveler, and I am comparing to places in monster cities including NYC, Rome, London, Paris, Chicago. The go-to trendy spot in Indy with the most instagram-able creative dishes. My friends and I assumed that it was going to be packed for Sunday breakfast, and we were correct. I got here about 10 minutes before it opened and there was already a line of people waiting for it to open that circled all the way around the parking lot. When they did open, we were the first party not to get a table and we had to wait about 40ish minutes :_( Since they are aware of the wait that they have they have some outdoor seats for folks while they wait, and they allow you to order drinks while you wait as well When my friends and I finally did get in the first thing that I noticed were that all of their dishes were very funky combo's of foods, and they didn't have too many traditional options. However they had a pretty awesome drink list I got one of their weird combos and was not a fan Although my friends and I got a table to ourselves, some people had to share long communal tables with other parties 3 read more

First timer at Milktooth. Went for brunch with a large group. Go early or be patient as it gets busy fast. Very eclectic menu I changed my mind a few times but decided on the pistachio waffles. Very happy with my choice as it tasted great and wasn't too heavy. Service for our party was excellent especially as we all paid individually. The Milktooth grilled cheese and sourdough beignets were other popular options. If you aren't familiar with the neighborhood you will have to look for it as there are 2 bus stops that make the sign hard to see. Might be helpful if Milktooth put a sign out front. Other than that a great way to spend a beautiful day in Indy. read more
The service here is wonderful! They took me in 15 min before closing and were so kind and no rush at all. The oat milk cappuccino was great and wanted something savory so I went with the latke. BEAUTIFUL place and unique food. Immediately got a table which we were thankful for and the waitress and atmosphere was amazing. I'm dinging one star solely because my friends plate wasn't the best in my opinion but still was very unique and beautifully presented. My savory Dutch baby was amazing. Definitely recommend. I had it with the kava mimosa which was pretty adequate, nothing special. She had the biscuits and gravy which were interesting but honestly not the most appetizing to either of us. We sat at the bar, a cool experience seeing the cooks work. We ordered an iced mocha and cortado to drink. iced mocha 8.2/10. Cortado was the perfect cup of coffee. For food we got the banh mi, focaccia, sausage, and eggs. The eggs and sausage were classic like any breakfast restaurant, but overpriced and a little oily. The focaccia was unique and had a good, crisp crust. It had tomatoes, cilantro, feta, and squash. The sandwich was great and not something I expected to be on the menu of restaurant like this. Would go again, but wish there some more dishes like biscuits and gravy because they would make a delicious one. read more

Cutest brunch spot in fountain square! I went on a Friday morning with 3 friends and it was easy to walk in and get a table at 1015! They open at 10 and are only open for brunch Friday - Sunday! They also have burger night on Friday nights! No reservations just walk in but if you come later in the day, there is usually a line out the door so I recommend going when they open. Milktooth, if you live in Indy you definitely hear about how great it is. I needed to check this place off the list and I went! This hip and modern breakfast and brunch place is SO busy on weekends. If you don't show up early, you definitely have to wait for 45+ minutes. my friend and I arrived early, at 9:40am. 20 minutes before the opening. At that time I was able to park in their parking lot, but by 9:50 there was a line formed, in spite of the windy rainy weather! Trust me, if you arrive at 10am, it will be too late. You will miss the first round and you'll have to wait for the turnover. We got seated right away at 10 and we ordered food. I heard their menu changes frequently. I wish they had a few more items variety in their menu to be honest. I ordered a breakfast Sammy, which was wonderful! Service was fast and friendly. It is on the pricey side and I don't think I will do $30+ brunch every weekend, but their food is very much worth it. My iced tea tasted great too. You also want to note that they automatically add 18% gratuity to your bill. Nowadays it's not uncommon. plus 3.5% credit card fee (this one im not a big fan of). considering the waiting and prices, this will not my go-to brunch place, but I'll bring any out of town guests here for great brunch! read more

My food was spectacular! I would honestly go back to get the porridge. I enjoyed how fast and attentive the service was there for brunch. I do wish there were enough wine buckets as by the time of the end of the bottle it was rather room temperature. Surprisingly for 'downtown' the parking was great! The place was chic with a touch of mid century. Overall a big recommendation to those wanting a good experience and good food! read more

Good food, but over priced. We went on a Sunday at noon, so had an hour wait but it wasn't a big deal for us as I knew they'd be busy! I ordered a mocha while waiting and it was delicious. When we finally got to our table, they ran out of 3 of the items that we were anticipating to order. We ended up ordering the grilled cheese ($19), brisket sandwich ($15), and side of bacon ($7). I was surprised that with the price we paid for two sandwiches, it didn't come with any sort of side. The food was good but with the hype, I was expecting a bit more. read more

What are wait times like on a Saturday morning at various times?
Depends on the time. If you get there when they start serving breakfast then you will be seated right away. If you go an hour after the place fills up pretty fast and you will wait like 15-20 min. The service is pretty fast and worth the wait.
Do they take American express?
I apologize I do not know the answer to that. I know that they take Visa and MasterCard.
I see there are a vegetarian options , anything for vegans?
The menu changes often, however I'm certain that they don't allow for alterations. Plan accordingly.
What gluten free options do you have besides the obvious like salads and omelets? Any gluten free substitutes like GF pancakes or waffles?
Our menu changes daily but we always have a few gluten free options to choose from. We recommend you give us a call the day you plan on coming in and we will gladly let you know the days gluten free options.
Do they have bottomless mimosas?
Hi! We do have mimosas, unfortunately they are not bottomless.
Are dogs allowed in their outside seating area? Or is there a place I could easily chain my dog in view of the restaurant (e.g. a bike rack, tree, light post...)?
There are outside seats with a rail surrounding the sitting area. If you sit at one of the tables by the rail and they do not want the dog at your table, you could easily have him/her sit on the other side of the rail and still be next to you.
When is the busiest time on a Saturday? How long is the wait?
If you are by yourself or with one other you can opt to sit at the counter (which is actually the best place to sit because you can watch them cook everything). The counter is normally no worse than a 15 minute wait even during busy times. If…
