Got a chocolate non-dairy shake with raspberry puree. It was the bomb. My mom got a peanut butter melt away sundae and said it was the perfect blend of caramel and chocolate. There are so many shake, and other sweet treats, that it is difficult to choose. The customer service was excellent and the atmosphere is relaxed. We were curious about a few different chocolate barks and were able to try them luckily. We ended up purchasing the peanut butter marshmallow bark, the rocky road bark, and the chocolate almond bark, as well as our shakes. My husband ordered the Mint Cookies and Cream shake, while I ordered the Cookie Brownie and Fudge shake. Both shakes were amazing!!! My daughter ordered the Chocolate Dipped Strawberries and was going crazy over how good it was. Though it's a little pricey, we highly recommend the MilkShake Factory if you are looking for a delicious dessert. read more

If youre looking for a silky smooth chocolate-y shake that looks as good as it tastes, you should treat yourself here! I came with a couple people for their BOGO special in celebration for National Chocolate Milkshake Day and was pleasantly surprised that their shake and the sample of their chocolate bark (peanut butter toffee) did not overwhelm me with their sweetness, and were extremely tasty. This is a super cool ice cream place. They offer the big shakes that are all the craze right now along with regular milkshakes and ice cream sundaes. As someone who cannot have dairy they also offer non-dairy shakes! They are soy based ice cream. I got the peanut butter one and it was delicious. Overall the ice cream was all great. They could definitely use more people working though. It was a little slow, but everyone was nice and kind. read more

My wife and I visited here for the first time at 6:30pm on the Sunday before Labor Day. Google Maps said it was much less busy than normal, so we gave it a try. It's a very clean store and has a broad selection of shakes, candies, and a few sundaes. There were three people working. The guy taking orders was friendly and helpful. The customer in front of us ordered 7 shakes so we figured it would take a while to get ours, which it did. Just after we got our shakes, a very large group of people (perhaps 25 or so) arrived. The noise level suddenly became excessive, and the three employees were frantically trying to take and fill orders. Sure glad we arrived when we did. The price for two shakes with tip (they only have one size shake and it was a medium compared to most other places) came to just over $20, which is about the same price with tip as two large Graeter's shakes. As for taste, they were ok, but not as good as Graeter's. In fact, a UDF chocolate shake made with chocolate ice cream has a better chocolate flavor than my Chocolatier shake here. Overall, I'm glad I tried The Milkshake Factory, but when I want a shake in the future, I'll go to Graeter's for a better shake at a better price and quicker service. read more

We went to their grand opening the other night because my significant other had seen an advertisement and it was a great decision! They have probably the best non-dairy milkshake I have ever had! The service was great and everyone was so nice. It was very busy, yet they still took the time to be personable to each customer. We also got three pieces of their chocolate bark to take home and goodness was that delicious. They let you try it while waiting in line so make sure you do that! Beware of their free birthday milkshake offer. I received an email on August 26th saying that I could get a free milkshake up to $10.95 in value. In very small print it said that the offer was good for one month after the email date. Today, September 25th, I went there to get my free milkshake. The young woman who worked there looked up my phone number in the computer and said that the offer had expired and that it had started at the first of the month - meaning August 1st. I didn't even receive the email until the 26th! So I left the store. I had the email printed out and also was able to show her the offer on my phone.
