Stopped in for some bubble tea on a rainy Thursday night and this place was bright and cheerful inside! The decor is really cute and welcoming and the service was amazing. They have a pretty wide variety of offerings so I took my time deciding and finally landed on dragonfruit tea (no milk) with added crystal boba. I asked if I could adjust the sweetness to half sweet and the girl behind the counter was super friendly...she even let me taste it before finishing the drink to make sure it was a good sweetness level for me! The tea itself was pretty tasty but I didn't care for the boba...it had kind of a weird flavor that didn't seem quite normal to me. That said, with the great service and atmosphere I would go back and try something else without that. Thank you, Milk N' Tea!

So disappointing. I love bubble tea. This was the worst in 4 states that I've had bubble tea in. The bubbles were bland and gummy. I actually through them out they were so bad and I never waste food. The drink itself was bland too. All it tasted was like warm milk. The waffle was okay. The caramel for that I ended up dumping into my tea for some flavor. My mom got the dragon fruit tea. It was ok, we've gotten canned stuff that's much better.

A bubble tea place in Parma? One where you can adjust the sweetness level? Bring it on!! They have your usual flavors (taro ftw) as well as several others. You can adjust the sweetness level which is something I really really appreciate. The only thing that throws me off is that the tapioca is brown sugar flavored and not your typical tapioca but that's minor. Overall, great place so stop by!

I don't often give bad reviews, but I have to preface this that I'm a boba snob/beat. I've been to countless boba shops all around the US and Asia over 20 years. I always order a standard plain milk tea with boba at 25-30% sugar so that I have a good basis to compare to other shops. Even for the Midwest, the quality of this bubble tea was subpar. They made the tea to my order. The service was nice. But the taste was not there or even close. The tea tasted like it was watered down bagged Lipton black tea. The boba was good at the beginning because it was still a little warm. But after sitting in the cold milk tea for 10 minutes, the boba was hard and no longer chewy. I went on a Friday night around 6:30pm. Staying this because I know sometimes the tapioca quality isn't the best when it's near closing time, but they close at 8...

    To go :)

I love this place! The drinks are amazing and the atmosphere is such a relaxed vibe. They don't rush your order and help you if it's your first time or want to try something new I'm hooked on their season flavor The caramel chai milk boba tea They always ask for my sweetness and ice I get 75 percent sweetness And light ice I usually grab two when I'm there because it's so good! I've tried other places but I'm hooked on milk n tea Oooo and right now on Wednesday they offer bogo Perfect time to try it out

I'm from Cali's Bay Area and really missed having milk tea. This was the first boba shop in NE Ohio that Ive been to and actually like! I knew I would right when I walked through the door and smelled fresh boba The store is so cute and cozy with fall decor and they also have a variety of board games (unstable unicorns, code names, clue, etc) under their seats to play while enjoying your drink. They also have some specialty fall drinks right now! I kept it to the classics this time around but they've got a pumpkin pie milk tea and pumpkin chai milk tea I'm interested in trying in the future. My friends and I tried their original milk tea and thai milk tea, both with brown sugar boba at 75% sweetness and regular ice. Our drinks had nice soft tea flavor and weren't too sweet, though I'd personally still go down to 50 since I'm not a fan of really sweet drinks. The boba tasted fresh, were chewy, and had that warm brown sugar flavor. Overall love the place and would recommend it!

My boyfriend and I came here on a Tuesday afternoon and were able to find street parking easily. The decor of the shop is cute, and ordering at the kiosk was simple; they have a pretty extensive menu so, whatever type of drink you're looking for, they probably have it! We got the coconut matcha and a mango matcha milk, both of which came out pretty quickly. I was unfortunately a little disappointed with the color of the matcha when our drinks came out; it was a very pale green, and didn't taste like they used high quality matcha powder to make our drinks. My boyfriend was also disappointed by the coconut matcha, which didn't taste as good as he expected. I thought my mango matcha, on the other hand, was delicious! The mango flavor was strong and sweet, but not overly so, and I enjoyed my drink! Overall, we'd definitely come back, but probably try different drinks since it seems like this shop doesn't specialize in matcha.

He loves anything banana, so this was a big hit for him. I ordered the Peach Jasmine Tea with peach popping boba, and it was incredibly flavorful and refreshing, perfect balance of tea and fruit. We also decided to share one of their specialties, the banana split, and it was amazing. I'm not usually a big fan of the traditional strawberry ice cream that comes in most banana splits, so I was really intrigued by their version with chocolate, vanilla, and mango pineapple ice cream. It had sliced bananas on each side and was topped with fresh mango, pineapple, and strawberries, crushed Oreos, and chocolate syrup. The mango pineapple ice cream really gave it a unique twist and took the whole dessert to the next level. It might honestly be the best banana split I've had. The service was very friendly, and the worker was extremely helpful answering our questions since we weren't sure what to order. The décor is simple, clean, and cozy, which made it a nice place to sit and enjoy our treats. The presentation was very nice as well. We were served our drinks and banana split on a gold tray. We're already looking forward to coming back to try some of their other desserts!

When we got there a couple groups were waiting for their orders. We then placed the order and thought we'd get our order at a reasonable time. Then one after another left and lo and behold came others who got their drink orders before us while we continued to wait. No explanation until my husband reacted to the long wait. There were only 2 working and one was training the other. I sure hope this won't happen again. Do we need to start ordering ahead online? It's never been like this. We've been coming since Lu Cha opened. Anyway, we want to understand and appreciate all the efforts being made. However, make sure you do have enough workers especially during the holidays. We would have appreciated if they had warned us we'd have to wait a certain amount of time. We may just not have chosen not to order. By the time she got it all made, we just want to leave ASAP. She offered us a free pastry, but no one was even in the mood to wait some more to get a free pastry. Then some of the drinks turned out way too sweet when we asked for 50 percent sweetened. Anyway, hard to come back after this experience. But would possibly like to give this business another chance.

I liked how much food you got and how you had a few options to choose from. Food: * pineapple passion mojito - 5/5 absolutely DELICIOUS. It was a perfect drink to have with dinner. It was light and refreshing with just enough sweetness. * chicken and pork bao - 4/5 super yummy! I actually liked the pork more than the chicken. It was almost like a buttery taste. It was soft and the meat just fell apart. The chicken was good too but was more on the tough side, probably because it was fried. * spicy beef ramen - 5/5 I will absolutely be back to get this again. Just the right level of spice. All the ingredients were fresh, well made, and delicious. It's the type of food that you can't help eating more of even though you're beyond full. * crispy chicken ramen - 3.5/5 This was still a good choice! I loved the chicken in it. I think this is a very safe choice for anyone who might be on the more picky side. The broth was good but not spicy. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this place!
