We really enjoy walking the trails, but to ride a bike on the trails would be exhausting since no part of this park is flat...it's all hills. It used to be a golf course. If you bike here, your quadriceps will get a great workout. If you have bad knees, like me, you sit and watch others ride the hilly trails.
