My boyfriend and I came here on a Tuesday afternoon and were able to find street parking easily. The decor of the shop is cute, and ordering at the kiosk was simple; they have a pretty extensive menu so, whatever type of drink you're looking for, they probably have it! We got the coconut matcha and a mango matcha milk, both of which came out pretty quickly. I was unfortunately a little disappointed with the color of the matcha when our drinks came out; it was a very pale green, and didn't taste like they used high quality matcha powder to make our drinks. My boyfriend was also disappointed by the coconut matcha, which didn't taste as good as he expected. I thought my mango matcha, on the other hand, was delicious! The mango flavor was strong and sweet, but not overly so, and I enjoyed my drink! Overall, we'd definitely come back, but probably try different drinks since it seems like this shop doesn't specialize in matcha.

As we were driving through Cleveland, we decided to stop and get a drink. Oolong Milk Tea, Large, 50% Sweet, Less Ice w/ Boba ($6.60) - The tea was way oversteeped, resulting in a very roasted, almost burnt taste. I asked for half sweet, but the sweetness level came out at around quarter sweet if compared to other boba shops. The boba was not good - I could tell it was honey soaked, but it was not cooked nearly enough. Quite hard and not a great texture. What happened to this Kung Fu Tea location? It used to be so good and now it's very mediocre. Then again, this might be a company-wide issue with Kung Fu Tea. Since the pandemic, I've been to multiple locations and I have not been impressed with any of them. I definitely do not recommend this place. I might have to swear off trying other KFT locations too given that it seems like their tea and boba is consistently disappointing.

This location in particular makes solid bubble tea, though my biggest gripe is that the wait time is always very long. Even when I order ahead, I feel like I end up waiting there for 15+ minutes just to get bubble tea. My go to bubble teas here are the winter melon milk tea, the oolong milk tea, as well as a variety of the fruit teas.

Maybe it's…read morebecause my prior experience with smoothies predominantly consisted of overpowering amounts of apple, banana, or seeds from berries, and less so with more tropical fruits. In the week following my first taste of their smoothies, I probably ordered an additional 10 for myself alone. Overall, here's the rundown: Mango Tango - super sweet, not in a sickly way - more like the sweetness of a perfect mango Elite 8 - hints of strawberry (sometimes almost kiwi-like), mango balanced perfectly Pulp Coolada - just like a Pina colada, with a hint of banana. As one who loves Pina coladas, this was great, though I still preferred the mango tango and elite 8. Citrus Berry - wasn't bad, but in comparison, tasted "amateur-ish". Like if I dumped the Costco frozen berry mix into a blender and added just the right amount of sugar. Pulp Passion - like a guava-esque version of elite 8 (even though it doesn't have guava). As for their "enhancers", I'm not sure how much I actually believe their supposed effects, but the placebo effect has still been a nice way to justify the absurd amounts of smoothies I've been drinking... So why 4 stars? No smoothie should cost more than a full meal.
