It reminds me a giant Eggs Benedict but the egg isn't necessarily poached. I love Eggs Benny so it was easy for me to devour this dish. Putting an egg on top of swiss cheese with a Bechamel sauce just sounds right. Since there's Swiss, of course you gotta have ham with it because Cubano's are a thing...Wait that's it!! It's like if you combine a Cubano with an Eggs Benedict. That's Croque Madame! If you like either of those, you'll have to give this one a try!
