I can honestly say that spot is superb. Great location, great ambiance. The food tastes fresh and clean. The staff was really what gets this place the fifth star. Cant ask for more. read more

Always quick and friendly, a great place to support locally. Haven't tried a lot of the food but the pastries and cold brew are great. I wish there were more tables and outlets, as it can be hard to find a spot even in less busy times, but can't fault them for the space they've got. read more

Great local coffee shop with a beautiful mural with a nod to Bed Stuy. The coffee is plentiful and so are the pastries though admittedly some staff stand around a moment before getting your order complete. It's almost like...use your own product and get a move on. Beautiful space with loads of sunlight which can be a good or bad thing depending on how much you drank the night before. read more

I really like my cold brew and iced dirty chai lattes! Pretty happy with the coffee and the sandwiches and the baristas so I keep coming back :) read more

This is a great, small, quiet coffee shop with huge windows and modern decor. They use Sumptown beans so the coffee is tasty and have a great selection of pastries and made-to-order sandwiches. The only real drawback is that it takes forever to get your food during peak hours. I waited 30 min for a bagel with cream cheese yesterday. Granted I was fantastic and I did it again today (and got a free one that no one claimed)! I'll definitely be a regular here if I love to the area. read more

Bagel was perfect! Coffee was okay. If you're a fellow freelancer, it's a cool place to bring your laptop and do work after like 11 am when it's not as busy (based on my one visit so far). Only weird thing...for a black owned business, I expected to see...black people? I was one of three, and that includes the lovely gentleman at the counter. Everyone needs a job and everyone should be able to enjoy coffee and bagel. Just thought that a black owned business in Bed Stuy would hire more people from the neighborhood. Didn't seem as welcoming to folks from the community. read more

Great cafe big sandwich selection, good cafe there staff knows how to pull a shot. The sandwich selection is not one big but also different which is not but I tend to get the same thing every time. The one unfortunate thing is if you want to sit down and eat you basically have to be the first one in. Went there 3 different times and the place was just packed with everyone on the laptop so I know no one was moving. Love that they sell not only Stumptown coffee but also the tea is great too. Not sure if they sell soup, but with the weather changing one can only hope. read more

My new favorite coffee shop in the neighborhood. Iced Americano is great! That's all I've tried thus far... see you next weekend

This is a nice addition to the neighborhood. I get avocado toast with salmon here, and sometimes, one of their great teas. It is usually crowded with people using the WiFi, so I get my order to go, but if you need a place to sit and eat or meet early, this is a cool place. read more

I wanted to like this place because we need good coffee shops so bad in this area, but the "cold brew" was identifiably just old, gray, thin brewed coffee. I got the smoked salmon w the works bagel and the fillings were good but the bagel itself was extremely hard. I asked them to toast it and the woman behind the counter I guess did not hear me; should toast rock hard bagels like this by default. The pastries looked good but I did not try them, and the space is nice; just here to say I care about the coffee being at least decent if it costs 4 American dollars a cup!! read more

One of my favourite cafes in my neighbourhood. The staff is Night, the ambiance is wonderful, and the food is lovely. Definitely recommend if you're in Bed-Stuy and looking for a place to get some work done or just chill. read more

Absolutely love this place. They have pretty good selection of pasties, bagels and other quick bites. I was amazed by how many dairy alternatives they've got: almond, soy and oat milk. And they give you 25 cent discount if you bring your own cup read more

I'm not a huge fan of Stumptown beans but these guys at least know what they're doing with an espresso machine. Bed-stuy is teeming with European tourists staying in the neighborhood's plethora of AirBnB locations and I constantly find myself pointing them the way of Milk & Pull when I see their disappointed faces leaving another nearby coffee shop. For me the food options are so-so, even for a small cafe, but that's not what keeps me coming back. A coffee shop needs to have good espresso, and thank goodness someone knows how to pull a shot in my neighborhood. read more

I came on Sunday morning here. Coffee was more than decent, it was tasty and baristas were friendly. Unfortunately cafe is not clean and employees are not aware of the dirty dishes sitting on tables, pastry flakes on the floor and flies running around. This really effects the customer experience when they are having their coffee. Cafe is bright and has relaxed atmosphere but I would suggest being aware cleaning the floor when they have down times. read more

4 stars for great coffee, cool vibe, good food, and great music. When it gets busy the staff (1-2 people depending on day and time) get overwhelmed and service backs up. Yeah - it's expensive, but, it's much cheaper than the rip off hardware store that was here before. read more

Stopped in for a spot of tea. The cashier was nice. A lot of personality. Grabbed a chamomile tea and my friend a peppermint. Took a seat by the plant on the left hand side corner. The music is bumping & folk chatting business & alchemy. You gotta love Bed- Stuy. Drop by when you can. read more

A friend of mine went in to get food for us and just never got it - the person working there had a weird interaction with my friend about picking up her dog's poop (we do pick up the dog's poop we aren't jerks) and then basically made everyone's food but ours. I paid $8 for some avocado toast that I never got? Just can't afford that pettiness or to pay for food we never even got out here so .. :/ Don't really understand what the girl was even so pressed about. The whole thing was just really weird and unnecessary. It was really good the first time we went when we actually got what we ordered tho! read more

I really like this new addition to the area. The coffee, pastries and sandwiches were all great. The turkey sandwich was really fresh and the bagel was great. The raspberry danish was amazing. It was very clean and plenty of room to sit. I hope to return soon! read more

Good coffee though not a local roast. Limited bulk coffee for sale. Staff never knows what the roast is on the bulk selection nor seem to care which to me is VERY important. Staff needs to know the product. read more

I love this place for its simplicity and iced coffee. It's a regular treat for me to drop in on the weekends for a bagel and coffee. Staff are friendly too. I just avoid going when the line is out the door! read more

Seems I showed up to the shop after they'd already closed. I apparently ordered my drink for the next day Lolol. Thankful to the owner who was able to prepare my drink although they'd closed a few moments prior. She was super kind and super grateful for the support. I love small (black) businesses. Best to you guys and keep up the great work. read more

happy to be here! barista ian, boy can you make a cortado. barista ross has great hair. i do miss the old croissants though, but life goes on. read more

This place has some great coffee great atmosphere and the egg salad sandwich is phenomenal. Definitely one of my favorite breakfast/lunch spots in the area. read more

I waited for over 15 minutes for a bagel sandwich. I went back up to the counter to ask about my late order. I was greeted with skepticism and suspicion about me checking in as if they didn't believe I didn't receive my sandwich yet. They acted as if I was an inconvenience for ordering the sandwich at a busy time in the morning. The sandwich wasn't made and the order was forgotten. Very rude service, the people who work here obviously hate their job. They were quite rude to everyone in the cafe. read more

fabulous egg salad but the dj really needs to stick to a song. just as i'm starting to groove BOOM next song, halfway through.

The coffee is as good as any in the area but the service is the epitome of hipster garbage. The staff looks like they would rather be anywhere else, thinking they're way too cool to be serving you, and make you feel like a stranger in your own neighborhood. Plenty of other genuine, hard working business in the area other than milk and pull to give your money to. read more

Great coffee. Hip vibe. Cool baristas. Great place to get work done, though there aren't outlets. Food is pretty good too.

Great coffee, even greater food, but the service is sooo slowwwwww. On a weekday morning a bagel will take over 10 minutes to get to you, and you can't call ahead to get the ball rolling. The Everything on Everything bagel is incredible, but is it worth getting up earlier? Sometimes! read more

I've been here 3 times. They forgot about my order 2 of those times. Nice staff, pretty mural. Painfully slow on top of forgetful.

Cute place, and really the only choice if you live over here, but the servers clearly hate their jobs and resent the fact of your existence.

This place has the best sandwich (the roasted bush on a everything bagel)!!! Try it with a vanilla latte and you'll start your day with a smile because of your full belly and coffee in hand! read more

Really great iced coffee. Clean, relaxing space. Friendly staff. Great place to pop into or sit for a while and work.

I've never written a review. For anything ever; I'm am so disappointed. In the boro park on an everything bagel. Well normally. This sandwich consist of cream cheese, onions, smoke salmon, capers , tomatoes.. The bagel was overly. Toasted, I.e. burnt barely chewable, one sliver of smoke salmon, way too much cream cheese it could have supplied 2 other sandwiches ; cost 8 dollars should definite be prepared much better. I actually threw out sandwich, disgusting read more

Not the best place to go in the morning (between 7:30am and 8am) -- especially if you're in a rush to get a cup of coffee before you hop on the train. There's only one barista, and god forbid if someone orders a bagel with cream cheese or avocado toast, expect to wait at least 5 minutes for a simple coffee. read more

coffee, music and bagels all great. service can be slow but quality makes up for it. no other complaints, just a good, fun coffee shop
