In the months leading up to the wedding, she handled every detail proactively. Nothing ever slipped through the cracks. She kept us on track, communicated clearly, and advocated for us with vendors in a way that made us feel supported and protected throughout the process. When the wedding weekend arrived, her team showed up fully prepared and were an absolute dream to work with. They handled every moving part quietly and efficiently so we could be present with our families. Anytime something needed to be adjusted or solved, they were already on it before we even realized. Our day was beautiful, seamless, and genuinely stress free because of them. I would've been a mess without her and her assistant Gina!! They kept me sane and let me enjoy my day. If anything went wrong at our wedding, I didn't hear about it because they were so quick to solve any issues. I never felt overwhelmed or stressed and was often told how calm of a bride I was, and I attribute that entirely to Jaclyn and her team. At one point during my wedding day I was feeling nauseous and having a hard time eating, they offered to leave the venue and drive to find Pepto if they didn't have any in their emergency kit (which is stocked with anything you can imagine, which saved me from having to buy a ton of pointless items). They knew our venue inside and out and were friends with so many of my vendors. Working with Jaclyn made me feel so at ease about all of my choices. I cant recommend her company enough!

It was the absolute best party I have ever been to in my entire life! I am going to start with the cons so that I can end with the pros. The pros outweighed the cons for sure. The biggest con is the bathroom is upstairs and through the food court. The bathroom was also nasty and unfortunately had a roach. Also the beginning of my experience was a little less than pleasant. I felt like I was there for a minute with no direction. The older lady stated well I was here at 3 o'clock and no one was here. I did arrive at 3:25, however, this wasn't an appointment, it was a 3 hour party. I booked, the ultimate experience birthday party package. I expected better customer service. And I got that better service once the owner Alyesha saw us. She greeted us with a huge smile and the biggest welcome. That went a very long way. OK now that we got over that. The rest of the three hour party was absolutely phenomenal. Mommies, you will not have to lift one single finger to create the most epic party of your little girls life. They opened up the game room for the boys for us and it was so good to have the boys have an option to play while the girls get mani, pedi, facials, make up etc. majority of the staff are teenage girls and they are the sweetest. They are fun and kind and patient. My four-year-old daughters did not want to sit long for the services as they were distracted by the ball pit. The team tried so hard to convince them to get their make up and one of their feet painted but they were not having it because they didn't want to leave the ball pit. I told them it was OK and they actually bought the make up which consist of rhinestones face stickers to the girls at the ball pit so that they can have it too. Amazing. Next, it was time for the fashion show where the girls can go behind the stage in the dressing room and put wings on and everything else to dress up for their big fashion show. They allow you to choose the music, so be prepared with a song as I was not. Each girl gets to walk the runway, and then the birthday girl gets announced with confetti. The finale is all the girls get to walk and dance on the runway. This is an absolute once in the lifetime experience. I would love to live it every day. As a girly girl, this is a dream come true not only for the girls but for me. Epic day. After the fashion show is a game of musical chairs. This game is fun, but it's a little awkward when the birthday girl loses. . The winner got a prize and it was awesome that I did not have to provide any of that. The party was awesome. Throughout the entire party, the kids can get in a ball pit whenever they want to. The ball pit was their favorite part. Their next favorite was the fashion show. We then sang happy birthday, where the team set the cakes up on cakestands, which really elevated the experience. Again, I did not have to lift the finger. There is a short photo shoot by the bubble machine in the front of the place. Three hours went by in a blink of an eye, because everyone was having so much fun. The space is very large so grandma's and older cousins can sit in the party room while the kids can move around in a big circle and jump in and out of the ball pit at will. First off I booked the 3 scoops of fun package...meaning 3 girl Mani and pedis. What i got was 2 girls to do all 3. Leaving one girl out while two girls were being attended to. One girl was always left behind sort of like an after thought. When it came time to leave I had to go find the workers in the back just to pay...anyone else would have just walked out and not paid. Will not recommend or do again.

    5 stars isn't enough!…read more Hiring GBH Aesthetics as my day-of coordinator was by far the best investment I made for my wedding. From start to finish, they were calm, organized, professional, and genuinely kind--exactly what every bride needs on her big day. They also created our sweetheart table and centerpieces, and everything looked beautiful. The décor was exactly what I envisioned--elegant, simple, and just the right size and style. Even my mom couldn't stop talking about how perfect it all was! What really stood out, though, was how smoothly everything ran. When delays came up at the church, they kept things on time and stress-free. Multiple vendors--even the photographer!--told me how much they loved working with GBH. I truly don't think the day would've gone as beautifully as it did without them. I'll be recommending GBH Aesthetics to every couple I know (especially for weddings coming up in November and March)! She is absolutely amazing and will help craft an event that is better than you could have imagined. She has been such a pleasure to work with, and would highly recommend her. Let me back up and give you some context. My husband and I knew we wanted to get married in NJ on my uncle's farm. The only problems with that were that we lived across the country in Portland and we didn't have a building to have the ceremony in. My husband and I also both worked full time jobs. We began to realize that we'd have some time constraints on our hands and hiring a wedding planner might not be a bad idea. After reading some reviews online, I reached out to a few planners and set up a couple of introductory calls to hear about their services and experiences. When I started talking to different wedding planner, every one of them started off by telling me about all of their packages and what was included in their service. Lindsay was different. Unlike the other planners who immediately went into their sales pitch, Lindsay wanted to hear our story and what we wanted in our wedding. It seemed like she genuinely wanted to help us create our special day, not just give us a cookie cutter list of services. This was such a refreshing and personal way of approaching wedding planning. I knew from that minute that I wanted her to plan my wedding. Lindsay of Simply Sunshine Events is an amazing events planner, coordinator, and event designer. She covers a wide array of events, from wedding and baby showers to corporate events and fundraisers. And every single review that I read about the company was simply glowing. Not only is she professional, candid, creative, and helpful, but she just seemed like someone who I would work well with. Ironically we both grew up super close to one another, so we instantly clicked on that part of our past. Even without that connection, I knew that we would get along well. We decided to get help on both the design portion as well as the planning portion of our wedding. I'm really not the most creative person in the world and I felt like we needed help putting together the overall vision. We were presented with a personalize design brief with a couple of different options. Once we decided on a vision, Lindsay was able to pick out vendor options that she thought would work well with the venue and overall theme. It was so much less overwhelming being able to choose out of a couple of highly recommended vendors than to have to choose from everyone in the area. Which leads me to another important thing that Lindsay brought to the table: experience. Not only has she worked with all of these people before, but she has seen all the ins and outs of doing a wedding at a "home" venue. Initially, we thought it would be more cost efficient and easier to have an at home wedding. However, it turns out that this makes the whole planning process much more difficult since we had to not only style a wedding but actually create a venue. Lindsay instantly knew all the things we needed to look into - a tent, flooring, a generator, bathrooms, the list goes on and on. She provided us super detail specific timelines of when we should do each task, as well as supplemental tools to assist us along the way. With Lindsay's help, my husband and I made a lot of the big decisions pretty early on in the planning process. I completely trusted Lindsay's opinion on vendors and that really worked out well for us. We had amazing food and cake tastings, had a florist meeting on site that was spot on, and have a Chaplain who gave me chills when going through ceremony options. The best part about the whole deal is that Lindsay can sometimes get her clients special discounts with vendors that she works with regularly, and passes those deals directly to her clients. Some planners will take those discounts as profits, but Lindsay has an awesome system where she charged us one flat fee for everything listed in her contract and helped us save money elsewhere. She was a huge help in constructing our budget and sticking to it. Overall, I'm so glad we worked with Simply Sunshine for both the planning and design part of our wedding. The wedding went off beautifully and I was so glad I could just relax and be fully present on the wedding day. Even though there was threat of rain all the way up to the actual day, we were able to execute a plan B (extra tents for the ceremony and cocktail hour) that most people had no idea was actually not what we originally intended. I was so thankful to have such an amazing team of vendors backing me up through the preparation and actual day, even when we threw curve balls at them. Simply Sunshine Events has made this whole planning process less stressful than I was initially expecting, and made our wedding day more amazing than I ever could have hoped for.
