We had our Cousin's Baby Shower here today at the Falls Manor and actually had the Baby Shower package. Giving a 5 Star rating almost feels like an understatement as this event was absolutely wonderful. The Maitre D Trish, was absolutely phenomenal in ensuring that every single detail was top notch from the Decorations, to the food and Drinks, even to the lighting. Terrible!! My friend had an incident with another person that left her feeling very uncomfortable and when she requested video footage to defend her case she was met with hostility and attitude from a worker named Bryan Howard. He even had the nerve to dismiss her claim and assume everything seemed fine in the footage and then hang up on her! Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. All she needed was the footage and he refused to give it to her after leading her to think he would help her. He had the audacity as well to tell her what he THOUGHT he saw in the footage and not what ACTUALLY HAPPENED. Not to mention he kept cutting her off even though this is a very serious situation. Don't trust this place to ensure the wellbeing of their clients or help in any way if something happens! Find a different venue!!!!! read more

What can I say....Falls Manor was amazing for my wedding! When they say that Falls Manor is your own personal wedding planner they aren't kidding, all we had to do was show up and it was AMAZING. All the staff were friendly, and our personal staff just for us, the wedding couple, made sure anything we could've wanted was fulfilled. The only negative thing was that my husband was not able to eat his meal so he didn't get to try the entrees, but the hors d'oeuvres made up for it! Staff even made sure that myself and husband got to have time alone to enjoy every single one of the hors d'oeuvres we picked out. We are coming up on a year after our wedding and we still have guests complimenting Falls Manor and telling us it was the best wedding they ever went to. read more

This place is very cute! Great fountain in the front. Cute ambience. Oh the bathrooms have beautiful mirrors and great lighting! Perfect for some selfies! The place is spacious with ample parking. Great light fixtures as well and very modern! Even has a big comfy couch to take photos on. My cousin just had his wedding here and we loved it! They did a great job with the food and everything! Very pleased. I will say that at times we found the delivery of the staff harsh and a tad rude but we understand that we have a large group so maybe it came off harsher than intended. Didn't impact the overall lovely time we had there and some of my family did speak up when they felt tone was off and it didn't escalate. But a very very beautiful place! read more

My daughter and son in law just had their wedding ceremony and reception at the Falls Manor a few weeks back on July 31st and it was perfect. I don't even know where to begin with the amazing Falls Manor. We were originally supposed to have our wedding in Disney World, but unfortunately covid put a stop to that. While we were disappointed, we knew we had to find a venue at home that could live up to our wedding dreams. Falls Manor did just that and more. From the first meeting and tour with Jessica, to the delicious food tasting with the chef, to our final meeting with Sonya, we felt completely prepared and cared for in regard to the wedding. I never thought that wedding planning in two months could be so easy! It's all thanks to Sonya and her team. On the actual wedding day Jessica took care of everything for us. She even made sure everything to take home was packed for us and took so much stress off of us. Our head server, Jeanette, was also incredible. She made sure we were okay all night long. The food was absolutely incredible! Everyone keeps raving to us about the mashed potato bar and the salmon. The treasure chest and all of the extras that Falls Manor included in the price is another reason why we love them. The sparkler send off, cheesesteaks and tastycakes to go, and the beautifully decorated sweetheart table were some of our stand outs. Falls Manor is now my favorite place for events! In October of 2020 my husband and I got married at Falls Manor and our family and friends still talk about how great the food was and how beautiful the venue was. My husband and I had such a great experience with Falls Manor we kept saying we wish we had a reason to host another event so we could have the food again. Knowing how much we loved the venue, when she found out we were expecting a baby my mom decided to throw the baby shower at Falls Manor. The baby shower was a few weeks ago and once again we had a great experience. The room the shower was held in was beautiful, food was delicious, and service was amazing. All of the staff was so friendly. One of the servers saw me take a piece of cake from the dessert table and immediately offered to wrap me up a 2nd piece to have for later. Multiple guests said it was the best shower they've ever been to. Falls Manor is a great choice for any event, highly recommend. read more

The food here is absolutely awful. More than half the wedding at this venue were cranky starving because of how terrible everything tasted. I took a bite of the chicken and I immediately spit it out ugh. The food didn't even look appealing. You will leave this place starving. DO NOT cater from here or book a wedding here! This place is absolutely gorgeous to hold a wedding, Beautiful chandeliers an lighting. The staff was amazing during my sis wedding tonight. The hors d'oeuvres was deelishous an plentiful, the sweet potato/blue mash potato bar was interestingly deelishous. The drinks were plentiful an they served top shelf liquor. As we were seated in the dining room the waiters even came around for bar orders while we were having dinner. There were many options buffet style dinner.. Everything from roast beef, tilapia, chicken, vegetables, rolls. For dessert we had the option of wedding cake or banana fosters flambé. The entire night was just beautiful. We attended Mother's Day brunch there this morning. The renovations are beautiful and it's very clean and well decorated. However, the food was all cold. The coffee was cold. The macaroni and cheese were gritty. It took about a half hour for things to be refilled when they ran out. One guy making omelets for about 300 people. We had a party of 8 and paid $300 and will definitely not be returning. read more

I don't know where to begin on my journey with this place but has been nothing but a nightmare in my eyes. First of all I was completely on my own. I received absolutely no help. No phone calls, no one checking in to make sure I was okay or to see if I needed anything, and no guidance on what to do or how to do it. I would always have to go to them if I needed anything. You would say to reach out if I needed anything however I shouldn't have to chase after you for assistance with my wedding. I should have received check in calls at least once every other week. There was one person through all of this who at least seemed willing to do things right and go the extra mile however she was gone almost as quickly as she started. This was a very stressful journey to get to my big day and I should have had help but I unfortunately did not. I stayed broke for more than a year just to make this happen. I also had to provide some of my own décor as you didn't have everything that I was looking for and I even had to change my theme because of that. This is a wedding venue. I shouldn't have to provide any of my own décor nor should I have to change my theme to accommodate a lack of décor options or pay an arm and a leg for better class décor when I'm already paying out the ass just to make this happen. You should have everything and there should be no extra fees for decor. Now by the grace of God my actual wedding wasn't a complete train-wreck however that does not mean I am satisfied at all as it didn't start out very smoothly and the entire event was severely rushed, from the moment I got there to the moment I left. I arrived a little before 2:30pm (about an hour before the ceremony was supposed to start) so my big day was already off to a bad start. It was a seriously disorganized mess from the moment I arrived until the ceremony started and the reception wasn't much better. The guests that arrived late heard my husband and I say our vows as we were not in a good spot for privacy like we wanted. Also, the bride is not supposed to be seen by anyone until she walks down the aisle however I had quite a few people tell me that they caught a glimpse of me before then. All the groomsmen saw me as well as a few of my friends. That's not supposed to happen. The photographer did not know anything about what to do. Me and all the bridesmaids knew what was supposed to happen but no one informed the photographer on what pictures I wanted. The ceremony is the only part of this whole ordeal that went somewhat smoothly. The reception on the other hand could have gone much better. I ended up having to use their DJ and he was not professional at all. He did not cut out the intros to any of the songs I picked and played the wrong version of some of them despite me specifying otherwise on the list I had to send back to him (that I received a week before my wedding and had to figure and fill out within that already very busy and hectic week and which I had to call him to get and call him again to make sure he sent it). He pretty much ruined my first dance as well as the dance for my parents. The food was not at all like what it was during the tasting. Everything was rushed and I did not get to enjoy my big day like I wanted to and should have. For the price I paid not only financially but also mentally and emotionally I should have gotten a lot more than I did. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy even a single moment of their big day (let alone every moment) or have a stress free process. However if you are looking for a way to waste all of your money and go through a tremendous amount of stress and frustration and not get to enjoy the fruits of your labor then this place is for you. There are definitely much better options out there and I would seriously recommend not making the same mistake I did and not look further or do research on this place. Don't even include this place on your list. Avoid it at all costs! read more

My sons wedding was here last weekend.After a year of waiting to have their wedding in the city. 2 weeks before our event the mayor announced no catering venues would be opening. The staff at Falls Manor could not have been more amazing! We shifted everything in just a few days time. They did an amazing job making everyone feel safe but still have a great time in this new but hopefully not permanent normal! I would highly recommend them for any special event you may have! I attended a wedding at this Venue this past weekend. The venue is beautiful and the women's bathroom decor is gorgeous. But unfortunately the good parts ended there... The drinks were watered down the food lacked any type of seasoning and the DJ played one or two songs from the years 2017 & 2018. A bad DJ can definitely ruin an event. Luckily my family knows how to party regardless so we still had fun. If you are in the market for a wedding venue and can afford a place like Falls Manor, you might want to invest your cash somewhere else. read more

I spent a LOT (and I mean A LOT) of time researching venues for my wedding. I am that girl that has dreamt about her wedding day since she was 6 years old. I stumbled upon Falls Manor on google and when I saw the pictures online, I knew it had to be a place that I visited immediately. The second I walked in, I got goosebumps. Everything about the venue is exactly what I had pictured my entire life. As we walked through the different rooms, my goosebumps multiplied. This was the place that I had been dreaming about since I was 6. When we arrived, we were immediately greeted and started talking to Sonya. Sonya is a true gem. She is SO organized, SO caring, and SO communicative. I just cannot possibly speak highly enough of her and accurately explain how wonderfully I feel about her. She is the BEST. The day that we visited for the first time was also the day that we signed our contract. We knew immediately that this was where we were going to get married. Throughout the entire wedding process, Sonya NEVER made me feel like I was a bother or that I was asking too many questions....and trust me, I asked a LOT of questions. There were things that my parents (who paid for the wedding) were very particular about; she made sure EVERY SINGLE THING that they wanted became a reality without ever batting an eye. Accommodating really isn't even enough of a word to describe Sonya. Sonya and her staff were absolutely incredible on the day of our wedding. Our expectations far exceeded anything we could've dreamt about. On the day of the wedding Sonya pulled me into the ballroom a little early to give me a sneak peak and I burst into tears. It was everything I could've imagined and more. We were assigned a maitre'd on the day of the wedding, Christina, who was even more wonderful than I could've expected. She took care of anything and everything with a calm and cool presence. When we arrived at the venue there was a tiny hiccup with our seating chart; Christina IMMEDIATELY fixed the problem within minutes. She was absolutely wonderful the entire night and was extremely flexible and accommodating. On the day of the wedding it was crystal clear that every single detail was focused on and perfected. The decor, the colors, the photobooth, the set up, the food....all of it was beyond what I could have imagined. One of the biggest reasons that I fell in love with Falls Manor is that they take care of as much as possible so that you don't have to worry about anything on the day of. They do centerpieces, to-go food, all kinds of signs, ice sculptures, the cake, and the list goes on and on, and all of it is excellent quality. It's now a week later and we are still hearing from guests about how amazing our venue, the food, and the staff were. Sonya and her team are absolutely incredible and I didn't have to worry about a single thing on the actual day of our wedding, which is what every bride wants. I wanted to take my time really writing this review and get it just right... My husband Steve and I were married at falls on 5/28/17. That day was truly the best day of my life. I married my best friend in the most remarkable atmosphere I could ever imagine. Sonya, you went above and beyond, over and over for Steve and I. You answered endless emails and questions. You were sweet and so professional at all times. Your office staff too was kind and thoughtful! Erin, our matre d.... Wow! She was at our beck and call from the moment we arrived. She swept me in the bridal suite (which is incredible) and tucked me safely away from my groom. Anything we needed or wanted we recieved. Even when our two surprise cupcakes were missing, you made sure to get two for us and clear it up with unik cakes to find the missing cupcakes. Like I said above and beyond!!! Every single detail of our wedding was so exquisite. What a complete package. Even our ice sculpture! The lighting was perfect, the tables perfect. I cannot say enough good!!!! Unik cakes who you work with made an unforgettable cake for us and even rushed delivered our missing cupcakes!!! Food was awesome and my guests are still talking about it!!! Every time the topic of weddings come up during any conversation, I always remark that I LOVED planning my wedding. People who have planned weddings would also comment that I was crazy because planning is just so stressful. Well, it could have been, but Falls Manor really did an amazing and professional job of taking care of my husband and I months prior to our wedding and on our actual wedding day. On our list of things to do, we crossed off having to purchase centerpieces, card box, cake, cake stand, and so many more. Another huge plus is the comfortable bride and groom suite with lots of space to just relax, take off your heels, and retouch hair and makeup. I just want to say that I had the most AMAZING wedding day! Sonya and her team absolutely rock!!!! The process was so smooth and simple, she literally takes care of everything for you! I went with Falls Manor venue for my special day because the venue is absolutely beautiful and they provide you with everything!!! No need for outside vendors... They even provide beautiful centerpieces... I am not that crafty so the thought of me not having to sit up at night putting things together was a major plus. From the food, to the DJ it was amazing. My husband and I are so extremely happy we picked Falls Manor for our wedding day! Sonya made the planning phase so easy for us, the wedding package they offer is great and takes away so much of the stress of planning from the cake to the flowers to the dance lessons everything was AMAZING!!! My son and future daughter in law made an appointment with Sonya for a Friday afternoon. Their wedding date is 10/19/18. I got to Falls manor a little early so i had a seat in the beautifully re done lobby/cocktail area. I just watched as they were setting up for another couples cocktail hour and i must say I was just so impressed with the attention to detail. Every plate was looked at before they stacked them on the table, making sure all were clean.Then Sonya came out of her office and was like a busy bee going around the room checking and rechecking everything. Then we had our tour and all i can say is WOW! My senior prom was here 30 some years ago and let me tell you this place has been absolutely transformed! We were so impressed we booked that night.
