There is no conveniency and feeling of care from their service. Made the start of our search more stressful than any other feeling.

Luckily Saturday Club was available on a Saturday mid January. Joyce Dugan from the Saturday Club was nice and easy to work with. Since they didn't have a Friday event, they gave us keys on Friday and allowed us to do set up Friday evening and Saturday morning. They did provide the tables and chairs and set them up on Friday for us which was awesome. The employee Chris was there in the office during the wedding if we needed anything. The place is really cute and was the perfect size for our wedding. We had just the perfect amount of room for the number of table and chairs we used and enough room on the dance floor. There is a little area/ private room near the bathrooms that serves as the bridal suite and also a great place to nurse my son and for other nursing moms. The price was great and I love what the money goes towards. I would absolutely recommend this for a wedding of 50-90 guests or for other events. This would also be a great spot for bridal and baby showers. And they worked so well with our caterer. We put the photo booth in the front vestibule area. There is also a coat closet when you first walk in.

I wasn't sure if anyone else in the store noticed so I'm glad to hear it wasn't just me. They should really do something about that. I couldn't stay that long it was too strong.

One thing that really stood out was the complimentary coat and bag check, such a nice touch and made everything feel easy and well-organized. We ordered a charcuterie board to snack on. Some parts were good, like the hummus, which was smooth and flavorful. A few of the veggies, though, seemed a little less fresh than expected, like the carrots and cucumbers, which were softer and a bit dry instead of crisp. The pita was also slightly on the dry side. It might have just been an off batch, but worth noting. Service overall was very attentive. At times, dishes and drinks were cleared a bit quickly--especially while I was in the middle of playing ping pong--but it really just reflects how prompt and on-top-of-things the staff are. On the flip side, they also help collect stray ping pong balls and keep buckets refilled, which makes the whole experience much smoother and more fun. Overall, it's a great spot for a night out with friends. You're really coming here for the ping pong and the energy, and on that front, it definitely delivers.

We came recently as paying customers on a double-date and had a great time again. If you're playing ping pong you can eat and play at the same time, but it's a little awkward because there's only so much room for your food. Overall, the food was pretty good. Nothing amazing. Well, except for the grilled Korean chicken sandwich; that was the highlight. Other dishes like the fries and the burger, per my husband-- were just simply passable. The truffle fries were much better than the ones that showed up with my sandwich, which by the way I had no idea came with the dish. So, I paid for fries twice. The ambiance is cool, very instagrammable, but it is super loud. I don't know how anyone could talk to each other. Cool if you're playing ping pong and just hanging, but don't think you're going to catch up with an old friend here. Not unless they have a more subdued experience earlier in the day. We came on a Saturday night and I had to be right up on my friend to hear her.

We sat near…read morethe piano, but after I spoke briefly with another man about living in California, the man in the green jacket became possessive, aggressively claiming I was "his girl." When I attempted to gather my things and leave due to his uncomfortable behavior, he physically blocked me with his arm to prevent me from walking away, forcing me to push his arm aside and tell him explicitly not to touch me. After being persuaded by the other women to stay in a different area, he followed us, continuing to make inappropriate comments. It escalated to the point where six people, three men, two other women, and myself were actively telling him to leave us alone. When security finally stepped in as things became heated, staff merely hung around rather than removing the individual causing the disturbance. We moved to the Red Room to get away from him, but he followed us and sat next to me again. An employee or security staff member sat between us, but while sitting there, the man in the jacket continued making disgusting remarks about me directly to your employee. When I defended myself and snapped at him, your staff told me to stop, effectively policing the victim rather than addressing the aggressor. Despite us repeatedly asking why he was allowed to stay, your staff continued to serve him alcohol. Instead of removing the person causing the harassment, your staff escorted our group into the Vault Room during a private wedding party event, placing us out of sight rather than removing the threat from the main venue. When we eventually moved back to the bar, he approached me yet again. He boasted that it was "his bar" and that he "knew the owner," implying he was immune to being removed. He then attempted to shake my hand, claiming "no disrespect," after an entire evening of harassment. It was a slow night with minimal crowds. If your venue prioritizes safety, I encourage you to review the camera footage from that Sunday night or speak directly to the staff who worked that shift. Escorting uncomfortable women to separate rooms and continuing to serve an aggressive, physically boundary-crossing man simply because he claims a connection to ownership is not protecting women. It is enabling unacceptable behavior.

There was only one bathroom, and going up and down the stairs (in heels) got to be a huge hassle. After the ceremony ended, that room was closed off and everyone had to squeeze in the tiny entrance room for the cocktail hour. Once the reception started, everything was the complete opposite -- very spread out and separated, which wasn't terrible, but the major issue was the main reception room. Their were hardly any tables for such a large number of people and the dance floor was tiny. We made do and still enjoyed ourselves, but would have liked to eat sitting down at an actual table! Although this type of venue wouldn't be my first choice for a wedding specifically, it was still beautiful and if the layout doesn't bother you, the decor and feel of the place overall were perfect!
