Their catering was impressive. Staff were on sight. Cleaning. Restocking. Setting up all the stations. Nothing was cold. Everything was well seasoned and uniform at every station. There's over 2,500 folks at my employer on a daily basis so they can more than accommodate a large groups. My only issue: I should have brought a bowl! From now on I'll be keeping a travel container at my desk because I wanted to take some extra home! read more

Went to an event catered by Miles Table and I was very impressed. There was a great selection of foods and everything was well cooked for our large party. There were crab cakes, grilled cheese, sweet onion tart, grilled shrimp, chicken skewers with peanut sauce, vegetable bruschetta, charcuterie and vegetable platters, pasta dishes (marinara and creamy mushroom), and bite-sized desserts. My favorites were the sweet onion tart, grilled shrimp, and mushroom orecchiette. It's difficult to put out good food when you're cooking for a larger group but they really delivered on taste and freshness. Great catering service. read more

Our luncheon was small, but wonderful. The food was outstanding and the service was impeccable and we are grateful to Mike and Stacy for all of their work to make this a special event. We had the "South Street Buffet" and it was wonderful as I said earlier. If you have any catering needs, please choose Miles Table. You can't go wrong and are sure to be pleased read more

Have been for brunch pre-COVID and it was awesome. Came back recently for catering for Christmas Eve and it was amazing! We ordered short ribs, crab cakes along with mashed sweet potatoes, Mac and cheese and vegetables. So easy to reheat and enjoy, our family loved it. Oh and they delivered! Thank you for making our Christmas Eve a breeze (and delicious!). read more

From the moment I walked in at 12pm on a Sunday, I knew I was going to have a superior brunch experience (for context, I had walked past that ridiculous line at Honeys to get here) I was immediately given a table for 5 even though I was the only one to show up for the first 10-15 minutes. The place did get more crowded by 1pm but even then, it didn't seem like a ridiculous wait for a table. You order at the counter and then the food is brought to your table (I LOVED this, no messy check splitting, especially since you tip right when you pay) Every little detail was so homey: from the mason jar water glasses, to the decor, to the giant coffee (they serve La Colombe!) cups. The food was phenomenal too. For the price, the portions were huge. I got the Nova bagel (smoked salmon, herb cheese, served as a sandwich with homemade potato chips)--super delicious. I'm a huge fan of the lox/bagel/cream cheese combo and though it wasn't the best I ever had, it was up there. And the chips were an amazing addition. I also tasted the carnitas eggs benedict, which was just the right amount of savory and salty and tender. The jalapeño chicken and waffles had a spicy kick to it but was a perfect combination of sweet, savory, crunchy, and spicy. My taste buds were tingling of joy the entire time. On to the red velvet waffles...there were chocolate chips in the waffles and topped with strawberry compote and cream cheese and maple syrup. I'm not even the type to love sweet brunch dishes but I could have inhaled that entire thing. Somehow it was sweet without being overly sweet and every element just worked. I'm definitely coming back. And bringing more friends to join me! read more

Miles Table Catering - Clockwise from top right: carnitas eggs benedict, nova bagel, red velvet waffles, chicken and waffles - Caterers Near Me

Miles Table is hands down my go-to for casual brunch. I love the simple but varied menu and the food is always great. I'm partial to the avocado toast, but have had many of their egg dishes and they've all been really good. Oh and breakfast burger? Yes please. My wife had gotten pancakes and other stuff I don't usually get and all my tastes of her breakfast have been very yummy. Go here! read more

We hired Miles Table and catering for a Wedding held during Covid closures. Our big event was canceled so my son and his bride married at a simple ceremony in Philadelphia. Miles Table came to our Home while we are at the ceremony and set up a lovely, generous banquet for the small group we had. Given that our spirits were dashed that the ceremony had to change to such a simple one, it was such a treat to come home and see that despite the fact that our numbers were small, they spared no expense in creating a festive, inviting luncheon for us. Mike and Rob stayed the entire time, replenishing as needed, emptying our trash, even rescuing our cake when our cake topper couldn't be found. They plucked a few flowers from the centerpieces and created a lovely replacement in no time. I have since referred them to others and plan on relying on them again for an in home Christmas party. We found them by chance but it was our lucky break! read more

We ordered Miles Catering for Christmas Eve and it was wonderful! Each course was better than the previous, we will be ordering again!

I had Miles Table cater a 100 count party last night. I was thoroughly impressed with everything they literally brought to the table! Food was phenomenal; passed hors d'oeuvres and a table station. Food display was beautiful. But honestly, the staff is what made this experience the best. They were all so professional and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect which took a lot of pressure off of myself to make sure the event was continued to perfection. Thank you so much guys!! read more

Catering by Miles catered our holiday party again this year. The service is fine and presentation is nice - but the food is just "run of the mill". We had hot & cold butlered hors d'ouvres - a few were good - lobster pot-pies and pigs in a blanket, some (again) vile-looking pulled pork sliders. 2 table stations had a variety of nice cheese, vegetable crudite and dips, plus steam tables with hot bow-tie pasta in a marinara sauce with bits of vegetables and meatballs in it. My 7 year old loved it. Desserts were also butlered. Frozen cream puffs, tiramisu bites and mini cannoli. read more

Catering by Miles is such a treasure! The staff is so great to work with and their food is delicious. Mike, the owner, knows what people want and delivers immaculately each time. Most importantly the food is DELICIOUS, displayed bautifully, and fresh. I was recently in a bind for a 40-person breakfst and my initial caterer never put the order in the system. Mike pulled through at 5:00 the night before for a 9:00 gig and did so gracefully and flawlessly. I am using Catering by Miles from now on and telling everyone I know about them. :) read more

Needed Philly catering for a 25 person work presentation dinner and could not have been more impressed with Catering By Miles. I love Miles Tables and was hoping my guests would get the same experience with the catering. They certainly did. Miles caterer was a pleasure to deal with and the food was incredible. Liz got back to me moments after sending a request message through yelp. We corresponded over email, always with prompt responses, and Liz went out of her way to make sure we had the food that fit our taste. She also corresponded with a linens company at no extra cost to us and lent us coffee and tea urns for our event in Center City. The company was an absolute pleasure to deal with and the food was fresh, delicious, and plentiful. Many people asked for the catering details after our event. Kudos to miles for their wonderful service and wonderful food. read more

I am from Ohio and our son had his wedding in Philadelphia and we needed a caterer for a luncheon the day after the wedding. I called and emailed 6 caterers and no one called me back except Miles. I was frustrated but now am so glad as their food was delicious! They served a spinach artichoke warm dip with bread and tortilla chips that was just great! They also had a variety of small sandwiches which were perfect and a green salad and a pesto salad that were stellar as well. Lastly, their cookies were amazing! All our guests were pleased and my son and his bride thrilled as they were able to take all the excess food home. Give Mikes a call you will not regret it! read more

My wife and I love this place. Whenever we come to Philly to visit our son and his fiance we always try to get by here for breakfast once or twice. A small, hidden gem in a nondescript storefront in the middle of the block, Miles Table always has many new and interesting specials on the menu. Yesterday I had the Chicken & Waffles, and my wife had the Carnitas Eggs Benedict with perfectly poached eggs. Both dishes exceeded our expectations. This morning I had the Short Rib Omelet stuffed with mozzarella and topped with a generous serving of short ribs, jalapenos, avocado, salsa and pickled red onions. My wife had the Pulled Pork Hash with over easy eggs. Both were delicious and my wife's portion was so large she had to take half with her. A must do breakfast place if you are in Rittenhouse Square or Graduate Hospital area of Philly. read more

I'm so grateful that Alysia squeezed in our order at the last minute so my little family and I could enjoy the bounty of Miles Table's winter holiday feast for Christmas. The meal was scrumptious and oh so generous; we're still working our way through the last of the leftovers. Miles Table went above and beyond to make the entire experience decadently simple and seamless, including delivering to our house in Germantown. While I initially looked to order with the main intention supporting a wonderful local business (and fellow BOK tenant!) during this crazy year, the ease and overall fabulousness of everything may just make a Miles Table order a new part of our holiday family tradition. Thank you! read more

I contacted them on a whim for my baby shower. Although they didn't have that many reviews, I liked their catering menu and their Instagram pics looked enticing. They quickly responded to my requests and questions before settling on a final plan. During the consultation they worked with me in figuring out the right menu, layout, costs and servings. They delivered the food on time, provided professional servers, and, most importantly, the food was delicious!! Not much food was left. At the end of the evening they cleaned up efficiently. The entire operation was professional and seamless. I highly recommend them!! read more

Michael of Catering By Miles catered our wedding at the mansion of the Woodlands Cemetery in West Philadelphia - an unusual space with food preparation restrictions and weird crowd-flow dynamics. He totally pulled it off. He approached the space creatively, problem-solving onsite logistics and accommodating last-minute menu changes. The food was great - guests talked. It's not super-expensive, but it's not cheap. He does a good job and he charges for it. Michael can be kind of intense, always seems busy, and is sometimes terse. Useless factoid: he drives a Harley. Pro tip: he communicates best via texting, moreso than email and phone. read more

I don't understand the high reviews for this place. The food is not bad but nothing amazing. With such high ratings, I'd expect it to be one of the better breakfast/lunch places in the city. Unfortunately it isn't. Definitely not on the same level of places like Green Eggs, Sabrinas, etc.. Overall a decent place but for the price, there are better options. read more
