I was opportuned to try out the salad , fruits and the shrimp , it was very very nice , & very good presentation!

For the last 3 years I have been hosting a corporate conference in West Chest, PA for 250 attendees. One of the hallmarks of the event is that we break the attendees up in smaller groups for meetings around town. I am so glad I discovered Tomato Catering. First, the food is fresh and delicious. It has that made from scratch with love and care feel. Over the years I have ordered the Nonna's Chicken, the Fajita Bar, Chicken Marsala, the Mediterranean bar, and a bunch of their salads. Our attendees love it. As the event coordinator, the next most important thing aside from taste and quality is meeting dietary needs of our guests. The Tomato Catering team is excellent here. All of their signage is clear and their dressings are vegan and again good. Super helpful. When you speak to their team whether it's Camille at their HQ or Jan at the West Chester location who made the food, they are extremely professional, on it, and and will make sure things are clarified so you never feel worried. We were able to coordinate delivery to each of our locations and their team setup the meals beautifully. Whether you are planning a personal event or a corporate meal like I was, I would absolutely recommend Tomato Catering without any reservations. They will be my first call again next year when we host our event back in West Chester. read more

I recently managed a 4 day meditation retreat at Temenos in West Chester. Overall we were extremely happy with the catering from Tomato Shack. Food is clean and high quality with consideration to GF and vegan needs. Delivery was timely each day. Jan Zucker was my primary contact once on-site. Jan was outstanding! She was attentive to our needs and remembered all the detailed requests as well as recommended ways to keep the food fresher if we weren't using it immediately. Jan's presence and oversight made such a difference in a challenging situation of being at a new venue and having limited time to communicate. read more

I have been using the Couch Tomato for years to cater on site work lunches. the food is exceptional. The selection and quality of their salads and gourmet pizza are unmatched by any other caterer I have ever used. They have always been on time, do a great job setting up and I love that they have place cards with descriptions of each item. Also- the complimentary bread that comes with the salads is amazing! We used Couch Tomato Catering for our rehearsal/welcome dinner held at a brewery. Although they ran a few minutes late due to Friday evening traffic, they were communicative and set everything up neatly. We got countless compliments on the food (chicken picatta, chicken parm, salmon, penne) and are very glad with our choice to use them for our event read more

My office places lunch catering orders from The Couch Tomato frequently, and for a good reason! They have a great variety of vegetarian options, and the food is always very fresh. My favorite pizzas are the American Pie and Florentine, though all of the vegetarian pies are good. As for salads, the Where's Waldorf, Pear-Fection, and Strawberry Fields Forever are all delicious. You really can't go wrong! The Couch Tomato also has great sandwiches, fresh fruit, and dessert trays. The staff are always very accommodating to dietary restrictions (gluten-free, vegan, etc.), so it's our go-to caterer for finding something delicious for everyone! read more

The pizza was cold & overcooked. The perky turkey sandwich was supposed to roasted in-house looked like thick processed meat. Sandwich was missing arugula and cranberry mayo. It was bad! It's too bad because their food was good years ago. read more

Ordered couch tomato for an event. It was ten minutes after the delivery time so I called to ask where they were. The person on the phone apologized telling me that they would be 30 minutes late and that someone was supposed to call me to let me know. The sandwiches showed up and was mediocre. They charged a $15 delivery fee for food that was 30 minutes late. I do not recommend the catering from this restaurant Update: after being contacted by Craig, I decided to try the Couch Tomato to cater another event. He was very apologetic and disappointed to hear of my experience and earnestly wanted another opportunity. This time around was perfect. The food came on time, was delicious, and they even accommodated a same day adjustment to my order. The delivery person came inside and helped set up the food and was very pleasant and friendly. This is the experience I was hoping to have during my previous order, and I am glad to have used them again for catering. I really think the food was delicious and added a lot to make my event special. Thank you couch tomato for being accountable and providing great customer service! read more

Our go-to pizza spot in West Chester. Toppings and ingredients are always fresh and pizza is always delicious!

Fresh, organic ingredients make this pizza a solid, consistent performer. One of the best in the area! Their salads are also yummy. As a parent with young kids, truly appreciate their curbside pickup even pre-Covid. Don't ever change, Couch Tomato! Unless it's to expand your delivery radius by 2 miles :) read more

I highly recommend Couch Tomato catering for your next event! They provide a wide variety of soups, salads, sandwiches, pasta, and dessert. I've already done at least 3 catered office lunches with The Couch Tomato and will absolutely continue doing more. The staff was friendly and easy to work with. Each time we had a huge spread of salads, wraps, sandwiches, and desserts. They deliver the food to the office and set it up for you. The food here is amazing and delicious! The food is very fresh. This is not your traditional, plain ol' salad and sandwich. Everything has thought put into it. The staff at our offices loved the food and could not stop raving about it. My personal favorite is the falafel salad and the brownies are out of this world. Thank you couch tomato for such great experiences. Looking forward to more. read more

Very professional when he dropped off food today. He set it up and everything and explained what each thing was. I wasn't impressed with the food however because the salad had a weird cheese on it and the paninis were luke warm. Tasty salad dressing. read more

Great service, good food. I use them for a catered luncheon and they did not disappoint.

We get rep lunches from here often. The salads from here are usually pretty good. But the pizza has been getting worse and worst for a while now. I actually stopped eating the pizza from here a while back. Today I grabbed a slice not realizing that it was from here and when I was told where it was from when I asked because it was so bad I was like wow... it got worst! The pizza was cold and almost burnt like. It tasted like cardboard that had been sitting outside in the cold night desert. They should stop making pizza. Also the brownies... they should stop making them as well. read more

Easy to deal with, even when I was being one of those indecisive customers! They were super helpful. Set up on time and they did everything!

After using this caterer consistently for 6 months- I will be taking my business elsewhere. They "forgot" to deliver a $300 catering order- and refused to offer a promo for this mistake. read more

I love Couch Tomato Catering! I use them for work. The pizza is good and so is the service. Check them out in the Manyunk/Roxborough area.

The presentation is always so nice and my guests love the food! Thank you for always providing a great lunch for my guests! read more

The Couch Tomato is one of my go-to spots for healthy meals in Manayunk, and on the few occasions I get to pick the lunch menu for the office, it's been well-received; however my recent catering experience could've been better. The biggest issue was just that they were late by 30 minutes, which unfortunately impacted the beginning of our internal conference. While the salads we ordered were excellent, due to the lateness of the delivery, several of the pizzas were cold. I've been a frequent customer of the Couch Tomato throughout the years, and overall I've had a great experience with them; so I think this was just a day of miscommunication for them. To the Couch Tomato Catering team's credit, one of the managers, Christopher, immediately called and left me a VM apologizing for the issue and offered to make amends (which I certainly appreciate). Overall, Couch Tomato Catering is a great choice to provide healthy meals to an office full of hungry people, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. read more
