It's nearly impossible to get a check-up appointment in a timely manner--every time I've tried, the earliest available slot is at least two months out. For basic, routine care like a check-up, that's simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, this is the third year in a row they've scheduled a vaccine appointment for my children, only to later inform me that they don't even have the vaccine in stock. This year, they confirmed the appointment just the day before, and I even took time off work to make sure I could get there. I showed up, only to be told once again that they didn't have the vaccine and I had wasted my time. The lack of communication and professionalism is absolutely frustrating.

I was absolutely floored with my experience and was very quickly dismissed by her after her meltdown about "the next administration and RFK jr.". To add, I never once asked her for ANY of that information or her opinion.. simply just stated that my partner and I were interested in spacing out or pausing on vaccinations/ boosters for a bit until we decided if we wanted to proceed. All in all a very horrible experience and one I hope she can learn from. I've worked in professional settings and I could never imagine doing that to another person.

My son sees them for several chronic issues and they have always been available when we need them. We were able to make an appointment with Dr. Jones who came very well recommended from our hospital. Not only that, they always have availability! We needed a next day appointment to be released from the hospital, and Agave made it work. Dr. Jones is amazing in all aspects. She listens and gives the best advice without being pushy. We found out our baby has a tongue tie and Dr. Jones referred us to the tongue tie specialist and Dr. A was amazing. He gave us his genuine thoughts and didn't force us into a procedure. Our baby girl has her tongue tied but is breast feeding well and doesn't have any other signs of discomfort and he gave us options. Checking in and checking out is always really pleasant! The first Speech and Language Pathology Assistant ("SLPA") was terrible and we were told by the…read moreSpeech and Language Pathologist ("SLP") that it caused our child to regress in his speech... how do they allow that to happen(possibly due to lack of oversight as mentioned again below)?! We were still given a full non-adjusted bill despite the detrimental service. I should have removed my child from here at this point, but unfortunately believed them that things would be corrected. Our second SLPA was good. She was kind, patient, and tried her best, which was nice for our child. The issue is the actual SLP was never around and not involved in the care of our child. In about a year and a half of coming to this location, we saw the actual SLP once. The SLP is responsible for creating the therapy plan and making adjustments as needed, they also are responsible for having 10% direct and 10% indirect supervision on the SLPA (which should be documented). None of that happened. Our child had the same care plan the entire time. We had an assessment done at the end of our time which was wildly inaccurate (as determined by 2 other SLPs) where we were told our child was performing at a lower percentile than when we first brought him. Overall, the people are nice. The SLPA did her best with the limited resources available, but I cannot recommend this place. Side note, their billing was very lagged. We would gets bills for appointments 3-4 months behind. I did not hold against them as this is not uncommon in healthcare, just annoying.

I have taken my son here twice for evaluations (once when he was 17 months and recently at 4 years…read moreold) and was really impressed both times. Each of the therapists he saw were very knowledgeable and personable and I really felt that they took their time to evaluate my son and discuss things with me.
