No live-person phone assistance. Cancellations have to be by my email. Otherwise they canalize you to use a parent portal for all concerns which is glitchy and slow to respond. As a provider myself, I would never adopt these methods in my practice. It adds to parent frustrations instead of facilitating coordination of care.

Tammy D was my child's speech therapist and it is a shame this is where she works. She is a wonderful therapist who is great with children, however this review is for Piller Child Development. The impersonal experience of scheduling, arriving, canceling appointments, and billing should be considered neglectful. We have been billed without authorization twice now. Please take your child elsewhere to save yourself the harassment from the front office. If you refuse to place a card on file (for them to charge several hundred dollars incorrectly, multiple times), they will threaten to drop you as a client. To Karen, I have expressed how important they are to our family and our child and our worries with being charged incorrectly, and they placed a note in the file, and then charged us incorrectly again a few weeks later, without authorization. The lack of customer support and service is unsurmountable. Karen, you deserve a better place of employment. Avoid. Avoid this clinic at all costs. We have found the services through the public school district and other private clinics to be much more helpful. Please, do yourselves the favor of finding ANYWHERE else.

This is the only ABA organization that I have experienced that does not require all staff to have cpr & first aid or a fingerprint card prior to interacting with children. Any funds spent goes into the facade that management is trying to portray. If they invested into their company through quality training, infrastructure, and ethics trainings, they wouldn't need a facade.

So today to new school Joni the owner decided to change things. Wensdays and Thursdays of week before agreement made and signed. 9:15 am to 3pm. The 1st day new school opens. Confronted by Joni be there at 8am to 12pm or 12pm 3pm. Befor that, it was "NOT HER AREA.!.!" Joni was rude today. Said," I DON'TCARE", several times. Not even exaggerating. I even witnessed a verbal agreement, with Dariia and my son. Then as we left the Owner and another said BYE real loud rudely. I was so shocked. I feel sorry for their employees & kids. Can't believe this, after he's been going there already so long. Had to bring him home. He loves school. The People that work there are great. Bless them all. Add: 9-8-21 I suggested to file breach of contract with the school. There's alot been brought to light. In reguards to her actions and confusion. Not good business practices.

One of my daughters had worked on the "K" sound for months at a different facility. After the first session here, I saw the improvement and she nailed it by the second session. They love to come to their sessions and it's an exciting event for them, they look forward to seeing their therapist. We have now been attending a few months and I see the outstanding improvement in their speech development and growth. Front desk is very responsive and always available. I love the decor themes they promote each month. It has been a wonderful experience to learn techniques and strategies to help our girls. We also receive session debriefs and play activities to practice at home.

They supported and encouraged me to attend graduate school and always cheered me on along the way. They have different areas therapists can work in such as in the school setting, home health, and in the clinic and they make every attempt to place a therapist as close to their house as possible. RZT also has great perks such as providing health care, dental, vision, money towards CEUS, and extra opportunities to make earn extra money by supervising (if you're a SLP) or by picking up extra home health clients. It has been a pleasure to work with them and I would have continued working for them if I wasn't moving out of state.

After going through a few different Speech Therapists at the beginning, we finally found one we loved and she felt like family to us. We also met and worked with multiple wonderful Occupational Therapists during that time and their OT director is extremely knowledgable. While I did notice in those 2 years that there is high turnover, it IS possible to find good and steady therapists. And sure, we experienced a few hiccups here and there in that time, overall we were treated really well here. The only reason why we left was because our insurance changed and it was no longer accepted by Therapy Tree, otherwise we would still be there :D

I've been taking my four-year-old daughter to Therapy Tree for speech therapy for a little over a…read moreyear. There are some truly excellent therapists there. The problem is, they don't stay long. The organization and corporate structure are poorly run, and it shows. In my experience, the focus is not on helping the child as much as it is on maximizing revenue. When the good therapists realize this, they tend to leave. As a result, there is a constant turnover. At first, I thought the place was great. But over time, it became clear that consistency is not a priority. You don't get to work with the same therapist regularly. Scheduling is based on filling time slots, not what's best for your child. If you try to request consistency, it's met with resistance. The environment is one large open room with multiple therapists working at different stations. That setup, combined with the high turnover, makes it difficult for a child to build comfort and trust. Several therapists have come and gone within just a few months. The same goes for front desk staff. I've seen around 20 different receptionists at this single location in the past year. Sessions are supposed to be 30 minutes, but in reality they run closer to 20 minutes due to buffer time between appointments. Scheduling has been one of the biggest frustrations. Calling the office usually leads to voicemail, so most scheduling has to be done in person. They attempted online scheduling, but it often required waiting days for a callback. Even when you do have an appointment, corporate may call the day before and cancel it, asking you to reschedule. There's little regard for your time or your child's routine. To make matters worse, their cancellation policy is extremely one-sided. They can cancel on short notice, but you're held to strict rules if you need to do the same. Again, there are some great therapists at Therapy Tree. Unfortunately, they don't tend to stay once they see how the organization operates.
