Food was good for hospital food. She loved the Mac-n-cheese lol. PT, OT and Speech had her up and moving everyday. Case manager was in constant communication and showed great concern for mom. She also took time to explain insurance and policies with me. Admission, front desk all were amazing. I will re-edit this to include more names but Adel, Dr Wong, Sharon, Wilshaun and many more were extremely helpful and kind. They only reason this isn't 5 star is the release information says Mom can walk 7 feet and do things she just isn't quite able to do. She is only standing a little since coming home. I wish they would have fought to keep her a little longer. But we are working on continuing her Exercises she learned there. We had a very bad experience with a skilled nursing facility I would suggest this place and acute rehab 100 times over. Dignity is full of loving, caring, dedicated people

Doing what is right should not be complicated…read more My in-clinic experience at ATI was fine--the physical therapy itself met expectations. The issue is with billing and how ATI handled my account. Before scheduling, I spoke with multiple receptionists to confirm insurance coverage. They reviewed my plan, took a couple of days to verify, and then assured me--both over the phone and again at my first appointment--that I had a $0 copay. Based on that assurance, I chose ATI over another clinic where I already had an established care team. However, after my first appointment, ATI abruptly canceled my next session and later informed me that I in fact owed a $40 copay. While the amount is not significant, the principle is. I had confirmed coverage multiple times before starting treatment, and my copays have never been $40. Months later, despite my objections and attempts to resolve this, I received a collections notice. Even after calling ATI's customer service multiple times, being transferred repeatedly, and being promised follow-up, no resolution was ever provided. Instead, my account was sent to collections, negatively impacting my credit--all over a charge I was explicitly told would not exist. This is not just poor communication; it is a bait-and-switch experience that shows disregard for patients. Trust matters, especially in healthcare, and ATI failed to uphold the basic responsibility of billing patients accurately and honestly. For those in the Phoenix area, I recommend one of the many other physical therapy clinics in town. Physical therapy itself is largely the same across providers--what sets a clinic apart is how it treats its patients. Unfortunately, ATI has shown me firsthand that they do not prioritize doing right by theirs.

After my stay there concluded, I was subsequently transferred to Chandler Post Acute Rehabilitation Facility. I stayed there until October 20th, when I returned home. I was impressed with many of the nurses and therapists who worked there. My favorite therapist was Becca, who was not only attractive, but also very friendly and efficient. She made my rehabilitation therapy a pleasure. My favorite nurse was Tea, who told me that the head administator was an intelligence and thoughtful man. She was correct! Connor turned out to be even better than she had said. In fact, on a scale of 10, I would give Connor a 17. Everything has pluses and minuses, and this facility is no exception. No one wants to go to the hospital or rehabilitation facility. However, I would return to Chandler Post Acute Rehabilitation Center if I needed such services.

BloomKidz has TRULY changed our lives. Our daughter, who has a rare and severe neurological…read moredisease, has been attending therapy at BloomKidz for just over three years. The care, knowledge, dedication, and compassion they show every single day is well beyond anything we could have hoped for. Because of BloomKidz, our daughter learned to WALK (!), which was something that once felt so uncertain for our family. She has made tremendous strides in her abilities, confidence, and overall quality of life, and we owe so much of that progress to this once-in-a-lifetime team. I especially want to recognize Sarah (PT) and Jane (BCBA), who have been with our daughter since her very first day. Over the last 3 years, they have poured their hearts into her growth. Their patience, creativity, and unwavering belief in her abilities have made such a meaningful impact on our daughter and our family. Whenever we have questions or need help troubleshooting, they listen and come prepared with ideas. They've taken their own personal time to coordinate care, support us in trainings and equipment meetings, and advocate for our daughter alongside us. These two are STARS, (to say the least!) and we are so grateful to have them leading such important domains of her therapy journey. I want to highlight the incredible RBTs and therapy techs who work with our girlie every day. They have been such a vital part of her progress + development. They take the time to truly learn and understand her unique communication, cues, and needs, and they work diligently to help her reach her goals. Their consistency, attentiveness, and genuine care have made a huge difference in her progress and in her comfort at therapy. The cherry on top: the nursing staff. "Exceptional care" is an understatement. They manage her daily medications with diligence and thoughtfulness, always keeping an extra eye out for symptoms or changes. Knowing our child is supported by nurses who understand her complexity and go the extra mile to ensure her safety gives our family tremendous peace of mind. Last but definitely not least, the owners! Dan and Katie deserve special recognition. None of this would've happened without their vision to bring compassionate, collaborative, meaningful high level care to the disabled community. They are not only compassionate leaders, but true advocates. They consistently go well above normal expectations to ensure she is safe, supported, and receiving the best possible therapy approach in every area. They've helped us through PLENTY of insurance hoops (which are difficult to navigate) and they didn't even bat an eye. They sought out every avenue to help us until it was no longer an obstacle for us. I can't tell you how much that means, especially when we are already at our mental bandwidth so often. Their willingness to collaborate, problem-solve, and support our family over the last 3+ years has been paramount to keeping our daughter at BloomKidz. We live quite far from the clinic location wise, and Dan and Katie have done so much to accommodate our family thru this so that it's still possible for us to get her here daily. Their ability to understand scheduling difficulties and commutes for a big family has been so considerate and valuable to us during our time here. BloomKidz is filled with the most selfless individuals. They have not only helped our girl reach milestones we once only dreamed about, but they have also given our family hope, encouragement, and support during a journey that can often feel extremely overwhelming and isolating. To us, BloomKidz isn't just a therapy clinic: it's a place that believed in her, lifted her up, and helped her SHINE. If you're trying to decide a therapy route in AZ to guide your child to, this would be the one. We are forever grateful for the love, dedication, and extraordinary care they've shown our daughter. We hope she's able to keep growing and developing here for many years to come, as her condition is lifelong and a therapeutic team will always be necessary. We've been blessed with the best in BloomKidz!

Bloomkidz changed my sons life. He began full time ABA therapy, speech & OT at Bloom in June 2024…read more He was diagnosed with Level 3 ASD in December 2023 (Age 4). When he started at Bloom, he was minimally verbal. Only a few short phrases and they were rarely spoken spontaneously. We started seeing a huge difference in his speech and skills within a few weeks! It has been a little over a year and he is a completely different child. His speech has exploded and has a much easier time expressing his needs. Every member of Gray's team goes above and beyond to work together and communicate with us on his progress. It's incredibly overwhelming to not only find the right kind of care, but manage all of the back and forth admin. The staff has held my hand through all of this. Katie and Dan aren't just founders, they are highly invested in the families- and they make themselves accessible- far beyond what you would expect. I am blown away by the fact that a place like this exists and that my son is fortunate enough to attend. Other skills achieved in his first year at bloom: Went from wearing diapers 24/7 to almost fully potty trained (Just pull ups overnight), went from only being able to play alone to playing with others, able to tolerate having his teeth brushed for 20 seconds, able to greet and name his loved ones spontaneously, increased tolerance when being told no, increased tolerance to noises, and significant increased awareness of others.

Miss Kara, Miss Kara, Miss Kara!!!!…read more First of all, thank you so much for all your help! We took our LO to see Miss Kara around the second birthday and they bonded almost immediately. While it did take a couple sessions for the comfortability to be established, once we were rolling our LO was learning words, phrases, even short sentences within the first few months. She is always attentive and very responsive to questions or concerns you might have. We never had any issues, breakdowns in communication, or anything; it was genuinely a very helpful, much needed, intervention. Fast forward about 6 months of therapy and next thing we know our LO was counting to 10, telling us shapes, colors, animals and their sound associations. Fast forward about 9 months and our LO started speaking about a mile a minute. What used to be pretty unintelligible sentences turned into full blown conversation after spending time with Miss Kara. Understandably, each child will experience their own speed bumps along the way but Miss Kara was very helpful guiding us through the process and giving us the tools and resources necessary to continue teaching. Can't say enough about our time with her and all that she's done. Highly recommended and again much appreciated.
