If you are in need of physical therapy, Athletico is the place for you! I can't say enough good…read morethings about this physical therapy team! My pain and spine physician referred me for therapy following a car accident and the care I received made such a huge difference in my recovery. I didn't realize how poor my strength was. The team helped me build strength in my neck and back and my neck pain completely went away *tears in eyes*. Though I was referred specifically to see Sheree, I did alternate providers occasionally and I'm really glad I did because everybody brought a unique perspective, ideas, and techniques. I appreciated Sheree's strength and teaching me about referred pain, Shay always leveling it up to challenge me, and Matt's gentle spinal manipulation and dry needling. Everyone was knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. I'm so grateful for all their hard work (and mine!) and would absolutely recommend this team to anyone looking for excellent physical therapy!

After a hiking incident, I received a ACL reconstruction using my quad tendon, meniscal repair, and some other things, so I needed physical therapy to be able to walk again. Over the past year, my experience working with Sheree, Shay and Melanie was AMAZING! They were attentive, supportive, flexible, motivational and made my recovery process enjoyable. Spending 2-3 hours doing this recovery was not always fun, I cried sometimes, but this staff made me feel safe and comfortable. Along side Sheree, Shay and Melanie's care, the techs, James, Ethan and Julio, and receptionist, Yessenia, were also a pleasure to work with. They honestly felt like a family in the end. I LOVE this office, and would recommend to anyone dealing with physical pain, or a post-operative recovery. I am moving out of state, which is the only reason we're ending care, and they gave me more exercises to work on! Knee surgery & recovery is a tough long process, so having people who are GREAT at what they do, and create an enjoyable environment is HUGE! Thank youuu to Athletico Chandler! Love you!

So after one or two visits, the check-ins and sessions went pretty smooth, feeling like you were dropping off at a friend's place and surprisingly, I was looking forward to it each week. The physical therapists I had - Ryan and Sam - were responsible and knowledgeable. They were always patient and encouraging during my recovery process, giving me so many good advices that I'm still following now. Mostly importantly, their charge was fair (I didn't realize it until I talked to some of my friends). Overall, if you need PT, highly recommend this place!

Unfortunately, I had a previous ACL surgery fail.. onto the next repair. Ryne and Mike, have really helped me after the first surgery - my mobility has improved and I am feeling stronger, hopefully enough to gain positive results on my next and (hopefully) last surgery on my knee. ALSO, Ryne was very helpful to help me get past a sketchy bout of Vertigo. Very thankful for the team at Spooner!

I have been going to ROC Physical Therapy's for two weeks now. The improvement has been nothing less than a miracle. Everyone from front desk to doctors are generally concerned with the well-being of the patients. They are beyond kind and caring. I could not have asked for a better outcome. Please consider if you are told by hospital staff to take painkillers and go to the neurosurgeon. This is a healthier path that gives you just as good if not better results.

I went for problems with my balance, pain in feet and back pain…read more The physical therapists, Tyler and Joelle were detailed and changed the plan for care daily depending on my progress. They gave individual attention and did special treatment with needles and electric current and medical massage targeting specific areas. The exercises were individualized and supervised by students. I have been treated at multiple physical therapy businesses in the past and I believe that ROC physical therapy is the most innovative. They are better than all of the "fancy" places that I have been to even though they are a very basic facility. I believe that the physical therapists there care a lot about the progress of their patients.

The staff and therapists at 360 Therapy is way better than all the therapist I've seen in my career. Alex, not only helps me heal physically, he has also helped me heal emotionally by explaining what I am going through. He is also a good listener. He tries to reassure that everything will be okay and boosts my confidence by showing and telling me how I improved. Matt, is always a pleasure to work with. His humor keeps me going and calms my nervousness about what am going through. He shows genuine concern with not only me, but also the other clients there too. Paul is really knowledgeable about my condition. His insight is unmatched. I'm 52 years old and I have never had my neck cracked. After he did it one time, I can tell you that it's the best feeling I've ever had. I actually kinda wished my neck was cracked everyday. Amanda is really concerned about my progress. She measures my grip all the time and pushes me to do more every session. And my grip has significantly improved. She was also kind enough to get me a traction for my neck, even though I've never asked for. It's really helping me at home when I do my exercises. Today I felt happy coz the receptionists knows my name. Most medical people just see you as patients and nothing else. They are so easy to work with when it comes to scheduling and they are very accommodating and pleasant. Going back to my 22 years in the medical field what sets the staff here above the rest, is in one word, empathy. After my session I was in the parking lot and the guy said, aren't they great. I replied, yeah they're amazing!!! And just in case you are wondering who is this Kai reviewing us, it's Clarence. The Asian guy. Hahaha. I guess it goes without saying, this 360 location in Tempe comes highly recommended. 5 stars is not nearly enough for what they do for you.

My 9yr old daughter Lena was injured, her right ankle was dislocated. This happened in June 2019…read moreand she was put in a cast twice because her foot turned in. She was unable to walk, was in constant pain and was using a wheelchair. When her cast came off we attended Foothills and Lindsay started to work with my daughter. At first it was hard. My daughter resisted because of the nerve pain around her ankle. Lindsay was understanding but encouraging and she didn't let my kid slack. She set goals for my daughter, she asked questions and got to know her. Lindsay used all of her knowledge and explained things in a way my daughter could understand. My daughter finally got why she was being challenged, and she decided to want to be active in her recovery insted of fighting it because of the pain. Lindsay was great at finding ways to get Lena to allow her to touch her ankle, and in the pain she was in that was a big deal! Linsay has a way of listening to her, acknowledging her but still finding a way to encourage Lena to try. Lena loves Lindsay, she looks forward to her PT. In few months Lena went from wheelchair to crutches. Carlos worked with her and he got her to move by being creative, and playing balloon toss! Lena started putting weight on her foot becauseof that game...then a few more weeks of PT she allowed us to put on her brace. The first time she walked with Lindsay I cried, because it had been so long in that wheelchair and I was relieved that they were able to help her. She's getting better everyday. Now she's walking and doing lunges and jumping, balancing, pushups, dancing! She wears her brace, but soon she will be back to normal with no brace. Thanks to Lindsay, Carlos, Daniel, and the rest of the staff that is so fun and friendly. From the reception staff, to all the therapists. All are welcoming and they care. If you want results, and a place where you are made to feel welcomed and comfortable then go to Foothills Sport Medicine PT.

I paid almost $300 for an initial assessment. I waited painfully in the waiting room seeing the staff talking amongst themselves while they were doing treatments. One staff member was using the patient machines. My assigned physical therapist finally came to greet me 20 minutes after my appointment start time. He looked me over for about 5 minutes then put me onto exercises. The whole time I was doing them, he was talking personal patient information with another staff member right in front of me. He wandered around chattering with the other staff. Not paying any attention to me to see if I was doing my exercises correctly or needed guidance. Even while he was massaging my back I could see him gesturing to another staff member while I was talking to him. I paid good money to come get one on one care to improve my acute back pain, to only receive the complete opposite. I ended up canceling all my future appointments to go to a different facility. The receptionist was so kind when I called to cancel that I didn't have the heart to tell her the real reason I didn't want to return. I was going to let it be. Then I received an additional bill stating I owed more money for that absolutely terrible assessment! I couldn't believe it. It saddens me to see that this is an acceptable level of care and service at this facility by licensed practitioners. I hope the managers see this and try to improve for any future pain suffers that may come to your facility.
