The impersonal experience of scheduling, arriving, canceling appointments, and billing should be considered neglectful. We have been billed without authorization twice now. Please take your child elsewhere to save yourself the harassment from the front office. If you refuse to place a card on file (for them to charge several hundred dollars incorrectly, multiple times), they will threaten to drop you as a client. To Karen, I have expressed how important they are to our family and our child and our worries with being charged incorrectly, and they placed a note in the file, and then charged us incorrectly again a few weeks later, without authorization. The lack of customer support and service is unsurmountable. Karen, you deserve a better place of employment. Avoid. Avoid this clinic at all costs. We have found the services through the public school district and other private clinics to be much more helpful. Please, do yourselves the favor of finding ANYWHERE else.

They don't do standard rehab. I do OT and PT twice weekly. The women at this facility in Gilbert are GREAT!! I have had many therapists, since they seem to rotate with me. No problem. The therapy, the games we do and care changes daily. I don't get bored and they try and create fun, while providing the necessary treatment I need. They listen to my opinions and complaints of how I'm feeling and alter treatment as needed. These ladies seem to truly care about their patients with genuine, I dare say, love of job and patient. It feels like I'm visiting family, not just an office.

Since my son is in kindergarten from 7:40-11:45 and our appt is always at 1 we never know how much he will be able to tolerate after he gets out of a school. So today to new school Joni the owner decided to change things. Wensdays and Thursdays of week before agreement made and signed. 9:15 am to 3pm. The 1st day new school opens. Which when dealing with special needs/ Auti parents there should be more kindness. We go through a lot as parents a little kindess goes a long ways We were told we would be in contact by a new speech therapist and never received a phone call. I have emailed and called the manager and have not received any word back. Our DDD coordinator hasn't had any luck either. I would like to be released so we could find someone who would better suit our needs. I'm sure this company has had better experiences then it's and I'm sad to have to change but I need someone who will actually be there for my child and treat there Clients better.
