No live-person phone assistance. Cancellations have to be by my email. Otherwise they canalize you to use a parent portal for all concerns which is glitchy and slow to respond. As a provider myself, I would never adopt these methods in my practice. It adds to parent frustrations instead of facilitating coordination of care.

Tammy D was my child's speech therapist and it is a shame this is where she works. She is a wonderful therapist who is great with children, however this review is for Piller Child Development. The impersonal experience of scheduling, arriving, canceling appointments, and billing should be considered neglectful. We have been billed without authorization twice now. Please take your child elsewhere to save yourself the harassment from the front office. If you refuse to place a card on file (for them to charge several hundred dollars incorrectly, multiple times), they will threaten to drop you as a client. To Karen, I have expressed how important they are to our family and our child and our worries with being charged incorrectly, and they placed a note in the file, and then charged us incorrectly again a few weeks later, without authorization. The lack of customer support and service is unsurmountable. Karen, you deserve a better place of employment. Avoid. Avoid this clinic at all costs. We have found the services through the public school district and other private clinics to be much more helpful. Please, do yourselves the favor of finding ANYWHERE else.

They don't do standard rehab. I do OT and PT twice weekly. The women at this facility in Gilbert are GREAT!! I have had many therapists, since they seem to rotate with me. No problem. The therapy, the games we do and care changes daily. I don't get bored and they try and create fun, while providing the necessary treatment I need. They listen to my opinions and complaints of how I'm feeling and alter treatment as needed. These ladies seem to truly care about their patients with genuine, I dare say, love of job and patient. It feels like I'm visiting family, not just an office.

Then the highly professional yet warmly, encouraging, PT, OT, ST providers and the way they administer therapy without it feeling like grueling hard work. Lastly, my heart goes out to the team or department that was assigned to deal with the inefficient VA healthcare system to assure that my husband got continuing care via prior authorizations and referrals. They were always pleasant and even open to suggestions to smooth out or expedite the process. My husband, one of the younger patrons could never have made such a remarkable recovery after his strokes four months ago. Of course we're not happy to have needed therapy, we are satisfied with the high recommendations that lead us to ANR!! Don't get hurt or get sick . . . But if you do go to ANR in Gilbert.

But we are more willing to make the 12-15 min drive for better care than someone who shoves their agendas down you kids throat. The only dislike we have is their time frame when it come to call outs. Since my son is in kindergarten from 7:40-11:45 and our appt is always at 1 we never know how much he will be able to tolerate after he gets out of a school. So if he is having mental breakdown they don't care. You have to bring them in otherwise you start getting charged for each missed appt. Starts to really add up. There are days i really want to pull him because of their policy. But because of how much progress he's made there we haven't pulled him.

How on earth does this help with emotional regulation skills? How does forcing a child who struggles with fine motor skills benefit from this? It's appalling that an educated person would think 1. They can discipline another persons child and 2. Forcing a child who struggles with writing to write as a form of control and punishment would ever work. This doesn't work! There is no evidence that this works. What an embarrassment to the establishment.

This is the only ABA organization that I have experienced that does not require all staff to have cpr & first aid or a fingerprint card prior to interacting with children. I even witnessed a verbal agreement, with Dariia and my son. Then as we left the Owner and another said BYE real loud rudely. I was so shocked. I feel sorry for their employees & kids. Can't believe this, after he's been going there already so long. Had to bring him home. He loves school. The People that work there are great. Bless them all.
