I called Mike and from the first 2 minutes on the phone I could tell he was an "All American Boy" type. I am from a blue collar, farm area and he reminded me of the good, hardworking and honest people back home. From the start Mike was so understanding and listened to my concerns with the car, budget, and problems with the last shop. I brought my car down and he took one glance at my car and noticed it was from the East, where we DUMP salt on the roads. We talked in detail about my goal for the car to last me 3 more years and needing to stay to my budget. He made a priority list of work based on safety concerns and my budget. He broke down part cost, labor cost and what can wait (and how much that stuff would be and when he thought would be a good timeline for that work) With the budget I gave Mike he was able to do my front and back brakes, sway bar links, flush my transmutation, and a few other minor things for around the price the other shop gave me for back brakes and a trans. flush!! To say WOW is an understatement!! When I went to pick up my car the bill broke everything down to part and labor cost, and had reminders for work we talked about to do later. I just cant say enough about Mike's ease to talk to with no guilt, pressure or judgement about budget, work and educating me about my car. He is straight, fair and a great guy. I will be taking my car to him for years to come and have already told more friends abut him. Trusting a and finding a good Mechanic I think is as important as a good Doctor, he holds your safety and life in his hands and its so refreshing I found my shop!

These guys were so friendly and accommodating and took the vehicle in towards the second half of the day and were able to get the swap done the same day! Highly recommend this place!

We approached this business with a sincere inclination to support it and extended that goodwill…read moreacross three separate visits: an oil change, a second opinion on a purported carburettor issue (which proved entirely unfounded), and a subsequent diagnostic. On each occasion, we were instructed to deliver the vehicle at 8:00 a.m. with the assurance of an update within a few hours, or by midday at the latest. On each occasion, no communication was forthcoming. By mid-afternoon--only after initiating contact ourselves--we were informed that the vehicle had yet to be inspected. An isolated oversight might be overlooked; a pattern of this consistency cannot. More troubling still, these representations were made by the owner directly. Precision in communication and stewardship of a client's time are not aspirational virtues in a professional setting--they are the baseline. To repeatedly offer assurances so detached from operational reality reflects a standard of practice that is, at best, indifferent. We extended ample latitude in the expectation that the experience would right itself. It did not. Accordingly, we cannot recommend this business and will not be returning.

I loved that they have a 24/7 drop box and we were able to drop my car the night before that was helpful in terms of not having to worry about my car in the morning. From the time they opened to when they called us (or really my husband) it was a few hours. We were able to decline or approve what work would be done on the car. My car needed a lot of work. And we opted to get some stuff done as well since my car is almost at 100,000 miles. They said it would take a few days since they had to order parts. It was completed quicker than I had thought. We were able to pay the invoice online and pick up our car after hours. A few days later, we noticed something was leaking in my car. We took the car back. And since it was covered under warranty they were able to fix it. Thank you for fixing my car absolutely quickly. And it's running a lot better. Everyone here was so friendly.
