Unlike some of the businesses we'd contacted, he did more than pop his head into our attic space and give us a cost. He carefully examined our attic space so that he could not only gauge how much insulation we needed but also how to best air seal the attic to increase the insulation efficiency. His final quote for the project was reasonable, and we arranged for a date and time for the project to occur. Not only was the crew on time, they completed the project as promised and were respectful of our living space, doing their best to minimize attic dust and grime from escaping into the main floor where we live. Thank you, Francisco, and your crew for completing the project on time, as promised. Your professionalism and commitment to seeing a project through successfully speaks volumes about your business. I wish you all the best and have already recommended you to other people I know who are in the market for home insulation.

Absolutely horrible customer service and a very disappointing experience…read more During an energy audit, my hardwood floor was damaged. I also discovered that the technician moved my security camera from the window to a table without asking. This was captured on my security footage. When I raised these concerns with management, I felt they were dismissed. The manager told me he believed the technician's account over mine despite the video I provided. I also informed him that I intended to leave an online review. During our conversation, he responded by saying, "I'll sue you for defamation." And, " I can't wait to see everyone on Reddit laugh at you" That response made me question whether customers feel comfortable leaving honest negative reviews after receiving that kind of warning. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I encourage anyone hiring these contractors to have security cameras and to document the condition of their home before and after service. In my opinion, moving a customer's security camera without permission is a serious security concern. Xcel's website has a list of companies you should use I'll provide a list below. After shopping around they were able to give us exactly what we needed and we already notice a difference with the mini heat wave that we are having currently here in Denver.Scheduling was relatively easy and we were able to get on the calendar within a month. Pricing was competitive and they offered to price matching should we find another company that we liked. Other companies, however did not offer as many services for the amount that we paid. Guardian is also filing our upgrade with Xcel energy so that we get all the offered rebates that we don't have to do that ourselves, which is definitely a nice touch. The installers arrived in a timely manner, and were done within one day with a job that was estimated to take two. They also kept things tidey and cleaned up once finished. We also had a ton of questions and Brian, who helped us, was always able to reply and patiently explain things. He was incredibly flexible with planning to our unique situation, and was very knowledgeable. From the beginning, he gave us a bunch of literature, as well as testimonials, and a résumé for the company which definitely put us at ease at the level of experience that was held by Guardian. I would absolutely recommend Guardian for any insulation needs that you may have for your home; And I wish I could say that we would use them again, but I think that our problem is thankfully solved all thanks to them.

He showed how this would apply for a rebate Excel Energy, and we received a $600.00 rebate too. They also provided an energy audit checking for air leaks in the house, before and after the work. The price was competitive with the other companies and the work was performed in a professional manner, cleaning up before they left. I would highly recommend this business.
