I can't say enough good things about this company! My house was unleveling, including the basement floor, garage floor, driveway, and front porch. I was very stressed and having nightmares of coming home and seeing my home in a sinkhole. Brandon came to assess the situation, and he put my fears to rest. He explained things to me in such a way where I could understand what was going on, yet didn't make me feel clueless. When he said "if this were my home, here's what I would do...." I listened. He laid out actions and in what order. He told me things I could do myself to help deter further unleveling. He explained that my neighborhood is sinking at the rate of about 1" every 10 years, so I would likely need a touch-up in about 10 years. I have a chemical-free yard and limit poisons on my property, which was another reason I went with mud jacking versus poly-fill. According to epa.gov, poly-fill causes cancer! The companies who use poly-fill don't acknowledge this fact, and downplay its significance. I lost one pet to cancer, and I'm not going to do anything that puts them or me at risk. I figure if our GOVERNMENT is admitting it, it must be pretty bad. So the crew came out, and again, I was extremely impressed! They worked quickly, but were not I too much of a hurry that they couldn't answer the questions I had. I got to watch my concrete return to the height it should have been. Plus, they cleaned up after themselves! I had 5 other companies come out to give me estimates. One company tried to sell me helical piers, and it turns out I ALREADY have them!! The final cost of my "project"? Only 5% of the most expensive estimate I was given. (Rod, you know who you are.). I had them come out to work on the sidewalk and half of the driveway on June 3, 2017. The work was done by Hector and his crew of 2. They did a really good job and were done within an hour. The areas look much better than before. My word to the those looking to hire them, move all vehicles from the area as you don't know if any cement being cut will fly and nick your car. For that fact, house siding should be protected before the work is started. The dust does fly and gets on everything. This is information they don't tell you. Also, I was aware that I would need to fill any cracks with cement type sealants to prevent water from going through and eroding the ground under the cement. Even though they scraped up the excess cement product and filled in some of the wider openings, it doesn't dry the same as regular cement. It gets rather sandy like. So, I'll have to get my sealant out and cover it up or I'm afraid it'll wash out and may have sidewalks begin sloping again. It would be nice if they provided this service also. read more

We have been in our home for 14 years. During that time, one slab of our driveway and the walk leading to the front step sunk pretty dramatically. These guys did a fantastic job on my Family Room floor! I have a concrete slab floor in my Family Room, like a continuation from my garage floor. The foundation was in tact, but my concrete floor had sunk up to 2-1/2" in some areas. When they drilled thru my slab, before mudjacking it, the ground level had sunk another 6-8" beneath the slab. So when they mudjacked it, it took a lot of the mixture before my slab rose up to where it's supposed to be. They did such a good job getting my floor level. I am so happy and relieved I used Crackerjack... they are pro's!! I highly recommend them! MUST READ before you HIRE THEM!!!!!One of their company trucks damaged my car. It was his fault, so I called the office and asked if I can talk to the manager to discuss the situation. The dispatch on the phone asked me for some details and said that she will inform the owner of the company Brandon. He never called me back? so I called the next day and asked him to call me back again. When Brandon finally called me back, he was very rude, and didn't even try to solve the problem or at least to apologize!!!! As a result he told me to call MY insurance company!!!! Brandon gave me an honest evaluation of another problem (the front steps) and I really appreciate that! We have an extensive back patio with multiple levels and stairs. We had seen movement in a couple of the slabs and a retaining wall had some gaps in it. I expected that this was going to be a very costly repair.
