And I called one other company for a second bid. David showed up in time for our appointment, and his explanation of the problem (80 year old mortar in our brick house was falling out). The previous owner had gotten some of it repaired. That mortar was failing, too. I was particularly concerned because one pillar that carries a heavy load was cracked so badly (see photo) that you could see daylight through it from top to bottom. David explained why it had failed, and how the repair work someone had done years ago made matters worse. His bid that was about the same price as the other firm, but his explanation -- and the bid itself -- were so clear that D. Masonry was my obvious choice. He provided me with proof of insurance, too, a request the other company ignored. They lived up to my high expectations. Watching them work, I realized that tuck pointing is a highly skilled craft, practically an art form. They took the time to mix and try a range of mortar colors. With their help, we selected the one they advised. Now that the new mortar has completely dried, I can see it is a perfect color match. The pillar I was so nervous about? They elaborately jacked up and stabilized things, so they could remove the pillar, which they disassembled completely, laying out all the bricks (with all the old mortar removed), so they could put them back exactly as they were, only sturdy now, and good as new. Masonry repairs -- done well -- simply disappear when the work is done, right? As long as I own this house, my gratitude for this job-well-done will live on.

Israel is an excellent communicator and went above and beyond to address every question, concern and need. His crew was prompt, professional, trustworthy and did an outstanding job. The previous owners did quite a number on our driveway with their heavy trucks/equipment and the replacement looks fantastic. We had sunken steps which were creating quite an issue and Israel came up with the perfect solutions at a surprisingly inexpensive cost, which we were more than grateful for after buying a home that needs an extensive amount of repairs. I have worked in construction my whole career and have owned many homes in Colorado which means dealing with more contractors than I can ever count, and we're so pleased we selected the right man for the job. All Pro Cement was recommended to me by a neighbor when I indicated that I needed to replace my driveway and garage floor. Having dealt with many construction companies over the years, I did not look forward to getting bids for the work or having the job done. What a pleasant surprise it was to deal with Anthony Montoya, the owner of All Pro Cement. He did everything right! He was very fast in responding to my request for a bid and scheduled an appointment within a couple days to look at my drive and garage floor. He explained what types of materials they would use (e.g., rebar, 4000 psi concrete, etc.) and how they would perform the work. After looking at the potential job, he emailed me a bid a few hours later. After a short delay and no response from other contractors that I had contacted, I accepted the bid and hoped for the best. While many construction people "talk a good game," their performance often leaves a lot to be desired. This was not the case with Anthony and All Pro Cement -- they did everything they promised and did it in a timely fashion. Most importantly, Anthony was great at keeping on schedule and keeping me informed of weather delays (which are quite common in Denver in the spring). Lastly, when I had an issue with the sealing job that was done after the concrete was poured, Anthony resealed the drive and garage floor without complaint. Anthony was a find. We don't even recall how we came to learn about him, but after talking to at least 5 other companies, we were just extremely lucky to have discovered him. Anthony came to estimate the work needed for our small addition in Englewood. We liked him immediately and hired him for the job. Anthony, and his great crew of guys, did everything Anthony promised - and then some. They were always on time on the day they said they would be at the project. They were friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Anthony even went so far as to help 'educate' us and direct us to other companies and solutions as we needed additional help. I can't say enough about All Pro's great job. Unfortunately, not all companies are as professional, helpful and as customer-service oriented as All Pro. All Pro Cement Inc. Was the best Concrete Company we have ever used. Anthony and his team came in highly recommended. They did a terrific Stamp Concrete Patio and Driveway for us. They also did our Monolithic Garage. There work was so good, they got three more jobs in the area. He listened to what we wanted, had several good, inexpensive ideas that made the project better, priced the job fairly, communicated with us by email and phone, was timely in every way, and did great job. This crew and it's owner, Anthony are professional and polite. They removed a 20' x 24' cement patio in one day and the second day was forming and pouring, completing the entire job in two days. Aurora, CO 4/16/24 When they backfilled my house 25 years ago, there was so much of a gap between…read morethe back patio slab and dirt, that bunnies have always gotten in on the holes on the sides, and lived there and raised their young. Sadly, with the rains from spring 2023, my back patio, and steps to my back door began to crack in 2023-2024. I had Trevor from AAA Concrete Raising come out and take a look, around April 4th. (After I had Colorado Structural Repair come out and assure me that it was not severe enough that I needed to buy $25k worth of piers to stabilize the house.) So he explained the situation, explained what they would do, and gave me a bid for $1,500 - $2,500 to correctly backfill the entire length of the back of my porch/house. The reason there was a window, is because they wouldn't know until they started filling the voids, how much fill they would need. (They carry enough on their truck to do little jobs and huge jobs.) I thought AAA wouldn't get to me for about 3 weeks, but they had a cancellation for today (it's been less than 2 weeks), and asked if they could come out tomorrow. Sure! Trevor and his team arrived at about 8am and drilled the holes all along the length of the back of the house (every few feet), through the concrete. Then they used the hose to pipe the stuff into the west-most hole. As soon as they could see it making its way to the next hole over, they would stop that hole, and go onto the next. They did this with all 16 holes. In the end it took about 4 yards to fill every void on the north side of my house (where the cement patio is.) Then they got to work filling the tops of the holes to make it flush with the patio, and carefully using a sponge soaked in water, wiped around the top, to clear away any debris around the hole's "plug." They used their power washer to clean up the whole patio, and also any fill that got on the driveway/street. (They used a shovel first to get up what they could that way.) Whole job took 3 men 3 hours, and I was charged $2,320, which I thought was low for the many feet over which they had to backfill. Overall, I think it looks great, and I feel confident now that we've done what we could to prevent my patio from sinking down further. Thanks Trevor and guys! I've already had one neighbor over to look at the job, and AAA only left 2 hours ago!

I work for a private estate and we had a lot of stamped concrete being put in, the homeowners chose the more affordable price which inevitably backfired on us. They first told us they could match the color for the new poured concrete with the current, that immediately was a lie since our original was a sage tint and the new was more charcoal. So they planned to stain the old to help it match better, which they didn't even remotely prep or do correctly since the stain started coming off within the following month. (they tried to get away with 1-2 passes even though it was incredibly streaky). They did a path that connects two houses and there's maybe a few small sections that are a consistent 4' wide, the rest of it is incredibly uneven as thought no one understood how a measuring tape works. Now the true headache, they ran a concrete hose across our tennis court without any preparations or precautions taken. So they proceeded to trample through the court with concrete covered boots and left it there as it hardened. They believed they could pressure wash it off which led to them pressure washing through the surface, absolutely ruining it. We've been dealing with them avoiding the responsibility and trying to pawn us off on their insurance who has denied their claim over and over because the damage was their fault. So now the owners are ghosting us and ignoring the fact that they owe $12k to resurface a tennis court. All of this combined with how disrespectful their employees were by leaving constant food, waste and empty beer cans everywhere they went, even though they're on someone's private estate. This is by far one of the worst companies I've ever hired and I can't emphasize enough how incompetent they are at the work the claim to "specialize" in.

After it was taken over by weeds and dug up by our schnauzer a few too many times, it was time to do it right. Cody came out for an estimate and design consultation. He is such a great guy who explains how it all works, gives you a reasonable number of options (helpful for me to not have information overload), and gets things moving. And for the work itself, these guys work hard and nonstop when the job begins. They show up on time and work full speed from morning until evening to get the job done. They build the patios in ways that work for Colorado weather, and they actually specialize in pavers, instead of a landscape company that doesn't do these types of patios nonstop. Paver patios are not cheap, but they're also not something you should do on your own unless you absolutely know what you're doing. If you're looking at redoing your outdoor space or patio, you should absolutely give these guys a look.

Our assigned project manager, Jeremy, was friendly and very professional, had insurance and license info ready at hand when asked, produced a reasonable quote, and did great follow up. The work crew, Freddy and Rigo, were absolutely fabulous.... Neatly and properly dressed, super courtesy while quietly working with the least amount of noise possible, never yelling or blasting music or slamming things around, and they were industrious throughout the day despite the 100 degree heat. These guys were very respectful of the property, demonstrated attention to detail in their work: measuring twice, using levels to make the wall perfect, were careful when moving equipment and product, and when using tools/machinery. They also cleaned up the job site... cleaner than when they first arrived! They didn't damage any plants, and left not a trace of their presence. With other companies and contractors, I have found water bottle caps, candy wrappers, cigarette butts, trampled flowers, bark kicked out on sidewalks, manufacturer stickers/labels laying around from products used or installed, nails or stains left on various surfaces; but this crew of Little Guy Pavers was just the opposite, and just excellent!
