Denver Concrete Inc knows how to provide service! Dana in the front office who coordinates everything is super responsive and on top of everything. Dawn was a pleasure to work with as she reviewed our property and the needs we had. Communicated pros and cons with what we needed to do. I appreciated getting a detailed and itemized estimate thru Evernote. Wow! You just don't see contractors write up estimates like this. The first thing Lee said on the job site was: we only do residential projects. We are here to serve you. Ask the guys anything and feel free to watch and be part of the process. We had Denver Concrete Inc replace our driveway, put up a retaining wall, and develop a pad for our patio to enjoy our backyard. Don't waste time getting bids. Just call Dana and get your project done right.

We had a really big job we wanted done including replacing our driveway and extending it on both sides, adding a retaining wall, redoing our front steps, adding a front patio and a 3 1/2 ft retaining wall, continuing the concrete along the side of the house, redoing and extending our back patio, as well as adding some bleacher style steps and a 4ft concrete hole for a basketball hoop. We started researching back in the fall. We found it difficult to find companies that wanted to do our job because it was so big. We also found companies that charged way more than Denver Concrete Inc., or way less but the quality of product was questionable once we learned more about good practices in the concrete industry. Denver Concrete Inc. seemed to be that middle ground where quality was supreme, while cost was reasonable. I will say that the day we scheduled our initial estimate, Lee forgot about it but quickly rectified the situation by scheduling something later on that day. After getting to know Lee throughout our project, it is obvious that he prioritizes his clients when he has a job going on and I know there are some less positive reviews when it comes to getting an estimate done. The mild inconvenience is worth it though, especially when you get a quality product and a quality service and have him drop what he's doing to attend to an important issue (like he did for us). Ok, now moving on to the important stuff! Lee and Dana helped us so much in conceptualizing our project and were so flexible as we had made several changes even before the start of everything. Lee and his crew were so attentive to every detail, gave their opinion when it mattered but also gave us the freedom to choose what was best for us. Lee's crew, especially the foreman (Braulio and Leis), were exceptionally hardworking, always showing up on time, communicating with us when need be, and making sure all the details were taken care of. They even addressed some of the grass and rocks in the yard following the work. The work Denver Concrete Inc did was exceptional and it turned out better than I could've expected. And that is obviously the goal, but there were so many aspects outside of this that made the whole experience even better. I'm always looking at reviews to make sure I hire a contractor I feel can do a good job, that is honorable and is also not going to rip me off (hence the long review here because I know how valuable they are!). So, during our project, Lee noticed a particular section of concrete that didn't look good and immediately he decided that it would be best to redo it. This is one of many examples where he was honorable and went above and beyond. Finally, one of the things I care about, is how the contractor treats their employees and them being fair and equitable to the ones actually performing the work. It was clear that Lee treats his crews with respect and really values their expertise, experience and opinion and that this respect is mutual. I can't say enough positive things about Denver Concrete Inc. It was a true privilege to have them do our project and I'm sure we'll be hiring them on the future! For reference, we did a Smokey blue border and the interior of the patios was a Nutmeg sand finish.

I cannot imagine better service or a better outcome. The office manager came out to give us a free estimate. We needed a replacement for our side stoop with stairs on both sides and sidewalks to the front and back. However, we didn't have anything other than a description to give her. (The old stoop was in disrepair and had already been demolished. Not the greatest planning on our part.) They also were asked to grade the drainage on the front corner of the house. Kyndal understood our needs, provided a price, and sent the project manager out to see us when the crew was free a few weeks later. He sketched what we wanted and told us some things we should have that we hadn't thought about. Everything was done and ready for use in three days. it looks great. Seriously amazing. The early-morning work was even done quietly, and everyone wore masks when necessary. The icing on the cake is that the project came in $800 less than the estimate. :-) I highly, highly recommend Denver Concrete, Inc

Cade and his team are highly professional, punctual, and polite. I got a quote overnight and proceeded to choose Denver Concrete because they were the most knowledgeable and put-together company we received quotes from. There were cheaper quotes, and also more expensive quotes, so the decision came naturally. The quality is definitely worth paying for. Cade and his team finished our stamped concrete patio in a timely manner, as they promised! We were lucky that another job had to be delayed and they were able to complete our patio a full week before they thought they could get us in. I would not hesitate to use them in the future and highly recommend Denver Concrete for any concrete jobs!

This was all dirt! Looks amazing and adds another parking spot!

Dana and Cade were amazing from quote to finish. And the team that came out "fix my ugly" was great. They were on time and finished the work when they said they would. I would highly recommend this company!

He did some exterior…read moretuckpointing, matched brick 1947 brick for a slight exterior alteration, and fixed some interior cracking in plaster with concrete block underneath. Communication was great, David even called me to let me know he was going to be a half hour late. Fantatstic work. Would hire again.

I met the owner, David, when he was doing some work for a neighbor. The neighbor spoke highly of…read morethe experience and the result, so I called the company. And I called one other company for a second bid. David showed up in time for our appointment, and his explanation of the problem (80 year old mortar in our brick house was falling out). The previous owner had gotten some of it repaired. That mortar was failing, too. I was particularly concerned because one pillar that carries a heavy load was cracked so badly (see photo) that you could see daylight through it from top to bottom. David explained why it had failed, and how the repair work someone had done years ago made matters worse. His bid that was about the same price as the other firm, but his explanation -- and the bid itself -- were so clear that D. Masonry was my obvious choice. He provided me with proof of insurance, too, a request the other company ignored. They lived up to my high expectations. Watching them work, I realized that tuck pointing is a highly skilled craft, practically an art form. They took the time to mix and try a range of mortar colors. With their help, we selected the one they advised. Now that the new mortar has completely dried, I can see it is a perfect color match. The pillar I was so nervous about? They elaborately jacked up and stabilized things, so they could remove the pillar, which they disassembled completely, laying out all the bricks (with all the old mortar removed), so they could put them back exactly as they were, only sturdy now, and good as new. Masonry repairs -- done well -- simply disappear when the work is done, right? As long as I own this house, my gratitude for this job-well-done will live on.
