An older male did my nails and he was very rough with my nails and hands. He cut me many times and continued to be rough when I kept saying it hurt and saying ouch. He put these gel press ons and they came out terrible. There are gaps between my real nail and the fake nail at the tip. Overall the experience and service was terrible for the price I paid. Will not be back and will not be recommending this place.

The salon has a pink and gold theme with butterfly decor throughout. It does seem like an older salon, but aesthetically it's very cute. I had actually been here once before in 2023 and didn't have the greatest experience, but I wanted to give it another try. When I arrived, I was greeted and serviced almost immediately. The technician was kind, but communication was difficult due to the language barrier. We communicated through Google Translate, which was completely fine, but I don't think she fully understood what I was wanting at first. For example, during the pedicure I chose acrylic on my toes rather than shellac. It was my first experience getting acrylic on my toes, and the service menu only listed acrylic tips, so I wasn't exactly sure how to explain what I wanted besides a short French-tip design. Eventually we were able to understand each other and figure things out, but it took some time. The pedicure itself was mediocre. There wasn't really much of a massage, but I did like how my toes turned out. By this point it was around 1:45 p.m. While she was applying the acrylic, another technician who spoke English well came by and asked what design I wanted for my nails. I showed her my inspiration photo, and she said she would have it ready. After the pedicure, I was moved to a table but waited about 15-20 minutes. The technician I assumed was going to do my nails ended up taking another walk-in client instead. It wasn't a huge deal, but it did seem like the English-speaking technician kept trying to pass the service off to the other techs before I eventually ended up back with the same technician from earlier. Because of the amount of time the service was taking, I ended up having to switch to a much simpler nail design. I appreciated that the technician took her time, but I was nicked a few times during the process and there was acrylic left on my skin. By the time I left, it was around 3:15 p.m. I don't fault them for the language barrier at all -- the overall service just took a very long time. Unfortunately, only 9 days later, I already have 2-3 nails lifting and pretty bad hangnails. Overall, I don't think anyone was intentionally rude, and I appreciate the technicians trying their best. However, the overall experience was very time-consuming and the quality hasn't held up well after only 9 days. The salon itself is beautiful, but I'm not sure I would personally return.

The salon appeared clean and tidy. I'm not usually a fan of salons that make me soak my nails in warm acetone. It's just so harsh on my skin, so I was a little skeptical. I prefer the soaked cotton balls and foil method. It was still better than the peeling off method I've seen- yikes! I saw on reviews they have drinks available, like water, sodas and margaritas. I wasn't offered one. Maybe you're suppose to ask? Once it got down to it, my tech was very meticulous and really gentle with my nails. No flicking, tugging or pulling my fingers. She was very cautious with the electric drill and didn't cut me! (Big plus!) She listened to what I wanted and I'm happy with the shape and color. Afterwards, she gave me a brief massage. There is a 3% charge for debit and credit payments. May want to grab cash before going to save some money. My dip mani cost $45. Would say it's reasonable, especially for such a job well done.
