Disappointed in the haircut over all. I asked Stephanie how many years of experience she had and she said over 30 years, so I was impressed and felt like she was going to give me what I wanted. NOT! I asked her for a wolf cut and if she could do it and she said yes! All she did was trim my layers that were already there. The styling after was the worse. She left me looking worse than what I looked like before. My hair was stiff and puffy. Did not use a round brush to blow dry and kept trying to go over it with a flat iron to smooth it out but it wasn't working and my hair started to smell like it was burning. I told her to stop. She clearly didn't know what she was doing. I'm mad that she still charged me and didn't try and make it right. I paid her with a tip and just left out of there so fast. She could of just said she didn't know how to cut wolf cuts and that she didn't know how to style it. The salon is also very tacky and super out dated including old styling tools. Will not reccomend at all. Go somewhere else. read more

I messaged that I urgently needed a haircut after a disastrous experience previously. I had tried another local salon and nobody ever got back to me but Stephanie reached out the same day and got me in the next day which was a Saturday. She is clearly very experienced but so laid back and easy to talk to. She knew immediately what to do with my hair and took a conservative approach which was exactly what I needed. I don't think I've ever had a better hair experience in my life and I'm 53. Cannot recommend Stephanie enough!! She understands the issues effecting women's hair later in life and that was very reassuring but I'm confident she can tackle any issue. Excellent all the way around. read more

Salon 52 was hands down the best salon experience I have had. Right when you walk inside the store, you feel welcomed with open arms. I had my hair done by Lindsey. She took her time helping me select the perfect color, style and length. She was incredibly friendly and kind. Just by the way she provides her services, it is very clear that she wants to help people through the help of hair. I walked out of the store an entirely different person with a new type of Confidence and love for myself. This salon will be the one I go to, because of how they make you feel. If I could give this place more stars I would. Because 5 is simply not enough stars. read more

I walked into this joint around a month ago. The people here are just always so happy that it killed me a little bit inside. Because, let's face it, kindness kills. My stylist was awesome. She was very attentive and provided conversation, alleviating the usual awkward silence I get from hair shops I've visited for the first time. Cuts for males are also affordable and well worth it. I wanted to get my hair cut last minute after work on Friday and I figure I stop in since I had just put some gas in my car and this salon was next door. When I walked in they just stared at me and I asked if anyone can cut my hair. The lady sitting down said she was going to leave in a bit and there was another lady cutting hair already. Then another lady walked in and said she can cut my hair. She was a nice lady, she was very helpful and friendly and talked to me about her day etc. It is a family owned place so don't expect it too look like super cuts etc. I forgot to ask how much the hair cut will be before I sat down and they do not have prices. The hair cut (simple layer) I got was a little pricey $25, but I guess that included tip? lol THEY ONLY TAKE CASH! So i had to go next door to get money out. read more

I come here after work (5 pm) and Andrea fits me right in. She knows exactly how I like my hair cut, which is nice because I don't have to tell her every time. They do not accept credit cards, but if you ask they may take a check. There is an ATM next door. They are not open on Sundays and Mondays. read more

I got my hair cut, colored, and highlighted by Stephanie. GREAT JOB!! It was handled on time and very professionally. She really listened to what I wanted and worked with me until it was how I liked.
