I asked her for a wolf cut and if she could do it and she said yes! All she did was trim my layers that were already there. The styling after was the worse. She left me looking worse than what I looked like before. My hair was stiff and puffy. Did not use a round brush to blow dry and kept trying to go over it with a flat iron to smooth it out but it wasn't working and my hair started to smell like it was burning. I told her to stop. She clearly didn't know what she was doing. I'm mad that she still charged me and didn't try and make it right. I paid her with a tip and just left out of there so fast. She could of just said she didn't know how to cut wolf cuts and that she didn't know how to style it. The salon is also very tacky and super out dated including old styling tools. Will not reccomend at all. Go somewhere else.

I loved it! She was super nice and made me feel comfortable, felt like I had knew her for years. I got a haircut and a balayage and she didn't disappoint! When asked for price difference she said it was for " styling ". Seriously Jessica, you took a blow drier and a brush, and you used the curling iron on two pieces of hair. You didn't even used any hair products on my hair after you left the conditioner on for a minute. You didn't style it... I had to go home and finish the job. It's very uncomfortable to argue about the price after she is finished and she knows it. The work is sub standard, my hair is still wet in the back. She didn't bother to let the conditioner on long enough to soak in.. forget about put on heat protection or hairspray. It's work you would expect from a walk-in generic 25$ hair cut shop. I asked for a copper color, I wasn't picky on what shade range because I trusted the stylist's judgement on what would be best for my hair. I noticed how light my roots were compared to the rest of my hair before she added the color. I kind of freaked out but I trusted her and her knowledge, I didn't want to question it until I saw the final result. She told me the bottom had lifted to where she needed it to be, and after it was styled I noticed immediately how light my roots were. I mentioned it to her and she told me it was the "lighting" in her room. She took me to another mirror since the salon was basically empty and explained to me that it was even. I listened to her, payed and left a tip, so my total service cost was $250. I have not been able to post pictures of myself because of how everybody around me has told me how uneven it is, it's made me lose my confidence. :( I am bright orange at the top and way darker at the bottom. The hair above my left ear is YELLOW and had no color applied to it. I part my hair any which way and I can see yellow/bright orange spots where she left my hair patchy. I am extremely disappointed because all I needed was honest communication from her. I am a very forgiving person and would've just appreciated a response. I will be telling friends and family of my experience so this does not happen to them. NOTE that I told her in person about my hair, and later texted her direct number where I have communicated with her through before and I have been completely ignored even though I see her post on her pages since my appointment. I sent her pictures and explained my issues and NO ANSWER. Since then, I've been back four more times to see a more experienced stylist (the same one all four times) and I love it. I hope to continue seeing her for a very long time. The moral of the story is that there's someone out there for every head of hair. Don't give up on a place just because you don't click (or your hair doesn't) with the first person you see.
