Euphoria is disorganized, lacks customer service, and the hair cut I received was basic. Nobody greeted me when I came in, and despite several stylists playing with their phones or fixing their own hair near the door it was a stylist sitting across the room who eventually asked if I needed help. Some stylists also complained about past customers loudly while I was getting my hair done, which altogether doesn't make a good impression. My stylist, Alex, didn't give me a consult, just immediately started washing my hair (without a cover or towel around my shoulders) and seemed pretty disinterested the entire time. She didn't know how to blow dry my hair properly. The cut itself was quick and looks alright, but mostly because she didn't take enough off for it to even look that different since I just asked for a trim with more layers around my face. Disappointing, and I won't be back. :( read more

This place is awesome. Never have i seen so much talent in one salon. I always use BJ but to be honest I'd trust any of the stylists there! I'd give 10 Stars if i could. Also if they recommend an Aveda product buy it! Best products I've ever used by far. read more

Best salon in town. The ladies are always so kind and professional. There is a lot of laughing in the shop, which tells you they really enjoy their jobs. I personally recommend Jena Tomlin, she is always pleasant and does an amazing job, she listens to what you want and often achieves the impossible. read more

It was so good to finally find a local hair girl! I used to just cut and color my own hair or wait till I went out of town to get my hair done. Veronica is my first actual "hairdresser" and I couldn't be more happy! She's been doing my hair for over a year and a half and I've never left unhappy. She has cut it short, let it grow, colored it dark, added highlights, and it always looks beautiful. She is fast, meticulous, and affordable for such a job well done. I haven't seen an unsatisfied customer with the other ladies either. They are all friendly and competent! They do kid's and men's cuts too. Just got my hair colored by Jena.. She did an amazing job! She worked hard to get exactly the color I wanted. Funny my boyfriend found her, he has very thick hair that has to be thinned. He loves his cut and he usually spends twice as much at Bumble and Bumble salons. Great pricing and great hair. So happy we found her. read more

A week prior to my appointment i sent pictures of with i was wanting to the hairdresser i made a appointment with which was Seline. Which had fashion colors in the style. She said nothing to me about not doing fashion colors at all. i arrived an she informed me she does not do fashion colors. ok thats fine i can do without that. i had sent her pictures of a ombre look that i would be happy with or something close to it. i walked out with nothing like what i asked for. She talked about putting ash in my hair an i asked her not to so. Well she did it anyway. i ended up paying $285 for something i didn't ask for. i also will have to go elsewhere to get it fixed. She said well after 2 weeks to contact her to see if i has become close to what i want. It does not take 2 weeks to for your hair to be close to what you want. the fact that she is not wanting to take responsibility that she messed up an failed to provide what was asked it the biggest issue. Before i left i told her i wasnt happy an i was dismissed. i cantacted the business an nothing that is why i am going to leave a bad review. read more

My daughter had used a "temporary" blue on her hair. Needless to say it didn't come out, at all! So we looked up salons, saw Euphoria's great reviews and gave them a call. We were referred to Jena and she had an opening before school starts. Jena is a BIG personality in a very good way. She's kind, funny, but most importantly she is EDUCATED in color theory!! We are so happy Jena worked on my daughter's hair because it took a lot of work, a lot of "theory" and a lot of care to make sure it turned out not only the correct color but also healthy, which both are true. With all of this said, my daughter and I agree, we're not sure you could go wrong with ANY of the ladies at Euphoria. We were there for some time getting the blue color out and we saw quite a few customers come through for each of the ladies. They ALL did a phenomenal job on each of their clients. We would highly recommend Jena, Euphoria or any of the ladies there. We will definitely be going back. read more

Not too happy. This was my second time going. The first time I went I went to get my hair colored and they gave me a hairstylist that was fresh out. She colored my hair a completely different color and gave me a lame excuse. The second time I went for a trim with a different hairstylist, she was in the middle of getting her own hair done so it was done quickly. I was not happy with the outcome. She also cut my bangs, she did a horrible job! She cut the front but didn't cut the sides. So I have short bangs and long on the sides and they don't even blend. :( I feel that it's really unprofessional salon, I will not go again and do not recommend this salon. i was new to area and 3 wks over due on a cut and highlight......i am from maine and have been going to the same fabulous hairdresser for 15 yrs.......i was very nervous about going to someone else......but i did....i went to chelsea at euphoria spa....and she was excellent......i told her what i wanted and she did exactly that.......great foiling.....great color.....and great cut.........very pleased! read more
