Today when I went in the store there was a middle aged oriental woman and an older oriental man and they were speaking a language; that I could not understand and they couldn't help me or answer my questions; they were not very fluent with the american language; so I left. I will have to admit Kings did have some pretty wigs, but if I go back in their I will have to ask my hairdresser or someone else to go with me to help with choosing shades and different styles; should I decide to purchase a wig; as all sales are final.and you can only try on 3 wigs..

I purchased a costume from Abra Cadabra last Halloween. When I went in to find the costume I was…read morerushed because it was close to closing time. The lady that was working the cash register sold my boyfriend and I two complete costumes including face paint, wigs and other accessories, which was quite expensive. When I got home my costume would not go together right, the wings would not attach. I had been told that there were instructions in the package showing how everything went together and there was not. I then found that my wig had not been placed in the bag. I returned to the store and it had already closed. The following Monday it was also closed so I called Tuesday. The lady whom I believe to have been the owner called me a liar, saying that I had been given the wig and if I had not been given the wig then why did I wait until Tuesday to let them know. I was unaware they were open on sat. she told me she was sure that the wig had been given to me. I ask for my money back as I had to go to another store to purchase a new costume because I didn't have the wig and the costume I had purchased there didn't go together correctly. I was told that they could not give me my money back, and that I should have tried the costume on before leaving(although I had ask to try on another costume and had been told they were about to close) but I could come get another wig. I was very upset with the service, they were very rude over the phone and acted like I was trying to steal from them after I had spent at least $250 in their store only a few days before. Its a shame that they dealt with the situation so poorly....They refused to believe that they could have made a mistake, I am sure they felt stupid when they did inventory and found that they had in fact not given me my wig.
