So I had my appointment at 10:00 AM and I ended up leaving at 4 PM. I originally came in for some…read moreblonde highlights/ balayage. I have really short hair and I also told the lady who was going to do my hair that I had previously died my hair with Henna and I asked her like if that's gonna be a problem you know because I wanted her to do a stand test but she didn't do it and she said "no it's fine like Henna doesn't do anything" and I was all like okay. I put my 100% trust in this lady just because there was good reviews on Google. So before she applied the bleach she started to tease my hair, but while she was teasing my hair she was going so aggressively on my hair that the comb hit my face like three times and it really hurt because she was going to super hard. Then she applied the bleach and when she applied the bleach she left it on for more than an hour. My hair is short so after she keeps on trying to come back trying to put more bleach in my hair and then she puts the foils in and then she sees that it's not lifting (this is like an hour already because she doesn't put a timer) she decides to put the blow dryer on top of the foils I guess so they could react more but my hair couldn't take it anymore and then she decides to take me to wash my hair and when we're done washing my hair when I go back to sit down all the teasing that she made had created very tough knots in my hair so she was trying to Detangle my hair and it hurt so much it was so painful to just even sit in that chair. I was telling her it hurt and I was making faces as well. Of course the bleach did not lift everything and that was what I was mostly was afraid. My hair looked horrible it was actually scary to even see what they had done with my hair so then that's when she tells me, "we're not gonna be able to do the blonde that you like so we're going to put this color in your hair". They told me to choose from four colors and I chose one so after she's done unteasing my hair she applies the color. When she washes my hair we go back and I don't like it at all, it's like a light brown with like red strands in between it's just ugly and my hair was so damaged, I almost wanted to cry because my hair was healthy and I chose to go to "a professional" but no they ended up like literally ruining my hair it was horrible. I don't like anything about it. I do not recommend this place really do not go unless you want your hair to fall off because that's what mine is doing. To top it all off the owner decides to call me and tell me to go back so she can do free treatments on my hair and so she can fix what the other hairstylist did. But I do not have any trust in the salon so I told them, " no thank you I do not trust you guys and I don't want my hair to fall off so no". She tries to convince me t(he owner of this place) and I told her I'll think about it just to be nice. She then sees the review I left on Google and decides to text me and tell me things like she was trying to get pity out of me or trying to get some type of emotion out of me because she was saying that she fired that lady that did my hair which I never told her to. Then she told me that she has "cancer" and I told her that her issues does not concern me. I am not telling you my personal issues so that's when I knew that she was just trying to get some sort of emotional pity maybe just so I don't post my experience and yeah
