I asked her for a wolf cut and if she could do it and she said yes! All she did was trim my layers that were already there. The styling after was the worse. She left me looking worse than what I looked like before. My hair was stiff and puffy. Did not use a round brush to blow dry and kept trying to go over it with a flat iron to smooth it out but it wasn't working and my hair started to smell like it was burning. I told her to stop. She clearly didn't know what she was doing. I'm mad that she still charged me and didn't try and make it right. I paid her with a tip and just left out of there so fast. She could of just said she didn't know how to cut wolf cuts and that she didn't know how to style it. The salon is also very tacky and super out dated including old styling tools. Will not reccomend at all. Go somewhere else.

I've seen others say that, even though they're closed so they're forced to miss the appt, their wax pass amount drops. I've had hit or miss service here for since going, but this sealed the deal that I won't be returning & I won't be recommending. Communication is not that complicated. I loved it! She was super nice and made me feel comfortable, felt like I had knew her for years. I got a haircut and a balayage and she didn't disappoint!
