I go in ask for a soak off and they do the normal drilling to make sure the acetone gets in good. Then I get a new nail tech and he takes a nail file under my nail and it really hurt and he's just taking off some of my nails and I tell him I wanted a soak and he's like OK. He starts clipping down my fake nails and he's soaking and he keeps just drilling them and I tell him it starts to hurt because it feels like he's drilling my actual nail and he drilled the top of my nails too far, He cut me pretty bad with the drill. He clipped my finger the cuticle clipper, and it won't stop bleeding. This is probably the worst service I've gotten here. I asked for a soak off and I really did not get that at all, and he was laughing about cutting me with the drill. Not their finest moment at all!!

Did not use a round brush to blow dry and kept trying to go over it with a flat iron to smooth it out but it wasn't working and my hair started to smell like it was burning. I told her to stop. She clearly didn't know what she was doing. I'm mad that she still charged me and didn't try and make it right. I paid her with a tip and just left out of there so fast. She could of just said she didn't know how to cut wolf cuts and that she didn't know how to style it. The salon is also very tacky and super out dated including old styling tools. I've seen others say that, even though they're closed so they're forced to miss the appt, their wax pass amount drops. I've had hit or miss service here for since going, but this sealed the deal that I won't be returning & I won't be recommending. Communication is not that complicated. If things had been properly communicated & people's money wasn't being effected the way it is, this sudden closure, I'm sure, wouldn't be as big of an issue, but the unprofessionalism has led to what I'm sure will be their downfall in West Texas

I loved it! She was super nice and made me feel comfortable, felt like I had knew her for years. I got a haircut and a balayage and she didn't disappoint! The salon appeared clean and tidy. I'm not usually a fan of salons that make me soak my nails in warm acetone. It's just so harsh on my skin, so I was a little skeptical. I prefer the soaked cotton balls and foil method. It was still better than the peeling off method I've seen- yikes! I saw on reviews they have drinks available, like water, sodas and margaritas. I wasn't offered one. Maybe you're suppose to ask? Once it got down to it, my tech was very meticulous and really gentle with my nails. No flicking, tugging or pulling my fingers. She was very cautious with the electric drill and didn't cut me! (Big plus!) She listened to what I wanted and I'm happy with the shape and color. Afterwards, she gave me a brief massage. There is a 3% charge for debit and credit payments. May want to grab cash before going to save some money. My dip mani cost $45. Would say it's reasonable, especially for such a job well done.
