Very poor poor service such a horrible job, he clearly knew it was not looking good and continued smearing the clear coat he knew I was upset didn't bother to fix not the first time I give them a chance either I do not recommend at all !!

MY nails turned out ok, not really the shape I wanted and a bit shorter than I told them to do. The man doing my nails tried to only do a black French tip even though I told them I wanted all black shellac, when I tried to correct him he said it will look better this way. I politely told him no thank you. The part that really got them the low rating though was the man doing my nails had cuts and scabs on his hands, which I understand can happen in a nail salon from the chemicals and washing hands frequently, but they should wear gloves for everyone's safety. The worst though was towards the end he started picking a bloody scab on his arm and then grabbed my hand to put the cuticle oil on. I immediately got up to wash my hands. I don't care if my nails looked perfect that is a health hazard and I won't be back. Update: and one of my nails has fallen off less than a week later. Will not return.

The salon is clean. All the tools are being put in the hospital pouch. The table is clean and has sanitizer. All the tools are being taken away after each customer. The salon has good calming music, not too loud. The salon has a great selection of colors. I almost changed my mind couple times while looking at the color book. The price is very reasonable. Walking in to the high scale looking type of salon, I expected to pay a lot more but I only paid $55 for my gel mani with two designs and my toes polish changed with gel. Highly recommend!

Ty is great. My daughter comes here often and is usually very pleased with her acrylics & super cute nail art choices. It was my first time in & will definitely be back. So it's been weeks since I've had a pedi, I was soooo looking forward to today. I opted for the middle of the line pedicure- $46.00 for basically the works before you jump to the $100.00 queen pedicure. Let me first say the spa itself is lovely, plus they seem to have the covid sanitary procedures down. Five stars for atmosphere and sanitation. Once seated is where things went down hill, my feet were submerged into cold water- she drained that, always seeming interested in everything else going on then my pedicure. Once the water was corrected- the rest of the pedi was VERY rushed. Not to mention "Karen" brought all her kids who were loud and playing games. Nothing about this was relaxing, a mother hen type lady walks around and seems to be in charge but can't seem to handle check out procedures. Anyway I won't be back- not relaxing, very rushed and lots of chatter amongst the staff. Definitely not a spa experience.

I didn't catch the name of the guy who did my nails today, but he had the chair in the middle on the right. He did amazing! Took his time with the design to get it exactly like the picture, he didn't hurt me either while doing my nails! The first pic is the pic i showed him, the second one is mine!

The service was fast and kind at the start and we had a great time with the deluxe pedicure. The prices are good and they did a good and careful job and had a good experience. First of all the guy who did my feet did wonderful. 10/10 if this was based on just the experience of a pedicure. I got the honey milk pedicure. He was friendly and funny. My toes looked great. However I did show the guy who did my nails what I wanted them to look like. The shape and size was perfect. However he did not want to do the design on all of the nails. i came to get a pedicure and a fill and first of all the prices are ridiculous. $37 for a basic pedicure. overall they charged $112 so i guess the fill was $75. it only cost me $65 for the original set. they had to repair one nail and i wish i took a picture but he made it the most crooked fat acrylic and then i went back to get it fixed and he made it hella wide and messed it up in a whole new creative way. i just wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless you want your day ruined. personally ill never go back. hope this helps. read more

The man doing my nails tried to only do a black French tip even though I told them I wanted all black shellac, when I tried to correct him he said it will look better this way. Do NOT go here!!!! The lady blamed me for her getting it wrong and the number of the color was not accurate and again blamed my daughter. I've never been treated this way at a nail salon nor EVER had this difficulty with getting what I asked for . And she was sooooo slow. I will not be back ! read more

I do not get my nails done more than maybe once a year so it's hard for me to know what's a consistently good nail salon. I tried this place for the first time with a friend and loved it! The staff was very friendly. The salon itself was beautiful and VERY CLEAN. I opted for the $83 mani/pedi. The pedicure was very good, the technician was gentle but thorough. The manicure was also very good. Cleaned up all of the hangnails and roughness of my hands which you don't always get at other salons that rush it. Overall I am very satisfied with this salon and their services and will go back the next time I want my nails done. read more

My mother, daughter and I all came to have our nails and pedis done. We all were very happy with the turn out. Everyone was very helpful and polite. Chimmy did great on my pedi! He actually took the time to remove all "roughness" and really pamper with massage, wraps and oils. We will be repeat customers. read more

my friend got her nails done today, and the lady who did her nails didn't bother to finish her nails, so the paint was still sticky, and the drill cut up her fingers and left her fingers in pain. i also was getting my toes done because i was waiting and the lady who was doing my nails dug her finger nail into my toe and made me bleed. it was fine, but could definitely be better. read more

Not a very welcoming place, looks great but it stops there. We came in and were asked what we needed done and he said ok please sign in. We signed in and then he asked us to go back and wash our hands. As we walked back one of the girl employees gave us a look that showed we weren't welcomed. We washed our hands and then he told us to go to the pedicure stations , to then be told Um can y'all come back in an hr, then he said 2 hrs as he looked back to the girl employee. We get our nails done always and have never had such rude and unprofessional treatments. We might have been to poor looking for the likes of them. ‍ read more

I'm new to town and stopped here for a mani/pedi. The lady over charged me from what's in their price book then kept arguing with me she was right. Place looks nice but they use dirty non sterilized tools and I saw them reuse the foam toe separators. I will not be back! read more

I'm from out of town and stopped in to kill some time on a business trip. The salon is absolutely beautiful and very clean, the service was fast and friendly. I only got a quick dip polish change but my nails look fantastic. I hope I find myself in the area with some extra time again in the future. I would definitely love to go back read more

John not only did a great job on my nails he did it standing at the pedicure massage chair so I could visit with my friend who was getting the pedicure that I was not getting. Extremely unprofessional & rude. I paid $50+ for my nails and left with them smeared and already chipping as I left the salon but the nail tech made me so uncomfortable that I just wanted to leave. I came back on my day off hoping he soundly be there and someone just filled them down and left the clear color and told me to just "leave them like that" when I asked if I could just paid them one solid color! Will not be back and wouldn't recommend anyone giving them business. Too many other MUCH BETTER nail salon options. read more

I went today to get my nails done and it started out okay. I was a walk in and they sat me…read moreimmediately! I loved that. I showed the tech the color inspo, nail art(I never do nail art), and the shape from my personal photos. I said I wanted my square nails to be a bit rounder than they were in the photos. I believe the tech's name was Sam, started working and she started cutting them down. From the pinky nail the length looked great, so I said to go on. We got to maybe the end of my first hand and I wasn't a huge fan and before I could do more, she started cutting the other hand. When I examined I said, "they are a bit shorter than I was expecting, but I may be able to make them work." Trying to be okay with it, and her response was very abrupt and said, "you should've said you didn't like them before I began." I was uncomfortable and tried to assure her I'd make it work. I put in an AirPod and grabbed my kindle to read so that I could just calm down. She starts the nail polish and the little design. I'll post it below. The design is a trident and she did it upside down at first. I said something about how I wanted it a different way, BEFORE she put the top coat on and she looked at me and said yet again, "you should have told me before I started." I guess in my head it's common sense I'd want the design facing up not towards me. She finished, I paid & tipped even though I though she was unkind and didn't listen to what I wanted, and left. I got in my car and bawled. They did not look how I wanted, AND she was snippy with me twice. I got home and had my husband call to see if we could get a soak off and refund because i was so unhappy. I had him call because hours later i was still really upset. My husband called and I couldn't hear what was happening but my husband was trying to say I felt I had to be agreeable due to the reactions of the tech. I asked him to hand me the phone & I explained everything that happened and how I did agree because I was snapped at. They said I could come back and they'd refund and do a soak off(that's important to know). I got there before the time they asked me to come(6:45 is when I got there. 7 is when they asked me to come back.) So I took the option I'm assuming they didn't want me to take, and now I'm refunded & have no top tips on my nails. I'm frustrated with the lack of accountability and that I am the issue because I didn't speak up, even though I did and was snapped at. I showed the tech the color inspo, nail art(I never do nail art), and the shape from my personal photos. I said I wanted my square nails to be a bit rounder than they were in the photos. I believe the tech's name was Sam, started working and she started cutting them down. From the pinky nail the length looked great, so I said to go on. We got to maybe the end of my first hand and I wasn't a huge fan and before I could do more, she started cutting the other hand. When I examined I said, "they are a bit shorter than I was expecting, but I may be able to make them work." Trying to be okay with it, and her response was very abrupt and said, "you should've said you didn't like them before I began." I was uncomfortable and tried to assure her I'd make it work. I put in an AirPod and grabbed my kindle to read so that I could just calm down. She starts the nail polish and the little design. I'll post it below. The design is a trident and she did it upside down at first. I said something about how I wanted it a different way, BEFORE she put the top coat on and she looked at me and said yet again, "you should have told me before I started." I guess in my head it's common sense I'd want the design facing up not towards me. She finished, I paid & tipped even though I though she was unkind and didn't listen to what I wanted, and left. I got in my car and bawled. They did not look how I wanted, AND she was snippy with me twice. I got home and had my husband call to see if we could get a soak off and refund because i was so unhappy. I had him call because hours later i was still really upset. My husband called and I couldn't hear what was happening but my husband was trying to say I felt I had to be agreeable due to the reactions of the tech. I asked him to hand me the phone & I explained everything that happened and how I did agree because I was snapped at. They said I could come back and they'd refund and do a soak off(that's important to know). I got there before the time they asked me to come(6:45 is when I got there. 7 is when they asked me to come back.) I followed my nail tech, Sandy, from her previous salon. Sandy has been my nail tech for at least 8 years. She does my nails and pedis every 2-3 weeks. She texts me reminders of when my fill and pedi are due. She also waxes my eyebrows. I highly recommend her. I was surprised she moved to a new salon but I'm glad she did.
