I have never been yelled at for showing up early to an appointment anywhere or at any time. I went in about 1:10 for my 1:30 appointment and he told me to leave bc the sweet lady I was seeing was busy. He stated "can't you see she's busy, you come back"! He was literally yelling and everyone was looking at him then at me.... I wanted to look at Polish colors early so as not to take up extra time during my appointment. Not only was he questioning a customer about where she lived, what she did for Work, "when are your days off? When are your days off?" the lady did not want to give him any information and he kept pressing her! and then he was belittling her by telling her that he made more money than her and he works eight days a week. He also harassed a 14-year-old girl about payment BEFORE she even received a service! He asked her if she was awake when she came through the door!! And then he hovered around her station while she was getting her nails done and he would not leave her side!! Not okay!! He also made an inappropriate comment about a customer buying D R U G S from another nail tech/stylist after breaking a large bill + he was talking about money laundering while I was getting my pedicure! An older male did my nails and he was very rough with my nails and hands. He cut me many times and continued to be rough when I kept saying it hurt and saying ouch. He put these gel press ons and they came out terrible. There are gaps between my real nail and the fake nail at the tip. Overall the experience and service was terrible for the price I paid. Will not be back and will not be recommending this place.
