Teddi does excellent work on my nails and pedicures. The salon has a relaxed feeling and everyone is friendly.

Got a pedi and manicure. They didn't even ask what manicure. No oil on my cuticles. I realized after I'd left that my thumb nail was rigid on side and looked terrible. Went back and was told it's okay and she ran a file over it. I mentioned I was not okay with it and would like it redone. The guy who did it was rude and I believe he was the owner. He was rushing through it and when I asked a question I was told "I know my job mama" really? I refuse to pay someone to be rude to me. I will not be going back. Terrible, terrible , terrible customer service! People would walk in and they were busy and would holler "long wait come back!" I'm not sure how they stay in business with their poor customer service skills. read more

We waited for an hour and every 15 minutes it was "Your next" or "10 more minutes" we were a walk in, so I can understand a longer wait time but an hour is a little too much for me. During the holidays I went in for a simple nail removal. The gentleman removing my nails asked me to soak my fingernails in a solution. I did. As my fingernails are soaking, he tells me to soak them. I say, "sir?" Because I simply did not understand him through the accent and he was wearing a facemask, plus I was already soaking my fingernails so I was confused if that's what he was telling me. He stands up and in front of every customer and employee in the building he yells at me, "SOAK YOUR HANDS IN THE SOLUTION" I was literally speechless. As I sit there continuing to soak my fingernails, another tech comes and says I can move over to her table. no explanation as to why she is now doing my nails. Everybody on the surface acted like nothing happened. when I checked out, I asked the tech why that gentleman acted so rudely. She acted confused and said she didn't know. At that point the owner came over and put his arm around me and he said that he would never let that man do my nails again. I thought that was very sweet of the owner. The gentleman never apologized. Just an awful experience to have during the holidays, especially a big explosion over something so little. read more

Def rec this place. Went in after a bad experience else where. They sat me promptly and the lady's wh did my mani was amazing. The place is fairly new as if still has the grand opening sign but their staff is well seasoned. You won't regret it. They do however charge extra for shaping your nails. read more

I came in on a Tuesday night about an hour before closing. The place is very clean and bright. Service was great and very attentive. I got a full MANi Pedi (milk and honey version). Great attention to detail, was in and out in about 45 minutes. Had a nice relaxing drink to pair with. Water was excellent temperature and the hot towels were exactly that, hot. So great. My appointment was scheduled for 4 with a friend when we arrived the place was packed with people sitting and so we were glad we scheduled an appointment. we informed someone that we had an appointment for 4 and we were told to take a seat (mind you no one asked for our names!?) weird No problem we took a seat after 10 mins or so my friend went and asked if there was a wait time since we made appointments before hand and noticed other people just sitting at stations waiting as well and we were told it will be another 10-15 mins. After 10 mins we were sat down and not yet attended too. Around 4:30 is when someone finally started. While doing my nails more people entered and the lady doing my nails would tell them "I'll attend to you in 5 mins" she rushed through my set (I asked for a simple set of just white full set acrylic.) the lady I believe her name was Cindy told me she will be "right back" after my acrylic dried ... weird cause the acrylic was already dry.. she then sat another lady and did her nails right next to me while I'm sitting there just waiting ... if there are too many people to attend too why say the wait time is 10 mins and continue to seat people !? I felt very disrespected and felt that that was very unprofessional to just get up in the middle of my service to service another person. Also when being told to pay she was rude like she excepted a tip after the type of service she provided. read more
