I think one of the girls there is very rude. First of she was interviewing a woman and when the girl left she threw her resume in the trash and told the other girl she wasn't working with a blonde. came to unfreeze my account for spring and summer. have been paying 8.25 a month since last september. They told me that my charges hadn't gone through and that they would need to restart my membership at a higher rate. I pulled up my credit card statement and SHOWED them the charges month by month that had indeed gone through. I was told to go home and PRINT out my statements for the last 8 months and bring them in so they could send them to corporate for appeal. Way to lose a years long loyal customer. That will be the last 66 dollars they EVER get from me. Incompetent business management. loop read more

I called to set up a day of pampering: mani, pedi, hair cut, hair color, and waxing. The scheduled me an hour and half before close. I called back and demanded more time so they scheduled me an hour earlier. I explained no way they could even cut and color my hair but they insisted they could. I brought pictures of strawberry blonde hair color and short hair cuts. I ended up with blonde highlights and a hairdo straight out of hair spray the musical. I repeatedly told Vicky during coloring that she was missibg chunks of hair and that the peroxide level she was using was too low. Vicky had no clue how to thin or shape hair. Of course it appears they were all used to doing long hair trims with highlights or ombre. I had Juana do my nails and she did well but did not have the tools to do great. She kept pulling out tools and spritzing them with alcohol. Of course foot funguses can only be killed by heat. They had no drying lights and the massage was more like a quick lotion rub down. Not the quality I am used to. To top it off, they only take cash or check. So I wnded up having to ruah to an ATM to get cash because no one told me on phone even though I told them it was my first time. Not at all a spa experience. Price was okay. I guess you get what you pay for.

I went today to get my nails done and it started out okay. I was a walk in and they sat me…read moreimmediately! I loved that. I showed the tech the color inspo, nail art(I never do nail art), and the shape from my personal photos. I said I wanted my square nails to be a bit rounder than they were in the photos. I believe the tech's name was Sam, started working and she started cutting them down. From the pinky nail the length looked great, so I said to go on. We got to maybe the end of my first hand and I wasn't a huge fan and before I could do more, she started cutting the other hand. When I examined I said, "they are a bit shorter than I was expecting, but I may be able to make them work." Trying to be okay with it, and her response was very abrupt and said, "you should've said you didn't like them before I began." I was uncomfortable and tried to assure her I'd make it work. I put in an AirPod and grabbed my kindle to read so that I could just calm down. She starts the nail polish and the little design. I'll post it below. The design is a trident and she did it upside down at first. I said something about how I wanted it a different way, BEFORE she put the top coat on and she looked at me and said yet again, "you should have told me before I started." I guess in my head it's common sense I'd want the design facing up not towards me. She finished, I paid & tipped even though I though she was unkind and didn't listen to what I wanted, and left. I got in my car and bawled. They did not look how I wanted, AND she was snippy with me twice. I got home and had my husband call to see if we could get a soak off and refund because i was so unhappy. I had him call because hours later i was still really upset. My husband called and I couldn't hear what was happening but my husband was trying to say I felt I had to be agreeable due to the reactions of the tech. I asked him to hand me the phone & I explained everything that happened and how I did agree because I was snapped at. They said I could come back and they'd refund and do a soak off(that's important to know). I got there before the time they asked me to come(6:45 is when I got there. 7 is when they asked me to come back.) I was not late, and they said when I got there, "we can cut the tips off and refund you, or you can soak off and pay $15." So in other words if I wanted everything off they'd rescind my refund. So I took the option I'm assuming they didn't want me to take, and now I'm refunded & have no top tips on my nails. I'm frustrated with the lack of accountability and that I am the issue because I didn't speak up, even though I did and was snapped at. Anyway here's the photos of what my nails looked like after they were done & when they only cut the tips off so I could get a full refund.
