I hate going from 0/100 on my opinion but I always try to give clear depiction of experiences. Anyways as you can tell my reviews are all over the country. So I still recommend other franchises just not this location. I asked that my service be canceled while in store and was told the last day well just cancel it most days when I get out of the tanning bed there's no one at the front ASSUMPTION was my error so I was in Portland Oregon and utilized Palm Beach tan to find out I had an active account I immediately called to cancel because I was passing through. So after calling explaining the distance in person wasn't an option I was told to contact corporate so I did. Lady contacted me today and said she would cancel my account but I would be charged on April first for the monthly amount. My phone call was made on the 26th this news was delivered today the 28th. When I asked if I needed to contact corporate for a stop payment when this wasn't due to my lack of communication I was informed there's nothing I can do so in conclusion. Won't return and if the same owner owns midland I'll switch salons all together.

However, I also didn't want to glow in my wedding photos due to pasty white skin rather than happiness. So I bit the bullet and booked an appointment with Jennifer. Right away, she put me at ease as if we had been best friends since childhood and even made me feel comfortable in my own skin. She was the boost I needed to be able to walk down the aisle without friends and family (Zoom wedding due to COVID). I cannot recommend her enough! She literally made me forget (in all the best ways) that I was a customer and made me feel like I was a best friend. Now if only I could make her go everywhere with me that I need a confidence boost!!!
