I hate going from 0/100 on my opinion but I always try to give clear depiction of experiences. Anyways as you can tell my reviews are all over the country. So I still recommend other franchises just not this location. I asked that my service be canceled while in store and was told the last day well just cancel it most days when I get out of the tanning bed there's no one at the front ASSUMPTION was my error so I was in Portland Oregon and utilized Palm Beach tan to find out I had an active account I immediately called to cancel because I was passing through. So after calling explaining the distance in person wasn't an option I was told to contact corporate so I did. Lady contacted me today and said she would cancel my account but I would be charged on April first for the monthly amount. My phone call was made on the 26th this news was delivered today the 28th. When I asked if I needed to contact corporate for a stop payment when this wasn't due to my lack of communication I was informed there's nothing I can do so in conclusion. Won't return and if the same owner owns midland I'll switch salons all together.

Today was my second time encountering her. I was very friendly and every time I say thank you she doesn't respond. She gave me an attitude because I didn't tell her I normally tan in DFW. Nice facilities but bad customer service. I visited on Sunday 9/27 @ 3:30 pm.

Years ago, I didn't realize I was sick and I gained a LOT of weight. I had surgery to correct my…read moreillness and the weight I gained fell off QUICKLY - to the tune of 200lbs. However, I was left with loose skin that made me extremely self-conscious and the idea of disrobing in front of ANYONE, especially someone that I did not know, was about as attractive and fun to me as slowly removing my own fingernails and putting my fingers one at a time in salt water. However, I also didn't want to glow in my wedding photos due to pasty white skin rather than happiness. So I bit the bullet and booked an appointment with Jennifer. Right away, she put me at ease as if we had been best friends since childhood and even made me feel comfortable in my own skin. She was the boost I needed to be able to walk down the aisle without friends and family (Zoom wedding due to COVID). I cannot recommend her enough! She literally made me forget (in all the best ways) that I was a customer and made me feel like I was a best friend. Now if only I could make her go everywhere with me that I need a confidence boost!!!

"The place where my mom used to use the tanning beds?" I thought. Lol. Sure enough, yes, they had great options for both of my girls who have different tastes. The pullover for my youngest was pricey ($45.99), but I knew that she would love it. The hoodie I picked out for my oldest daughter was $36.99. T-shirts were $24.99. My "snakeskin fleece sweatshirt" came out to $34.99. They are all good quality. I think the screenprints will hold up for many washes. The Hobbs Eagle area ranged from baby sizes all the way up to at least XXL. It was way in the back along with two nice dressing rooms. This area also had a limited amount of shirts and other items for the rest of the Lea County high schools. Body Rejuvenation also offers a "variety of tanning beds" including a "UV-free tanning booth" and the following: + spray tans + "Cocoon FitBed" + hair salon + eyelash extensions + "BleachBright" teeth whitening + beauty products + fashion boutique Service on 9/9/2022 was friendly and helpful without being annoying. Huge fan!
