We got a chair right away and they were working on us within 15 minutes. We each chose one of the more expensive treatments - mine was aloe vera-based and the better half's was ginger -based. Both treatments included paraffin soaks and covered everything up to the knee. The young lady who took care of my long-neglected feet was energetic, friendly (but not intrusive), and did an excellent job. The massage chairs worked us over, my feet look better than they have in years, and we both decided to indulge in this on a regular basis. It's a little costly, we were there getting worked on for about an hour. And, in a piece of refreshing honesty, I was paying for both of us with new $50 bills and two got stuck together. As we were getting into the car, the young lady who worked on me ran at and stopped me, telling me what had happened and giving me my extra $50 back. This was an excellent experience overall.

I was cut by an elder female employee using a high-speed nail drill, and instead of showing concern, the manager dismissed the incident and the employee charged me a $10 'fee' for the cut. The salon has a pink and gold theme with butterfly decor throughout. It does seem like an older salon, but aesthetically it's very cute. I had actually been here once before in 2023 and didn't have the greatest experience, but I wanted to give it another try. When I arrived, I was greeted and serviced almost immediately. The technician was kind, but communication was difficult due to the language barrier. We communicated through Google Translate, which was completely fine, but I don't think she fully understood what I was wanting at first. For example, during the pedicure I chose acrylic on my toes rather than shellac. It was my first experience getting acrylic on my toes, and the service menu only listed acrylic tips, so I wasn't exactly sure how to explain what I wanted besides a short French-tip design. Eventually we were able to understand each other and figure things out, but it took some time. The pedicure itself was mediocre. There wasn't really much of a massage, but I did like how my toes turned out. By this point it was around 1:45 p.m. While she was applying the acrylic, another technician who spoke English well came by and asked what design I wanted for my nails. I showed her my inspiration photo, and she said she would have it ready. After the pedicure, I was moved to a table but waited about 15-20 minutes. The technician I assumed was going to do my nails ended up taking another walk-in client instead. It wasn't a huge deal, but it did seem like the English-speaking technician kept trying to pass the service off to the other techs before I eventually ended up back with the same technician from earlier. Because of the amount of time the service was taking, I ended up having to switch to a much simpler nail design. I appreciated that the technician took her time, but I was nicked a few times during the process and there was acrylic left on my skin. By the time I left, it was around 3:15 p.m. I don't fault them for the language barrier at all -- the overall service just took a very long time. Unfortunately, only 9 days later, I already have 2-3 nails lifting and pretty bad hangnails. Overall, I don't think anyone was intentionally rude, and I appreciate the technicians trying their best. However, the overall experience was very time-consuming and the quality hasn't held up well after only 9 days. The salon itself is beautiful, but I'm not sure I would personally return.

My nail tech was Hahn (I may not have spelled it right), and she did a wonderful job on my toes. She cleaned the sides of my nails and the cuticles so thoroughly and with not one single nick!
