There was great communication between the nail techs such that even though there were a lot of people waiting, the flow was efficient and the wait wasn't that long. The staff was very friendly, everyone spoke English and even the ladies who were in there at the time getting their nails done were pleasant and conversational. It was a really good atmosphere. My nail tech was Hahn (I may not have spelled it right), and she did a wonderful job on my toes. She cleaned the sides of my nails and the cuticles so thoroughly and with not one single nick! I was very impressed. The color I selected was a little light and showed a blood stain I have under my left big toe. She told me when she put on the first coat and asked what types of other colors I wanted. She selected a different color to put over the first coat and it was PERFECT! I was extremely satisfied with my visit here, worth every penny and I will return.

The salon appeared clean and tidy. I'm not usually a fan of salons that make me soak my nails in warm acetone. It's just so harsh on my skin, so I was a little skeptical. I prefer the soaked cotton balls and foil method. It was still better than the peeling off method I've seen- yikes! I saw on reviews they have drinks available, like water, sodas and margaritas. I wasn't offered one. Maybe you're suppose to ask? Once it got down to it, my tech was very meticulous and really gentle with my nails. No flicking, tugging or pulling my fingers. She was very cautious with the electric drill and didn't cut me! (Big plus!) She listened to what I wanted and I'm happy with the shape and color. Afterwards, she gave me a brief massage.
