HORRIBLE. The first picture is the nails I asked for. Showed the picture and everything. Round French acrylic manicure...pretty basic, everyone knows how to do it. Second picture is what I received. Beyond frustrated and embarrassed to have my nails looking this awful. When I went back inside and complained, they barely even apologized or offered to accommodate me. Did not grant me a refund. I've gone here 3 times, the first time was a great experience and I wasn't overcharged. Second time I went in for a pedicure and asked them to also take off my shellac nail polish from my hands (because it was on the verge of ruining my real nails) + told them I'd be back the following day to get my nails done (which they said they wouldn't charge me $20 to take off the shellac if I was coming in the next day for my manicure, which I did btw) but still charged me and the following day when I came into get my nails finished the owner argued with me about the $20 charge, and said she'd take it off my manicure price (which she didn't) 2 months down the road I decide to give them another go, why I did I'll never know lmao. I went in today to treat my mom to a mani/pedi and from the jump the older woman was man handling me, she began filing off my shellac and during the process caught almost ever cuticle on every toe (I bit my tongue) then when it came time to cut my cuticles instead of clipping them and getting it done and over with SHE PULLED MY CUTICLES ALL THE WAY FROM THE TOP TO THE BOTTOM OM MY NAIL BEDS LIKE SHE WAS PEELING STRING CHEESE WHICH WAS THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE FEELING EVER!!! I was literally on the verge of tears when I finally asked for another nail tech. They replaced my nail tech but say there and spoke about me the whole time in whatever language they speak because I kept having every other employee glance up at me after every other exchange of words between them. Once it came time to pay I was over charged again by $10 whatever that came out of their own tip, and was verbally harassed by the manager asking about how I stated the last time "I wasn't ever coming but still did come back" well you bet your sweet ass I never will be back. I don't suggest this place unless you want to deal with Snide remarks, and overpriced services. read more

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I went in for my birthday to get a mani pedi (I never get them done) and first they charged for things I specifically had asked them not to. Second they gave me the wrong color on my acrylics and when I had asked them to fix it they simply painted over the nails which chipped within a day. When I Went back in they were very rude to me and refused to give me a refund and only to repaint with the shittt chipped nail polish. Again within a day they all chipped to the wrong color and most of my nails had broken off. Terrible service. Do not recommend. read more

I have been going to this salon for approximately 8 years. I love the staff, they are kind, funny, and very friendly. They try very hard to get you in right away (but it is a busy salon for a reason) They are great at there art of nails and pedicure, and I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my eyebrows waxed. I am very picky and they don't care because the have high standards (John wouldn't have it any other way) and want you to be happy when you leave no matter what. If you leave unhappy it was because you didn't speak up. They try really hard to learn your likes and dislikes. read more

I lived in Midland, TX for 4 years and this was my place for nails and pedicures. John and Tracy, and all the staff are very friendly and good at what they do. John is crazy good with fancy nail art and bling on your nails, so is Tracy. I moved away and had been gone for a year and a half. I happened to be in the area and went in to have them soak off the horrific mess I got 2 days earlier in Dallas. I got a fresh new set and they are perfect as always. John remembered me and asked where I have been and what I have been doing. Then later when Tracy came in she also knew who I was. For outgoing chatty people, this may be normal. But I'm very quiet and since John and Tracy have lots of appointments, I normally just saw whoever was available, so I thought it was nice that they knew who I was. The staff were nice and accommodating. They stayed busy and were almost full, but there was no wait. The floor was dirty--it looked as though many people had walked through and not wiped their feet. It needed to be swept and mopped. The boxes each artist used for their special tools were dingy. Thankfully, they did use sterilized tools for each customer. First time here and we had a great experience. They were very patient and understanding with my five year old daughter. Helen did a great job on the pedicure I received. This is the first place I have ever been that did a fruit scrub on your feet (yes real fruit). The price is what I expected for what I received but they have packages that ranged from 25 to 80 dollars. Will be going back. read more

Decided to try this place based on the reviews. Big mistake. Shellac started peeling within 12 hours. UV light machine was dysfunctional. Manicurist didn't remove the clear polish from my nails before beginning, nor did he soak my cuticles. Never again. read more

Great place for anyone to get their nails done and pedicure. But for a guy to sit back and relax and have a manicure and pedicure this place is top notch. The staff are 100% professional and treat you like family. Don't get the individual lashes put on here! I let them put lashes on me and the lady put way, way too much glue on them. Overall, the lashes were all glued together and once they dried, the lashes couldn't be bent. The lashes made my eyelids sore and they swole up overnight. It hurt just to wash my face. I had to buy the glue remover to try and remove the lashes. It took over an hour and a half to get them off. In trying to remove the lashes, I lost a lot of my own lashes as the glue was applied on extra thick. I will never ever go back there again! read more
