This place is dirty and clutter everywhere. The bathroom is especially bad. The girl at the front desk is anything but polite she is on the phone talking to friends instead of cleaning your bed. So you have to wait until she gets of the phone so she can clean a bed. Ridiculous! read more

I have been a customer for about 16 months now. The staff are friendly. Several things I am not happy about though. The big one is that I have to pay double every month because I choose to pay cash. I don't feel that is fair because I pay cash for everything. It is money, right. I am giving you my money and being penalized for paying cash. Also the rooms could be a little cleaner, the floors are usually dirty. Finally the weekend hours are to short. Some people work 12 hour days and can't come to tan until later in the day. read more

This is the most outstanding place to tan. Really good prices, very respectful and sweet employees, super clean, very pretty inside and they have the best freaking tanning beds I've ever used. Literally if you are looking for a clean, good bulbs and homey place to escape but come out looking gorgeous this is your place. Love love love. read more

I scheduled an air brush spray tan thinking that having someone spray me rather than a machine would look more natural, I was wrong. The gals working at Legally Tan are very nice and the space is is cool but I was disappointed by my tan. I have gotten air brush tans in the past and usually they treat the hands, feet and joints first where the bronzer can gather and look orange. This was not done by the girl at legally tan, therefore, my palms, fingers, and sides of my feet were orange and just looked dirty, gross! I also had a few spots on my legs that were lighter. For $40 I expected a quality spray tan. I most likely will not be back for a spray tan. bummer, because i wanted to support a local business. read more

Before legally tan opened in Midland I was simply settling for mystic tans around town. Needless to say I was ecstatic when Legally Tan opened up. The salon is extremely clean and the decor is lovely. I use their versa spa for spray tanning, it is quick and provides the best tan in town. You can even join for a monthly cost and get unlimited spray tans each month. If you get a spray tan more than twice a month, you can't beat this offer! I highly recommend Legally Tan! read more

As a previous tanning salon employee, I am pretty picky about where I tan. I did a little research when I recently moved to this area, and decided to give legally tan a shot. The girls at the desk were friendly and knowledgeable, and seemed to have a good understanding of package options and the way things worked. Salon is very up to date and well kept. Beds and bathroom were both very clean! I also loved that they had an auto draft option without a contract, requiring less than a week notice to cancel before the next draft. Huge perk for someone like me who has no idea how long we will be in this area. read more

Legally Tan is clean and classy. I never have to wait for a bed, and the staff is always very kind and helpful. Even their cheapest monthly package gets you a higher quality bed than you'll find at the older tanning salons in town. They have water at the front for you if you're thirsty, and they offer spray tans and waxing services as well. read more

I had 3 spray tans here and I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt that trying other employees would make it better but all 3 people who sprayed me did not know what they were doing so I gave up and canceled my membership. They apply it too heavy, and they don't have much knowledge of their products and would not tell me the brand of solution they used. Proceed with caution if getting a spray tan here. read more
