With that being said, I am so glad that I gave this place a try! I really appreciate the fact that this place is a one-stop shop (hair, nails, facials, body care, and makeup) because although I like to get pampered, I appreciate having everything done in one place due to my busy schedule. Whoever the designer was did a really good job at separating the salon and spa side of things. I really liked that the spa/skincare side was separated from the hair and nail side of things. The place is very clean and I did notice that my esthetician used new sponges on me and threw them away after using them (fun fact - by law estheticians are required to use new sponges on clients - however I've been to some shady places that did not do this....eekgads!). My esthetician was very friendly and allowed me to chatter the whole time. I was recently prescribed a common antibiotic at electronically from the doctors office at 4 pm on a Tuesday. This prescription was not ready for pickup until 5:30 pm on Wednesday. Almost 26 hours. I went in mid day Wednesday and offered to wait and was told "they don't do waiters". This store has courteous staff but it is impossible to get thru to talk to a real person if you call. I had to call the corporate office to get that done. The excuse I was given was the pharmacist was "unavailable" Tuesday afternoon and they got backed up. Add into that the daily lunch shut down and you can see why there is the excessive wait. No pharmacy either Saturday or Sunday at this location. Not sure if the other Walgreens locations are a better option but that's my next move.
