I've done business with Walgreens all over the country because I travel for work for years. But I…read moresend my prescriptions to this Walgreens and they said they don't wanna order it because they were high volume and other people already get that prescription. I don't know why they just can't order an extra one like all the other Walgreens do so they said they would fill one of my other prescriptions in two days so they called me today and said my prescription was ready so I drove 45 minutes to get there And they have a sign that says temporary closed for power outage. Even though all the lights are on and there's employees in the store, they shouldn't have called me and said to come get my prescription. very unprofessional Walgreens. Edit: I came back 2 days later and first the girl tells me they don't have anything for me. Then the pharmacist tells her something and she goes to look it up again. Then the pharmacist tells me when it sits on the shelf to long they have to put it up. I tried to say something about the power being out and he got rude and says sit over there and wait if i still want it. Mind you i came the day before the light issue and they said it wasn't ready. So i said yes i want it, Ive already been here three times for it. So here I am waiting. I understand they are a busy store but that doesn't give them a pass to be totally rude. Walgreens corporate, yall need to help these people out if they cant handle the work load. Unless of course you don't care about your customers. Worst Walgreens ive ever been to, and I use Walgreens all over the country when i travel.

If you plan on getting your prescriptions, plan for at least a one hour wait in the drive-through,…read moreminimum. It takes over 10 minutes between each car. So if there are five cars in front of you, you're looking at one hour minimum it's usually about 12 minutes per car, this is definitely by far the worst slowest pharmacy that I have ever encountered. It's almost like they hand manufacture your medicine when you get to the window. However, when you get to the window, they don't even come to the window until five minutes later, and then come back five minutes after that with your prescription, it's absolutely ridiculous and for as many drugstores as there are around this area, there is no reasoning for this nonsense. I have been to quicker funerals than this pharmacy line. It's ludicrous, absurd and maddening. They need to fire, everyone involved, put them all on a rocket, and launch them at the sun.it is the worst of the worst. I think I could get my medication quicker from Mars.
